Pier 115 Bar and Grill
It was my first time at Pier 115 and I was a bit disappointed. I arrived 40 minutes early for my Reservation and I was fine waiting until my reservation time to be seated. Enjoyed the view while I waited but 2 hours passed and the host completely forgot about me and my husband. When I asked why it was taking so long we were rushed to be seated at a table which wasn’t clean. Very disappointed. But my waiter was excellent. Food was really good too. Not sure if I will go back but it was a first experience I have never encountered before.
Great place to have a brunch or dinner in summer . Food is not good and very expensive . The view is perfect as well the Service
Amazing view . Food is the best too .
I have been here several times over the years. If you want out door seating get there when it opens.
Also I highly recommended reservations . It gets super packed . Amazing spot for friends and families.
Very good food vibe and view at Pier 115
We had a good time and good food!!
Had a great birthday dinner here with a group of friends. Our server was sweet and attentive. We had a few dietary restrictions-celiac, dairy sensitivity-which were graciously accommodated. Our table was in a semi private room which was less noisy than the main area where tables/bar/TVs are located. The whole place is fun, energetic, and very cool right on the water. Will return-
Nice place for appetizers, drinks, and atmospher. We had great apps, but not good dinners. Asked for grill cheese without prosciutto and it was very greasy and had the prosciutto. Send it back and got a burnt veggie burger. Chicken sandwich was dry and chicken was over cooked.
The waiter was very charismatic and energetic! We will definitely be back soon :)
Octopus and lamb chops were phenomenal and service very friendly
Server John Pierre was amazing! Very attentive! Very nice! Will definitely be coming back.
Food was solid, no real complaints. Had the aged burger and it was very good.
The main issue was with the service. The only issue we personally had was that it took about 10 minutes for someone to come acknowledge us at the table.
The general service culture looked very poor however. Lots of employees standing around talking. Tables waving down employees for help. Just an overall bad vibe. Never really felt important. Will try somewhere else next time.
Ask for a booth when you make a reservation. The tables for two are very small, too tight to sit and enjoy your food. Everything else was great. Will come back for Bison.
The view is spectacular! The ambience was perfect for a girls night out - though it was a little loud and hard to have a group conversation. The food and service were great!
We really enjoyed our meal, the service, and the fantastic view. Being from out of town, it was really nice being able to eat while over looking the river and NYC.
I had a great time celebrating my birthday here. Food was great, service was great, the lounge at 11pm was great and the views were beautiful! Totally recommend this place for an occasion big or small! My favorite dish that night was the tuna tar tar appetizer.
Good food just a bit loud for first date
Really good experience every time we visit is a hit!
Great overall experience. The waiter was great. Food was prepared exactly how we wanted it to be.
Great waitress, personable, responsive. Had a great dinner with friends in a booth. Good times.
Some items were great, some not so great. Desserts not good and way overpriced, except for the skillet choco chip cookie. Scallops entree are only 3! Sushi is just ok, I've had better! Arctic char was very good . Best part of our experience was the view and our waitress, Courtney, who was one of the best waitresses I've ever had! very attentive and accommodating.
The waiter, Eric, was extremely enjoyable and made the overall atmosphere just light-hearted and fun. It was me and my twin sister's birthday and we had the best of time at this new restaurant. Definitely want to come here again with my family for a nice casual dinner. The food was delicious and and came out quickly. worth the five stars!!
The food was fab but the first port of call was the greater didn’t smile once or look at us , didn’t listen and asked the same question over
Our waiter again was efficient but really unfriendly
However at the end we had a different waiter who was very cheery
All the waiters looked Glyn except this one
My time at Pier 115 was very good and I enjoyed almost every aspect of it besides 1 very minor detail. We arrived very early and noted to the MC that we were early and would wait for our table but if something did come up early we would take it. Naturally, we waited the hour which I expected but after seeing our table get cleared, another couple sat down next to our table, and I noticed them look around and move themselves to our requested table, putting us at a different table and waiting a little longer, while nobody asked them to move. I mean at the end of the day it was totally ok, but thought it was crappy nobody requested they move back since the MC sat us at a table he literally just sat 3 minutes ago.
My friend and I had made a reservation for 3 and were sat at a table for 4. We ordered our drinks and waited for someone to come take our order for 30 minutes for food. Instead of our waiter the hostess came over and asked if the 3rd person was coming soon because they needed the table. Then proceeded to get us our check before we were even able to order food. When we told the waiter he said "This is someone elses table now" and walked away.
A few of my friends and I meet for a surprise birthday dinner for a friend. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Definitely recommend
Great view and food at reasonable price! Highly recommend for party and family gathering.
It was a nice scene but a big bar brawl broke out glasses everywhere beer everywhere I was pushed and soaking smelling like beer when I left ! My shoes were so slippery I fell at the door a mess a hot mess happy anniversary to me I guess Maybe it wasn’t good to go with the later crowd
My sister and I loved every second of Pier 115 Bar and grill. Food and Drinks were amazing as well as the view. Only two little issuse walk from lot is a bit far and waiters should check with customers before cashing out a check. We told our waiter we were ok for the moment he cashedus out so we had to ask for dessert
Great views n food to match
Food was just OK. Server not knowledgeable about guiding a few of my guests that had allergy restrictions through the menu. Server had to be called to table several times for service. Disappointing as a colleague suggested this spot.
Awesome experience, great service, fantastic food, beautiful view
Absolutely loved it. Went with my boyfriend and we had such a good time. Perfect for a romantic date. Amazing view.
overall venue was good, service great! Food needed work
Nice place, good food and I got seated right at the time I made my reservation.
Always a great experience. Phenomenal food and service.
Great food and atmosphere!! The ambiance is awesome and the service was good!
Our server was horrible, but the drinks were excellent as was the wine. The food was outstanding, thanks to Chef Peter who is extremely talented and quite personable. He suggested a cozy booth in the corner which was perfect for a date. He asked if about our food allergies and dislikes and sent out amazing appetizers, which burst with flavor. The flatbread pizza we ordered for our main course was delicious, as well.
Floors are nasty dirty and it was very loud too. Maybe because it was the Oscars night. Still, the floor was covered in food and beverage spills.
Love this place! Great "go to." The food and drinks are always on point. The staff is cool and friendly.
