Great view on the fountain show and good food. But the service was quite sub-par for a former michelin 2 star (even for a 1 star). Placing new silverware while working on the previous plate, serving food while gone away from table, etc. Waiters weren't trained with rudimentary service etiquettes... VERY disappointing service quality. However, the ambience and scenery saved our dinner.
Staff was excellent, especially the bartender. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the pieces and could even share stories about them, and his drinks were excellent.
The food was decent, my second course was the best, the quail, followed by the main course of halibut. Desserts were all wonderful.
The fountains were an amazing bonus to the evening.
The service was fantastic, the view an the dishes, the wine recommendation accord for the special dinner
We enjoyed a beautiful evening here. Dinner was delicious and they accommodated my partner's gluten-free needs. Drinks were great. A lovely experience.
Outstanding all around. Amazing food, outstanding service. It is a tasting menu with so much food of the highest quality you are stuffed when done if you can eat it all. While the price is high because it is a fixed price menu it is good value when you consider what you get and compare it to what it would cost to order all of these amazing things off the menu. It has a great single malt scotch selection in every price range. It was served in the proper scotch glass and it was a generous pour. The service was the best you can get. If you go do not feel self-conscious about walking around looking at the amazing art work of the namesake of the restaurant. After you finish they bring a tray of sweets and offer to package them in a box to take back with you. I would use this restaurant as the gold standard to rate any other restaurant you go to.
Picasso is a great place for a business meal, a meal with really great friends, or a romantic date. The service is excellent and the food is wonderful. The wine list if great and the staff is very helpful and attentive.
I would give Picasso a 10+. The food is outstanding every time we dine here since it opened!
I love the atmosphere (the flowers, the artwork, etc). What I love most is seeing Chef himself coming out & seeing how everyone likes their courses. Service flowed, wine service outstanding! I place Picasso in a "if you only had time for 1 meal in Las Vegas" this would be it!
Thank you Picasso/Chef & see you soon!!
Great service and food
So this is my first time visiting Las Vegas and a friend recommended Picasso saying that it’s a great one star Michelin restaurant. I agree! Not only the food is good, the service and staff are always smiling letting the people feel they not only come for the food, but also the beautiful service. It was worth it coming to Picasso for a delicious meal and watching the fountain view. I hope I can come again some other time.
Without a shadow of doubt, the best dining experience I have had for a very long time. The service was exemplary, the food absolutely delicious, with flair and variety, and we definitely didn’t go home hungry. We also ordered the wine pairing and the sommelier was fantastic. We sat on the deck with the water display coming on throughout the meal, it was magical. I will go again!
Great service, amazing food and a fantastic view. Worth every penny!
Very good. Congrats
We had a wonderful meal at Picasso. The tasting menu had many options for all tastes. Particularly loved the oysters with caviar, foie gras, short ribs, and basically everything our party of 6 had. Wine pairings were excellent. Service was professional and friendly. Highly recommended for a special occasion dinner.
Fantastic as usual
Good food nice restaurant and view, expensive but enjoyed
Picasso is always a wonderful dining experience. Top notch food and service, with an amazing ambiance. Where else can you dine among original Picasso works and view the Bellagio fountains at the same time? It's a memorable experience.
I celebrated my birthday at Picasso's and I had an amazing time. We ate outdoors and enjoyed the amazing water show. The food was sensational. Our host was cordial and polite. My seafood selections satisfied my palette and gave me a different perspective on other creative ways to prepare fish. Every dish was like a work of art. I could see and taste the chef's talent in each bite.
Exquisite tastes. Perfect wine pairing. Decadent!
Esta increíble, el mejor restaurant al que hemos ido mi esposo y yo, celebramos mi cumpleaños de verdad vale la pena ir.
It was my wife’s 50th birthday party. We had been once before out on the lanai watching the fountains. This time we were inside which was also wonderful. Class experience through and through. Our service was phenomenal as always. I like how there is clear thought put into even the subtleties of presentation, flavor combinations, and service. Chef was able to prepare a wonderful prime filet mignon for me even though on this evening, the menu choice was a Wagyu which was not my preference. I highly recommend this restaurant as a memorable experience. I love how it can be classy and proud of it’s quality without seeming pretentious. This is a good thing.
I came in to celebrate my 65Bday and had a lovely time.
We chose different Menus and I had wine pairings
The Pairings worked well with the food
Service was as a Restaurant of this level should be
Aloha
Dining here is not something you’d do every day but for special occasions or a nice adult night on the town it’s wonderful. It’s expensive but you’ll know why when you begin tasting the amazing foods. The service was impeccable. Every single staff member greeted us even if they were not our server they still welcomed us. As we left every single staff member also wished us a good evening. I would not recommend it for children. For one thing, kids don’t normally eat this type of food and another, it’s a long meal by the time you get each course. We were there a little over 2 hours by the time we were finished with each course.
From start to finish the evening was special We were greeted warmly Just the right amount of attention but not overbearing Friendly service but never haughty And the food was AMAZING Everything was delicious Even the pace of the delivery was perfect We had the wine pairings and they were perfectly matched as well
The fish is like fried pan, not so good.. a desception that have a ver y good piece of fish and have oil taste
Excellent food and service!!!
Service was below average, food was cold and nothing special
Excellent foods and service. Wine pairing were awesome
Blake was a great waiter. Our meal was delicious and of course I enjoyed sitting on the veranda. Weather was perfect for outside dining.
Service was great! Atmosphere wonderful. Food was ok, but not as good as we had hoped. It was mediocre.
Very good ingredients and high quality but the preparation was a bit poor, I expected something more sophisticated. Too expensive, specially the wine.
One of the best French resturaunts we have been to. The cuisine was creative, fun and very tastefully presented. Great wine selection and setting was pefect for conversation and watching the Bellagio Fountains.
Nice experience with great view to the fountain
Our favorite restaurant in Nevada! Amazing service, beautiful view of the fountains and the flavors are exquisite!
Beautiful setting. Wonderful service. Started off with a glass of champagne. And I asked for a white wine recommendation -I just wanted 1 glass with dinner-and I liked it very much.
My husband and I each had a different tasting menu so we could try many different dishes. The amuse busche was excellent. My lobster salad was a bit “too chilled”-didn’t have much flavor Scallop-good. The steak of foie gras was excellent! The halibut was just ok-nothing spectacular. The chocolate fondant dessert—-out of this world!!! My husband enjoyed his poached oysters and the fallow deer very much. Semi view of the fountains was nice. The box of muffins upon leaving was a special touch. All in all a beautiful evening.
Food was not on par with other ** Michelin Restaurants
Dinner was exceptional as always. Our Waiter, Blake, was fantastic and
We did the tasting menu with premium wine pairings. The entrees in general were good as were the wine pairings. However, we felt rushed as the entrees came out more quickly than we would have desired, felt like they were wanting to turn over the table. For the amount we spent on the meal for the 4 of us, I`d have expected a more leisurely pace. They did accomodate a request to make a substitution on the tasting menu which was much appreciated. I would have liked to have had a list of the `premium` wines we had paired, but was advised to take pictures of the label. The sommelier did give a very detailed description of the wines. While we enjoyed the evening, I`m not sure it was worth the price we paid compared to other venues where we paid as much where we didn`t feel rushed.
Our server was excellent; however, we were very disappointed with the sommelier. We had previously had the wine pairing at Picasso and were looking forward to doing it again. We chose the premium wine paring at about $125 per person. We received 3 glasses of wine, and very little information about what it was we were drinking. It was a definite disappointment and waste of money for us this time.
Great ambient. Excellent service!!!. But the food it’s not a tow star Michelin . The ravioli with truffle was dry and with out flavor. In general ,not as explosive flavors as usually Julian Serrano used to be.
I must preface this review by saying that this is a comparison purely to other Michelin star rated restaurants. If this is compared to anything less, it was extraordinary.
That said, we both had the degustation menu with pairings which included lobster salad as the first course, a scallop dish as the second and foie gras as the third course. I had the lamb and my husband had the halibut as our main. We both had unique deserts, mine was the flan and his was the chocolate lava type cake.
Hands down the best course was the scallop, for me, and halibut for my husband. The combination of flavors made them both a real winner. The lobster salad was bright but needed just a tiny twist of sea salt and it would have been perfect. The foie was a little greasy. And I love foie so this was disappointing. The lamb was perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed pairings and the sommelier was excellent. He was passionate about each bottle, was polite and was quick and efficient. The white wines; however, did seem slightly too chilled.
Overall, the service was great, the food was outstanding but just shy of what I expected on a couple of courses. The price was high, really high.
Final note. For the price, the ambiance and the reputation of the restaurant, I honestly didn’t expect to be sitting next to a couple taking pictures of their food (with a flash, no less). Decorum, I have concluded, is dead. I can’t for the life of me understand why this is acceptable in a restaurant of this caliber. It isn’t in other restaurants we have visited.
Overall, it was a lovely experience and a beautiful dinner.
