We absolutely love this restaurant. We visit every time we come to Chicago and each time has been an amazing experience Love the food and the overall experience. The servers are efficient and attentive

My only complaint is that they sat my wife and me at a small table against a wall. The inside of the restaurant was empty, with a lot of open larger tables. I asked the woman who sat us if there was a larger table that was not against the wall. She said all of the tables for two are against the wall and walked away. The larger tables continued to be empty through our entire meal and were still empty when we left. To summarize, I felt they were not very accommodating when they could have done so very easily.

As always a great meal with a great atmosphere in their garden. Service was very good, with a lot of attention on a busy night.

This was our first visit in several years, and we went with another couple. The main room was so dimly lit it was hard to read the menu (descriptions of dishes are also in gray, rather than black, so there's not much contrast). As tables filled up, it also became very noisy and hard to have a conversation, which is a main reason for eating out with friends. We ordered the burrata appetizer and were surprised to find it came with slices of some kind of pork. My husband and I do not eat pork. The menu may have had something in Italian to mention this rather unusual addition to a burrata dish, but if it did, we didn't catch it. Maybe SOME things need to be listed in English. The branzino was delicious, the ravioli ok. We shouldn't have to ask to have water glasses refilled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Always an exceptional dining experience…. Beautiful evening..We were seated outside in the amazing garden…Tony and team never disappoint with a creative menu featuring local produce and foodstuffs…olive oil cake with rosemary gelato, squash blossoms, and more 😍

Authentic Italian menu offered by servers who know what they are talking about. All prepared perfectly. The garden is a principal feature - a beautiful environment which also helps to mitigate the conversation sound level.
