Picasso - Bellagio
The place and the food are incredible! The most exciting gastronomic experience you’ll have in Vegas. The service is also perfect. I’ll certainly come back when I return to Vegas.
Beginning to end.... perfection!!
Expensive but great
A bit of a disappointment. We expected more from a two-Michelin-star restaurant. Everything was pleasant, but nothing was "wow."
gran lugar en las vegas siempre que puedo ahí estoy
Service was top-notched, esp. the sommelier had excellent recommendations.
We had the prix fixe menu. All the dishes were fantastic, the salmon was esp. delicate in texture and flavor, and for desert, the warm chocolate lava cake was just perfect. The one exception was the braised wagyu (but perhaps there is contradiction in braising wagyu to begin with -- it is too tender to withstand being so cooked through).
My lamb was slightly over cooked. However is was very tasty. All other dishes were right-on. But thus 4 star for food
Very expensive especially if you elect the premium wine pairing and the additional fees for certain dishes (like waygu beef)
Overall a great evening experience
The restaurant is esthetically terrific
Perfect food, impeccable service!
Two of us booked an early reservation so we could take advantage of the pre-theater menu since we have limits on our expenses. The waiter checked the time and reluctantly offered to tell us what the options on that menu were. We were well before the 6 o’clock deadline. Since there were 2 options on the menu for app and entree, we ordered one of each and just shared. The food is excellent, although not Michelin 2 star excellent. The amuse bouche was actually the best part with the croquette exquisitely fried to a perfect crunchiness. We had veal and sea bass as entrees and both were perfectly done. It just wasn’t amazing. Haven been to a lot of 1 star places, I was a bit disappointed.
Also, it should be noted that it’s one of those old school snooty places with old men waiters, dress codes, dark rooms full of old people. I mean I understand they want to keep it mature and special but it’s just a bit throw back. I’m over 40 and I found it stuffy. Picasso was a painter and a bohemian, he would have found the place too formal.
This is the fourth time we’ve dined at Picasso. It’s still our favorite in Las Vegas for the “special dinner”. We travel a good deal and have eaten at other fine restaurants, but this is one of the very best.
It is rated as a Michelin two star restaurant, and the restaurant posses ~25 authentic artworks from master Picasso. From the large window, you can appreciate the view of fountain plaza, and the light makes everything look soft and cozy. The waiters are very professional that gives necessary information about dishes and wines as well as the history of those paintings.
However, the quality of the dishes barely meets the two star Michelin level. The seasoning is a little boring and plain, and the desserts were too sweet.
All in all, because of the price, restaurant Picasso is a worth-to-go place for its great art culture and decent service.
What a wonderful setting. Surrounded by fabulous original Picasso paintings and looking out on to the beautiful lagoon and fountains we settled in for a flawless dining experience. Our Captain, Roger, was charming and attentive and the food was outstanding. From the seared foie gras to the perfectly prepared turbot everything was wonderful. This is a place I return to whoever I can. Loved it,
An amazing dinner wich the service were perfect!
Best restaurant in Vegas
Excelente atención, muy bien asesorado por él sommelier, el lugar es una experiencia interesante al estar rodeado de arte y una vistas a las fuentes del Bellagio que no tienen comparación
Very expensive, but it worth it.
Worth it! It is a MUST try when in Vegas! I will definitely come back!
Best place in town; romantic dancing fountains view!!! Awesome!!
It was our 11 year anniversary and everything was fantastic but $1000 for two was an abuse! I agree $500 for what we received was extremely generous. I feel we were taken advantage of. We have traveled the world and had amazing experiences.
The food was solid. The main server was disinterested. The wine pairings were not our favorite. Eating among the paintings was spectacular as were the lake views.
Very nice, very expensive but worth it for a special occasion. The service and food presentation was excellent and obviously the food itself was well prepared
Professional and courteous service that went above and beyond to accommodate our request to be able to see the fountain show from our table.
We had not visited this magnificent restaurant for years, and the staff and food were as fabulous as ever. We were hugely disappointed that the former dress code was clearly not enforced, with many dinners wearing athletic clothing, jeans and tee shirts. And many guests were on their phones throughout their entire meals. This is no longer the bastion of elegant dining, and respect for the exquisite food. Please return to your dress requirements, and ban other-than-emergency phone use. You deserve this respect.
Wait staff was over worked. For the money service was slow and
Not very helpful when explaining the menu options
Picasso’s is over priced and the food may have been exceptional in the past. - I feel that is no longer true 😟
We will not return
The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Highly recommend.
Second time here. Still outstanding. Definitely good value for the price. Will visit again when i am in vegas next time.
Excellent food, excellent service but quite expensive
First time and won’t be our last. One word, Outstanding! Had the special, all truffles...
Totally outstanding but very expensive. The food and service are top in addition to the view of the fountains. One of our favorites for a long time in Las Vegas.
Fabulous dining experience. All courses were marvelous for taste and presentation. Turns out our favorite is the croquettes, the first appetizer. We loved the texture and flavor. The collection of the artist’s works are astounding given that we have visited many museums displaying his works including the eponymous museum in Barcelona. Well done!
The most perfect evening. The food, the service, the ambiance was wonderful and I am a harsh critic. I really dislike loud restaurants where you cannot have a conversation. Picasso had "energy", but it was not overwhelming and allowed for a comfortable conversation. The staff was efficient and friendly. There was a "warm" feeling. The food was outstanding. I definitely recommend this restaurant despite to $$.
We love Picasso, have been there many times and will return. We went to Vegas for Valentines day and were at Picasso and they had a 4 course Valentines day meal that was great,we love this restaurant,if you have not been there, go.
Our 3rd time here was better than the previous 2 and they were amazing. We will be back again very soon
By far the best meal we've ever had in Las Vegas. We look forward to dining there again!
Picasso is my favorite place to eat in Las Vegas! The pigeon with the wild rice risotto is the best thing I've ever eaten in my life!
The food is definitely amazing unique and outstanding
Excellent! A great place to take a date, an anniversary or birthday.
