I had never been here after hearing not so great reviews, but decided to give it a try. Made the reservation 3 days ahead of time and was called 15 minutes before my reservation time to inform me that brunch didn’t start for another 45 minutes. Of course by that time I was already almost there, and no message was left. You should not be allowed to make a reservation for a time that is not open...

Patience was great sever when she was available.. disappeared often, served grits with fork. Ice cold butter with bread... shrimp and grits riddled with fat/grease from ham... was called gravy however it was more fat that gravy. Blackened chicken pasta excellent.

Even though we had a reservation for 7pm, it took around an hour and a half for us to get our food. We were only a group of 5. I complained & the restaurant only offered us a 15% discount and no apology. The food was great, the scenery beautiful, but the service was horrible.

Me and my daughter had Father’s Day lunch we ordered appetizer/ salad/ and entree we waited one hour and twenty minutes for food to come out and it all came at one time instead of appetizer first then salad and entree’s honestly we could have gotten a much better meal at Shane’s rib shack I was highly disappointed in service and food I don’t know how they keep the doors open with this kind of food and service we just wasted over a hundred dollars on this place I will definitely never go back again.

Although our waitress, Ashley, was exceptional, we were very disappointed with our meal/s. Price must be based on historical reputation because it definitely was not reflected in the food.

It was a beautiful dinner with my mother on the veranda. The Rainbow Trout is amazing. Jasmon was a kind and efficent server.

Pink Hummus is fantastic with beautiful presentation. Ribeye is tender and flavors. I love spinach casserole side, not too much on truffle potato fries . The Emily drink is interesting with dark purple color

Watched the Sunday round of the Masters at the bar after we had the breakfast buffet. Food at breakfast was great and the whole set up was really nice. Took a little but of time for the service to get going, but once it did everyone was very nice and it was the perfect place to watch history. People came straight from Augusta National to the bar to celebrate a great day!

The buffet did not have everything that was advertised on the buffet menu ie crab claws.
The bone in rib eye was the worst rib eye that I have had in a long time and certainly disappointed with a $43 price take. The creamed spinach was very soupy and not good and the portion size was very small for $10.

Felt the food and service was poor. Part cooked lobster- not good! Hummus with nothing to dip. We were seated in an overflow room that had 2 tables so atmosphere was zero . To top it all we were frozen, air con was too cold. Not a good experience.

Highly recommend. Went with my dad during the masters. They had an excellent buffet and our waitress made us feel right at home, she even took the time to teach us how to eat crawfish. So glad she did because it was delicious. The patio had a nice ambiance! It was the perfect southern hospitality experience.

Way understaffed and no management presence whatsoever....not ready for the Masters which is hard to understand when they’ve known it was coming for a year now....horrible execution on just about every level...

I was truly disappointed in this place. We went expecting the menu that was published on Open Table and Yelp only to find out that they completely revamped the menu. I was looking forward to their Deviled Eggs and Pork meatballs which are now nonexistent as is the Shrimp and Grits and other items we wanted to try. I ended up settling for the Rib Steak which came out over done. The creamed spinach needed spinach. The Lobster MAC and Cheese that they retained from the old menu was outstanding.
Service was mediocre. This place needs a manager that pays attention to service. We had to wait 30 minutes for an outside table when there were several that were available.
Would not go back and they need to lose their rating. I alway consider 4 stars on Open Table a good bet. Not this time.

Good was not bad- very expensive for the portion size and what it was. Sides are a la carte and very expensive, and small portions.
Service was horrible. Wrong drinks were brought out, after taking forever. Good was brought out and no silverware was on table. We asked for some and eventually got it 10 minutes later. Good was cold by then.

I took friends there who were in Augusta for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. They enjoyed it very much. I’m still sorry that the remodel cut the dining room in half with a very ugly wall not in keeping with the architecture of the hundred year old and fabulous building.

My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday. We’re new to Augusta and had heard this was a nice place to eat. While the ambiance and service were both very good, the food left a lot to be desired. Both my duck and his steak were very over cooked, and the salad was unimaginative and full of brown, wilted lettuce. Our server was super helpful and nice though...wish I could remember her name! And it was a perfect evening to sit on the porch with a great view.

The rooftop bar is great for a cocktail at sunset. Killer views. Good drinks. Very comfy. Our meal downstairs in the restaurant, on the other hand, was really quite bad. Incredibly slow service from wait staff who knew nothing about the wine list, followed by food that was so over salted as to be inedible. We probably won’t eat here again...much as we had hoped to like it.

Live band was so extremely loud that most tables moved outside in order to talk. Clams are usually good except on this night they seemed bad and we did not eat them.

Meh. OUTSTANDING place, great ambiance, superior penthouse bar...

BUT,

Food was fair to decent, service was friendly but unskilled, and value was poor for the money.

We may come again for the ambiance, but not the food.

Great Food. Service was good except that our food came while we were eating out appetizer. Then it had to be kept warm.... And, menu (special Valentine Day menu) as advertised was changed when we arrived to other Entrees - very disappointed. We had wanted the steak and lobster tail but instead it was replaced with steak, 2 salad shrimps and crawdad.... Doesn't quite compare. Don't get me wrong, it was good - just not what we were expecting. The Oyster Appetizer and Chowder were great. Dessert was good as well. Musicians were great. Overall it was a good experience and the food was good. Would we go back? Yes! Lesson learned not to chose a restaurant based on special menu. Thanks!

The food at Partridge Inn was incredible. The ambiance was perfect for Valentine’s Day. And the rooftop bar is a hidden gem of Augusta. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to try their usual menu

My husband and i went for lunch on Valentine's day but the special they had was only for dinner so it was just the regular lunch menu which was not specified online. The burger my husband ordered was like $18 but worth like $8. My soft shell crab sandwich was very under cooked and the shell was not edible at all. It was honestly more shell than crab. The waitress was great but i cannot remember her name. The service she gave was professional yet down to earth and relatable. The hotel and restaurant was clean and welcoming and the staff were well dressed and very nice. I just wish the food could've been as good as the service and ambiance.

We were celebrating our 18th anniversary and even though i reserved a table an we got there on time, they had no tables available when we arrived we waited about 20 minutes for a table. Food was ok nothing fancy or delicious. Place is totally overrated.

Great ambiance and food was good, not great. For the price we expected great food but the lobster Mac & cheese app was amazing! Great place to go for a date night, or just drinks on the roof top bar overlooking downtown Augusta.

This was a fixed price menu for New Years and these things are often a let down, but this was way over priced for a very mediocre hotel meal. Even my cocktail was poorly made and overpriced. Additionally, I found nothing charming about the over lit room.
