Going to Dan + Shay concert. Chicken piccata was nice and lemony. Pizza was crispy and delicious!
This is not the first time Carissa has been my server but this time, as always, she doesn't disappoint. She's a terrific server. And the food was great as always. GF ravioli. I can't find that many places so it's always a treat when I do.
Excellent food and service.
Delicious food and drinks. Fantastic friendly service
We went to Piazza Sorrento on 11/16/21. It was very busy because of Thanksgiving. We ordered three cheese ravioli which was average. House salad was also average. Service was slow, but that was to be expected, since every table was booked.
Kids thought it was 10 stars! I’d say more of a 4 outta 5. Service and ambience great. Casual attire was fine but could go there for a fancy dinner as well. Didn’t try dessert but they looked amazing!
Excellent food and service…………………………………………………………..
Always great service and delicious food.
The service was great! The food was excellent!
Excellent experience as always . Great food, especially gluten-free offerings.
We’ve been dining here for years. We’ve recommended this place to dozens of people. I have to say we were super disappointed on our last visit. The prices went up, the portions and quality went down. No salads included with your entree anymore… my wife ordered the sausage orachiette with broccoli rabe. It was a bunch of bland sausage with chopped frozen broccoli in it for $26!!!! I got shrimp and garlic pasta that was very tasty but had about a cup of pasta with 6 shrimp for $23! Our kids had two kids cheese pizza and we had ice waters and 1 tea… total bill with tip was $83!!! If I’m paying that much for dinner for a family of 4 I might as well go to Devon….
They were out of the special. I had the Lobster Ravioli and it was great. Garlic crostini was really good. Always get dessert.
Great food. Pricing was great too. Portions were a little smaller for an American lol.
Overall good for first time visit. Served food could have been hotter rather than just warm.
We were in Hershey for the Calvacade of Bands and had dinner at Piazza Sorrento. Our service was phenomenal both at the bar and at our table, our food was excellent and the entire experience was perfection. We will definitely be back when we come for next years Calvacade competition and will highly recommend Piazza Sorrento to others!
Our server (Alexa), had many tables in her station but was always professional, fun and on top of things. We all had a great experience and great food. Only disappointment was this was our 3rd visit in the last 6 weeks and they are always out of taramasu, our favorite dessert!
Safe gluten free Italian food .. was such a treat. I felt very safe and absolutely no sickness afterwards. The food was delicious! We will be back when we are visiting family in the area. Thank you!
The food was very good and the service was great.
Awesome food. Hard to decide what to have as it is all great.
This restaurant was an unexpected gem, especially as it seemed every other place was booked or unappealing. Piazza Sorrento was the family Italian restaurant that they put themselves out to be. The food was very good and reasonably priced, while our server was outstanding. We were pleased to have eaten here and would do so again.
Great food. We brought our friends this time. We all enjoyed our meal and desserts. Nice experience before the Hershey Bears game!
Sorrentos has consistently good food at decent prices. We dine there frequently and will continue to do so!
Had a fantastic experience dining here! Food was fantastic, great service, and a delightful dessert.
This place is AMAZING for those with celiac!
Our server was very friendly, the food was mediocre at best. Atmosphere meh…
We got married last year out in Hershey and came here during our stay. We enjoyed it last year so much and had a wonderful experience again. Emily was a very friendly engaging and excellent server. We will definitely come every year that we return to the area. Food was great.
Delicious as always and my favorite gluten-free spot. I always appreciate the attention to detail and the paper indicating gluten-free on the plate as you’re being served. As someone with severe allergies it gives me the comfort knowing I’m getting the correct item.
Food and service were excellent. Try the eggplant parmigiana. The meatballs are delicious. Great place to eat before or after visiting Hershey Park or catching a Hershey Bears game.
Our waitress Cassidy was sweet and very accommodating! The food was delicious!
asked for a booth and was told none were available. Got a table in the center of the place lots of traffic passing us. Lots of booths available when we left that were never filled. She told us to specify on open table that we want a booth. didnt see that option but ok... wont be back as I am not from the area.
Menu stated our meal had broccoli rabbi, but they substituted broccoli. Disappointing.
Piazza Sorrento is a hidden treasure! I found this restaurant, onlinw, when looking for a place to meet for my Mom's birthday in Hershey, to limit my brother's travel to join. It's in a "shopping plaza" location next to a gas station. Don't be tricked! The service was excellent in all regards. It's clean, spacious with a full bar and average atmosphere. Due to my profession, I have been to many restaurants, and the menu and quality of food is excellent! The pasta is homemade, they have a variety of very good meats, seafood, and sauces to accompany the pasta dishes. Other choices are available if you do not prefer pasta. Our entire party felt it was an excellent choice and would return and recommend this restaurant!
Emily was an excellent waitress. The food was fantastic.
Had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table for two WITH a reservation. Disappointed at the quality of the food. Will not be back.
Great good, service, and experience.
This is my favorite restaurant. I love the homemade dishes and the great service.
Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Excellent quality yet generous portions too. Can’t wait to go back!
We had the most fantastic meal & service! Steve hand stuffed blue cheese stuffed olives for us & Carissa never missed a beat taking care of us. We had the sausage orecchiette and pear salad. We will definitely return!
Second visit to this hidden gem in Hershey! After a full day at the park, we relaxed and had a really fine meal here. Despite their shortage of staff, our server was very attentive and the food was just as delicious as we remember it when we were here in 2017. Hope to get here more often when we are close by. Definitely a must!!
THE BEST GLUTEN FREE FOOD I HAVE WVER HAD OUT TO EAT!!!!! I am a celiac person, so finding quality food on the road is difficult! This place is hands down the best ever!!!!
