The food was executed perfectly. Everything was on point, including the service, which was professional and warm. Enjoyed the pigeon entree in particular. And the room itself was soothing. Loved the Picassos displayed throughout. Fun to walk about to take them in after the meal.
Picasso never disappoints. The food and the experience both are as wonderful as the art work in the restaurant. A hearty recommendation for Picasso!
Expectation for a 2* Michelin is about the experience and at least ours didn’t meet expectation.
Quality of the food was solid yet preparation wasn’t very innovative (had oysters + foie gras + pigeon... maybe just didn’t pick the right dishes).
Service was also bare minimum for a restaurant quoted 2* : sommelier didn’t make much effort to engage in any discussion on the wines selected for pairing. Waiter recommended my wife the most expensive Chardonnay while menus were already out of our hands.
Noticed also that tables were quickly reset for the next parties. Granted it was a Saturday night at prime time, but as a 2* and for that price, feeling a bit rush in/out doesn’t do anything for the experience.
Net for me : disappointing experience and not worth the money. Would recommend next door Le Cirque instead.
Food and service outstanding. In my opinion, better than Twist, Gordon Ramsey steak - which are also excellent.
Very good dining experience. The food and service were excellent. We were fortunate and had seating that gave us a view of the Fountains which topped it off.
The food was excellent, and if there is a better setting on the strip, I am not aware of it. The highlight for us were the desserts. Both the panna cotta and the pineapple upside down cake were exceptional. Foie gras was also very good.
Amazing 360 experience! Everything is prepared to surprise the customers.
Excellent food, excellent service, patio table to watch the fountains!
Very good experiency! I loved!
Very disappointed. Prime next door was fantastic. Extremely limited prefix menu.
Absolutely exquisite food. Great attention to detail. Amazing service and welcoming. I’ve celebrated my 55th birthday thoroughly enjoyed the degustation menu with paired wines. A beautiful experience. Thank you.
Seating outside over looking the Bellagio fountain is the best dining experience. I love the Veal Steak and Poarched oyster.
Very very Good!! The food is pretty.
Went before a concert. Even though they knew we had a time limit we never felt rushed. Food and service were excellent. A little expensive but well worth the money.
The experience there was great. My husband, my mother in law and I had dinner during the las vegas vacation. The food is very delicious and delicate. Our favorite food are chop, goose liver and the scallop. The pineapple dessert is amazing. You got to check it out. We sit outside and enjoyed the fountain view very much.
From the moment we walked in exceptional service. Not intrusive but always taking care of guests. Our server made great recommendations. There are 2 menus to choose from. Both are fantastic and not overwhelming. We had a beautiful table by the window overlooking the fountains. Highly recommend. But if u go to Spago after don’t expect same caliber of service. Food very good but no comparison to the experience at Picasso’s. Picasso IS fine dining.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at Picasso. We were looking forward to this dinner and were expecting to be blown away. The service was absolutely atrocious from the moment we entered until we left. We were sat down late and then waited 30 minutes for a waiter to come over. Once someone did come over they weren’t apologetic or sincere in making our experience better. The food was less than average for the price and definitely not the quality we were expecting. We have eaten at many high end restaurants and were absolutely shocked with the lack of customer service as well as the food. I believe that a good resteurant should give you a memorable experience from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. Due to the lack of service I definitely would not be back. There are so many better dining experiences in Vegas to enjoy!!
-the Bellagio water show was definitely a plus to watch from this resteurant
Quite simply one of the most outstanding restaurants I’ve ever eaten in. The food, wine pairing, and service were all exceptional. Adding in the incredible Picasso collection, ambiance (“serene”), and view of the Bellagio fountain this is a feast for every single one of your senses. World class on every level. I could not recommend more highly.
What an amazing and romantic view to eat dinner on the Bellagio waterfront! Must see, must do.
Ambiance was wonderful! Foods were great, especially the dessert, service was great!
The food was delicious, Exquisite and perfectedly plated. if you are coming to Las Vegas for an Exquisite meal you must come here.
Perfection. And open table wants at least fifty characters in this space. Sheesh
Great restaurant ,very unique! But extremely expensive for the food, it is just an experience to have service is impressive and the ambiance unbelievable!
Incredible is the one word that describes this beautiful restaurant. Impeccable service and food. Mitch was our waiter but so many others contributed to a truly memorable experience. Definitely a place for special occasions. The fountains of Bellagio made the experience even better. Absolutely loved this very special place!
Excellent especially if you are seated outdoor you also get to enjoy the fountain show !!! Loved it
We really loved our experience there. Everything was delicious and they made our anniversary memorable.
The food was amazing. Recommended to sit at the balcony for a late evening dinner to enjoy the Bellagio fountain shows!
This is an outstanding restaurant but it was shadowed by someone who received calls on his cell phone throughout our dining experience. Not only did his phone ring but he took the calls at his table! I feel a restaurant of this caliber should not allow cell phones and someone from management should have asked him to silence his phone.
We enjoy coming to this restaurant on our Las Vegas visits but the evening just wasn’t what we expected due to the rudeness of one of the patrons.
Great service and awesome food. Initially was a little worried that I wouldn't feel full after the 5-course meal as each course is pretty petite, but in the end found that to be just the right amount! Had the lobster salad, scallop boat, foie gras, lamb and green tea cheesecake. The scallop, foie gras and dessert were especially exquisite!
We went there for our 30th anniversary. Fantastic food and service. Patio provides beautiful view of the Bellagio Fountains.
The food was excellent and service equally the same. I have a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant.
As always excellent menu, service and food preparation and presentation. My go to place in Las Vegas when for business and occasions with friends.
Outdoor seating is a must for this place. Absolutely beautiful and amazing when the dinner is paired with the Bellagio water show.
10/10 , it is one of the nicest restaurant I have even been
Amazing!! Wonderful food. Wonderful anniversary dinner.
Excellent top end restaurant in Las Vegas. Totally removes you from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Food and service first class.
The meal, service and room were absolutely outstanding in every way. A true dining experience!
Excellent service and food as per past experiences. And the set menu options are a good value as well. Wine prices are high as to be expected. Biggest issue and detractor was the lowered standard of dress for admission (t-shirts and casual guests everywhere which destroyed the ambiance) and the outrageous catering to foreign guests (staff cutting a child’s plate of food while the entitled parents looked on). Shameful. And I’m not sure that the staff/waiter should have been serving us/touching our plates, utensils, glasses, Anything after touching someone else’s plate of food. This alone will likely cause me never to dine here again (vs. say something like Le Cirque in the same hotel). Rich immigrants shouldn’t use US staff like they use their own numerous subjects.
