El Pier 7 está construido en la pasarela del histórico Victory Shipyards, justo en la renovada zona frente al mar en el área del Lonsdale Quay. El restaurante ofrece almuerzo, brunch y cena los 7 días de la semana en sus dos niveles con mesas frente al mar y patios con calefacción. El menú se distingue por sus mariscos con un énfasis en las opciones del barco a su mesa, así como una oferta de carnes y aves de temporada. La animada área del bar es una parada habitual para quienes regresan a casa después del trabajo en el Sea Bus cercano. We had a mixed experience at the restaurant on Mother's Day. The ambiance was incredible, with a stunning view of the downtown area and the ocean. However, the food fell short of our expectations. We were disappointed to find that the starter and main dish were served together, and one of the dishes we ordered was missing. Furthermore, the service was subpar, particularly when our server scolded a colleague in front of us, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite the beautiful setting, the poor service and food quality overshadowed the experience.

Despite making a reservation for 5, our table could accommodate 4 at best. Our food took nearly one hour to be received from the time of ordering. Will I can appreciate the restaurant being busy for Mother’s Day, it was not a good experience.

The service staff require more training. It’s disappointing that we pay a lot for this restaurant for so so service.

Great location and great outdoor patio. We try to get there two or three times a year. The new menu is a little pricey. One crab cake 2 1/2 inches for $19?

Great setting and view. Service was very good and wine was priced excellent. Did not eat today this is why the rating was low Food always been good every other visit.

Exactly what my siblings and I were looking for mid-afternoon on a sunny Sunday. The food was delicious and the menu had enough options to satisfy each of us. Great view and wonderful service. Treated like royalty but with no pretence. Like family on a good day. 😃 Will definitely be back to try some other dishes but it will be hard to resist a revisit to the cod and chips. Very enjoyable.
