We enjoyed our experience was very positive. The menu offers a wide selection and our food was very good. We were seated on the veranda which allows diners to view the city and neighborhood. Some may complain of the traffic noise but we found it interesting. Our server was friendly and well trained for the job. We intend to return.
Mine and my girlfriends very first time going here. I called a week in advanced to make RSVP. Then I called back and spoke with LaShay, the manager. I just asked if I could make one simple small request for my table, just a few rose pedals and a lit candle and a nice table cloth. Not only did she add a few rose pedals, she went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. The music playing was perfect for my occasion, the service provided was nothing but over the top excellent. The rose pedals were not just scattered on the table but arranged in a heart shape, the candles were perfect, and the wine was amazing. It could not have been any much better. LaShay and her team knocked it out of the park with their amazing and excellent service. Juan our server was very helpful in letting us know about everything on the menu, and his recommendations . We will be going back very soon. Thanks again LaShay and PI Bar and girl for an amazing experience.

First off, I realize this is a hotel restaurant and you do pay a premium, but on no level did this meet our expectations or reviews.
First, $70 for two omelets, a waffle and two drinks is ridiculous. The omelets were disappointing. They didn't seem to cook the ingredients with the eggs. Just folded them inside. The first cup of coffee was barely room temp and the bloody mary and mimosa seemed to lack any flavor.
It was also a valentine's brunch. Aside from the waitresses wearing heart antennae, there was nothing done to make it special for the guests that stayed at an otherwise fantastic hotel.
Awesome server, Stephanie, steered us to delectable dinner choices. The chicken fried in duck fat was amazing- best comfort food ever. Husband’s steak was done to perfection.
The food was beyond anything else that i have had in the area over the past 6 years. Chef Thomas Jacobs is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and there was a band that was not too loud, i could have a conversation and listen to good music. I am definitely going back to binge on the fried lobster tails.
Awesome good and service. Stephanie was an outstanding server. We will return.
We ate dinner on the porch. Stephanie was our amazing waitress. She answered all our questions and made some great recommendations for our meal. Would come back every time we are in Augusta! Ask for Stephanie!
I was in town for a wedding and had several meals at the PI to catch up with various friends! Dinner one night on the Veranda - DELICIOUS! Brunch Saturday with another Friend and Brunch Sunday with a group of friends. Wait staff was very attentive and the food at all meals was very good!
If you're looking for an atmosphere that's perfect for social distance dining, this is the perfect place. The food is excellent & the service is outstanding!!
Crab cakes were very good-generous amount of crab. Collards over seasoned. Sweet potatoes casserole under seasoned and marshmallow top was burned. Very disappointed in creme brulee. The taste was good however it was undercooked and more consistency of a creme soup. Overall the food was not up to expectations.
I have enjoyed dining here in the past making this experience very disappointing.
Waitress had allnod out tickets wrong. Gratuity was a bit too high.
I have gone to dinner at the PI for the last two weekends; both times the food was very good. My only suggestion for improvement is to add an additional server or runner to the indoor dining section. Both dinners, the service was slow due to the inability of the server to keep up with every table. I hope now that the Grille is seeing more people enjoy dinner they will increase the amount of staff on hand.
Nice restaurant in the Partridge Inn. Food was very good.
JimW- Thank you for taking the time to review us. We look forward to you visiting again soon. Thomas Jacobs Executive Chef
The only complaint I have is the party that was in what I’m assuming to be a party room was very loud!! Other than that everything was amazing
DomoniqueM- Thank you for the five star rating I'm glad you enjoyed yourself despite the loud party room. We look forward to you visiting again soon. Vincent Johnson Director of Food & Beverage

Family Christmas dinner/buffet
We went for the Christmas day brunch, it was very clean, excellent service and a great meal. I would definitely recommend the Partridge Inn Bar & Grill.
I was not going to be with family this Christmas nor was a friend so I invited them to lunch with me. I recently moved back to the area and the Partridge Inn has always been one of my favorite landmarks in Augusta, Georgia. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with Ty, our host greeting us and quickly having us upstairs . Our server, Julie did not disappoint , was attentive, personable and professional. The food was fabulous, my only request would be to have a gluten free/dairy free dessert as an option , please. The staff, manager, Ms. Lashaye McCladdle made what could have been a very difficult Christmas day memorable for me. Thank you to all the staff, those who prepeared the food, the kindness and patience shown by the attending staff in the buffet line and the above mentioned. You all made my Christmas day special!
The food was great , our server was always at the table and so nice 👍
The atmosphere included very nice décor, comfortable seating and wonderful service, The selection of various foods was outstanding, generous portions, great taste and again wonderful service. You could relax and take your time to enjoy friends, fine drinks and excellent food.
It was Christmas. Everything was great. Never had shrimp and crab legs for Christmas dinner before. Quiet atmosphere and staff was very attentive. Loved it. Planning on same place next year at Christmas.
Christmas buffet. Many items missing from the published menu.
What they had was good but seemed sparse. Dessert was 4-5 choices of grocery store quality pies & cakes. $260 for 4 no drinks. Overall overpriced.
This is our third or fourth year we have had our Christmas lunch at the Inn. What brings us back? It is close to home. The team is very professional , right from the time we entered and was greeted at the elevator. Greeted leaving the elevator and at all points after. Great food professionally served. Beef was my favorite with pecan pie to top it off. Surprising this year we were not offered coffee. Decorations beautiful. The big statues were new this year. Sign me up for next year.
We had Avery attentive server. Great atmosphere. Great service. Great food.
Great food on the expensive side but worth it for special occasions. Highly recommended.
Nice atmosphere and great service. Good variety of food. Between the 3 of us we had the ribs, pork chop and the salmon. We were pleasantly surprised that a hotel restaurant had such delicious food.
We ate there both nights during our stay. Food was fantastic, service was excellent. We will be in town next month and plan on having dinner there again. So delicious and relaxing. Patio is super cute and has heat lamps.
Loved the ambience although it was slightly confusing to get to the restaurant. More signage would be great. Service started off good then fell off. Waitress disappeared for quite some time. Would visit again though.
Modern decor, quiet setting in a large traditional hotel. Eat inside, or outside on the overgrown porch. Casual dining room near the bar.
Thanksgiving
The whole experience was excellent. Very good menu and perfect customer service.
The food was phenomenal! Drinks were great! The service was lacking. Service was very very slow and we had to ask 3 times to have the heater tuned back on. The waitress seemed more concerned with another table. We were there an hour before she came to take our order. It should have been an indication when we arrived for our reservation and another party came in asking if a server was going to ever. One to take their order. The Venue was great but very noisy. Several ambulances and loud trucks or motorcycles went by while we were there. Parking was kind of difficult to find if you aren’t familiar with the area.
Awesome and the service was nice. Food was good as well
We had a lovely and safe dinner to celebrate my birthday outside on the porch. Service was fantastic and attentive, dinner was delicious and the porch was lovely.
The food was great it’s up there on price but worth it. Our server was great but was not a big fan of the music still verynice.
The restaurant came highly recommended and I see why. It was our anniversary and everything was on point. Everything we ordered was a recommendation and panned out very well. Great date night for our anniversary.
Best date night experience ever. Food was excellent atmosphere was awesome not to mention ending the night at the roof top PH overlooking downtown with a glass of wine.
The food was amazing, I had the short rib and it’s literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The staff, (Ashley/Lashaye/Tomeka) were amazing as well. Definitely will be coming back soon !!
The food was phenomenal, but the service is definitely lacking. Our server came up and took our drink orders but did not return for about 20 minutes with the drinks (non-alcoholic). When she returned we put in our appetizers, and said we needed a few more minutes to decide on entrees. My husbands drink was empty and he asked for a refill, 30 minutes later she returned with appetizers but still no refill. So we asked again, and she came back about 5 minutes later. Keep in mind it was not busy in the restaurant, but it did seem like she was preoccupied with hanging out with the bartender. Just keep in mind the food is wonderful, but the service wasn’t so great.
