About Piedmont’s table - Lansdowne Resort
The Piedmont’s table is located in the Golf Club at Lansdowne overlooking stunning natural vistas. This elegant clubhouse setting at Lansdowne Resort is a perfect place for lunch and dinner, with menus featuring American flair and European cooking accents. Dine in the main dining room or outside on the sun-dappled terrace overlooking Lansdowne's Greg Norman Course and double-sided driving range. This restaurant takes its name from the crooked piece of wood that tavern owners would hang over their entryway to indicate they were serving food and drink. The traditional ambience of The Piedmont’s table and the Clubhouse create an ideal setting for special events in the private dining room or the ballroom.

Piedmont’s table - Lansdowne Resort Ratings and Reviews
The food was great. The views are outstanding. The service could have been better. There were three tables and we had to wait long periods of time for items. Desert came well one did and no fork or spoon. had to flag down a waiter/Manger to get one. Over all good but Service needs to be improved.
My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at Landsdowne Resort this past weekend. We had an amazing dinner at the Crooked Billet.
First, the atmosphere and view are so cozy and romantic with views of the golf course, warm decor, and a beautiful fireplace. Secondly, the food was out of this world! Everything was filled with flavor and expertly prepared!
We had Kirby as our waiter. He was outstanding!
Overall, we had one of the best meals in our lives as can't wait to come back!
This could be good for a family, a couple, or as we saw a few tables away, a girl's night out. The menu is versatile, with lighter and heavier dishes as well. Reasonably priced and amazing desserts. Very well priced wine list. The service was nice and the carpeted floors helped to silence any extra noise.
The setting is great. Sat on patio which has a beautiful view all the way to the Potomac. The service was horribly slow. We were the only people in the entire restaurant (table of 8) and it took 10 minutes to get water. Then another 10+ before they came back to take our order. The meatloaf was so overdone it was like eating a brick. The menu was too Applebee's-ish to be reservation worthy and located on a resort.
We tried going here for our anniversary as an opportunity to try a new place and thought the description sounded nice on Open Table. After taking awhile to find the restaurant (as noted in the description it is in the club house not the resort, and even in the club house it is not well marked) we got there to find it completely empty at 7pm. Not just of diners, but also staff. We walked around the restaurant a bit. Note that it really is more of the club bar then a restaurant, just a partial wall divide the two. Not seeing any waiters, hosts, or anyone we left to go eat elsewhere.
