We had requested a nice table since we were celebrating a 30 year anniversary. No attempt at that was given. Limited menu, slow service and average or below quality food for a high price will keep us from coming back. Too bad.
My compliments to the Chef and the service team and managers. The food was excellent, the service superior, and the atmosphere stellar. Recommend for inside or outside dining, great wine selections, and beautiful surroundings.
The food was ok and service mixed as it was very busy.
The waiter was extremely personable and the food was great.
Horrible experience. The two tables by us got up and left prior to eating. Very under staffed. Completely unacceptable for the week of The Masters. Food over cooked. Sat us in a ballroom with drapes closed. I never got my cocktail until my husband got up and went to bar and ask for it. We had to ask for water, someone to take our drink order , and then bill. Numerous items on menu were not available. Would not recommend. We came in from Texas and should have eaten at Waffle House.
Very very slow service
Went for dinner before Masters. Service was good but food ordinary. Ambiance on the porch was very nice. Over priced for what you get.
The brunch food was very good and the service was very good. However I do think it is over-priced. The dining rooms fell a little old and dingy. I would like to see them freshen the eating area up.
Restaurant has been temporarily relocated to the floor below as renovations are happening upstairs. The offered buffet was not nearly as nice, appetizing or extensive as my last visit upstairs but the price was still quite high. Ambience modest and not at all distinctive. All in all, a very mediocre experience at an inflated price. Would not recommend.
It was good food. But at this price point I would expect real creamer for my coffee instead of creamer cups. We had no spoons to stir our coffee and table was slightly sticky.
Overall the attention to detail wasn’t there.
We are from South Louisiana, where any and all Brunches mean bottomless Bloody Marys or Mimosas. We were surprised that none came with our $29.99 buffet. The buffet was Interesting and delicious. I mixed my Mac n cheese w my cream grits for perfect cheesy grits. The omelette was excellent. The view from the veranda on a warmer day would be excellent. I’d come back for that.
We had Christmas Dinner here. Very disappointing. Our server was kind but COMPLETELY overwhelmed. For our 5:30 p.m. reservation, the restaurant was out of multiple appetizers, entrees and ice tea! How does a restaurant run out of ice tea?
The server forgot to put our appetizer in which then was rushed and came out burned. My salmon entree was cold.
The couple next to us left in frustration when they were never greeted by a server.
On top of everything, I just received a note from Open Table indicating I was a no-show. Clearly, the hostess never noted we were there. Shaking my head...
We won't go back.
Disappointed this trip. You could tell some of the entrees had been reheated and wasn’t fresh. It truly was disappointing especially after eating here previously when it was done right.
But the restaurant itself was beautiful as always and decorated for the holidays. Can’t be the ambiance.
We were excited to see the renovated Partridge Inn dining area and it looked great. We had a very nice waiter and the wine and macaroni appetizer was very good. However, all three different main courses were not good (very pedestrian) and fairly pricy. Not sure I would come back unless for drinks and appetizer only.
It was $90 for two people. The food was mediocre if your wanting a brunch buffet. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
My husband and I celebrated our 1st year wedding anniversary at P.I. Bar and Grill. It was a pleasant experience from the hostess and our server. It was a great dining experience for us!We will definitely be back.
The Sunday brunch provided many flavorful meats and side dishes. Our server was most accommodating, cordial and professional. There seemed to be a shortage of salads and dessert selections being offered.
We were to have dinner and breakfast the next day. Dinner and service was wonderful. NOT sure how breakfast would have been because we MISSED it! the hotel key holder said Saturday breakfast ended at 11am. We arrived at 10:15 and was told breakfast was OVER!! EXTREMELY disappointed with that.

Dead city USA for a Sunday brunch. Ashley was the best for greeting and serving us, that's why the 5 star for service, it would behoove them to charge a little more, serve better food and make it a champagne brunch. The omelette station was good, the fruit bowl was pitiful and an insult to Hilton.
They need to serve the locals the same way they do for Masters Week in Augusta.
Great Sunday brunch. Even brought my mother a special dessert for her birthday. Ashley was a very attentive and personable server.
Took my father here for Sunday brunch for his birthday on 8/27. Loved the variety of food that was offered. Went right back for my mother's birthday on 8/28. We went up to the penthouse & enjoyed evening drinks on the rooftop. The whole place is beautiful, & the staff is very inviting/friendly. Really loved the atmosphere. Plan to go back soon.
My girlfriend and I had dinner at the restaurant and we were just a bit over-dressed, for many of the patrons were very casually dressed. The food was excellent and the ambiance was great. The only issue I had was that the rooftop patio was closed when we finished eating. It should stay open to match the restaurant hours or even be open 1/2 hour after the restaurant closes to accommodate patrons.
For Sunday Brunch at a place that advertised "southern cooking", they did not serve eggs, biscuits, sausage or gravy. The food that was available was excellent. However, no melted butter available for crab legs. We had to request bread, butter and melted butter for crab legs. The servers were overworked due to lack of "normal" items on buffet.
Employees were very nice and the food was great and not too pricey. We will be back.

The shrimp and grits was very bland tasting resulting in the dish being returned and taken off the ticket. The chicken alfredo was over seasoned and once I got home became sick causing the food to come back up. Very disappointed in the taste of the selections especially for the price.
coming from a couple both of us are 22 yrs old ....me and my new fiance both had the best time of our life... this stay was one unforgettable... aside the outstanding hotel the food was cooked to perfection and the waiter Mr.John was the best it wasn't a second that we needd sumthing in he wasn't the to assist us...after leaving the rooftop bar enjoying drinks watching the fireworks... July 1st 2017 little did my gf know she got propsed to that night... letting the engagement soak in we have been enjoying our relationship more and more... all in all we will be back we are Hilton members now and all I can say is it won't be the first day and... also I can't forget the manager and mrs...sherri she is the best host if ever met she was very friendly and she made the night even more special for me all in all everyone helped me relax for my big day proposing to my future wife... thanks Hilton staff Augusta,Ga
The food was hit and plentiful. A great variety, and some create your own for Sunday brunch. Service was also prompt and cordial. I will go back.

We had a 7:15 reservation and arrived on time. We were seated promptly and within 15 minutes placed our order. At 8:45 I jokingly told the waitress I had to be in bed in 15 minutes to get an idea of when our entree would be delivered. Finally at 8:50 we received our food and it was hit or miss. 2 had great meals, 1 had a great steak but all of the accompaniments were wrong and 1 had a horrible meal. It was supposed to be short ribs but it came out as the worst pot roast ever made. There was a party of 26 but the restaurant acted as if the never have had a party of that size. The were clearly short staffed and need to make adjustments in the kitchen. The best of luck to them because the menu is yummy.
I made lunch reservations for 6 a couple of weeks in advance and stated that it was a special occasion (white coat ceremony). A couple of days prior to the event, I called to add a 7th guest to our reservation. When we arrived they told us they were only serving from the bar menu, no lunch. When I said I thought they should have told me that earlier, they said they were 'sorry for the confusion'. We left to have a lovely lunch at The French Market Grill.
We were staying at the hotel for a getaway weekend and had heard they had a nice Saturday and Sunday brunch. As it is an upscale hotel, we decided to make a reservation for the brunch. My wife went down to the restaurant while I checked out and took care of our luggage. The place was empty, and the only wait staff or bar employees were in an adjoining dining room, standing around chatting with one another. After waiting a few minutes, a lady who appeared to be one of the hotel cleaning staff approached my wife and asked her if she had been helped. When my wife informed her that she had not, the lady went into the kitchen and informed them that they had someone waiting. The hostess came out and my wife informed her that there would be 2 for brunch and that we would like to sit on the veranda. The young lady told my wife to go out and choose a table and she would follow with menus etc. Upon going out to the veranda my wife noticed that it had not been cleaned and tables etc. put back in place from the bar crowd the night before. My wife found a table and sat down. A few minutes later the hostess appeared with water glasses and menus. She sat two obviously dirty glasses down on the table, then informed my wife that they were not doing brunch as they were reworking their brunch menu ( we had checked their website for menu etc. the evening before and it said nothing about this) and they only had the bar menu available. Needless to say, my wife left and met me in the lobby and we went elsewhere. We were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary with the hotel stay and the brunch was the thing that my wife was really looking forward to. We both work so much that we seldom have time for such things and she was incredibly disappointed. It is difficult to believe that this is a Hilton property. The hotel and it's staff were wonderful and met our expectations but the restaurant was quite frankly no better than a McDonalds. The filthy glasses were the clincher for us. Pathetic
The service on this particular Sunday was TERRIBLE. The server barely came to our table to pick up plates or refill our glasses. Also, I was overly charged and addressed it with AJ, the manager on duty.
Last, I ask in regards to a military discount that have been given to me for almost 6 years...AJ refused because of the renovation of the hotel.....which did not seem like a good reason.
We had a party of 8 adults for a friends 40th birthday dinner. The food quality and presentation was great! The server was energetic and very pleasant. After a nice patio dinner, we enjoyed the band for a few songs, then headed to the rooftop bar and lounge area for the last hour. Very nice ambiance on the roof top and good music. If I had one wish though... I wish the rooftop bar area would go through an upgrade like the rest of the rooftop. At current state, it is a walk up order window. An actual sit down bar would be perfect.
I booked P.I. for our wedding anniversary and the hostess and our server were so accommodating. They found my husband and I a nice quiet table and the service was amazing. So was the food! Great place for date night and I noticed a lot of business dinners going on. Delicious. Had the rooftop bar been open while we were there we would have gone up there for a drink first to watch the sunset. I hear it's beautiful!
First could not find our reservation at 12:30PM for brunch for daughter's birthday. Took 20 minutes to be seated or longer. During this time is was more about us showing up without a reservation instead of PI trying to accommodate a customer. Finally seated on the veranda, which we did not request because of the heat, and the fan over our table was not working to capacity. Told it would take an industrial ladder to correct. Drink order taken, and received. Food order taken, after waiting for approximately an hour, we stated that we would be leaving if not received by 2. Received within 10 minutes. With 6 in our party, the plates did not all come out together, but with 2 to 3 minutes between and one being about 10 minutes later. Much to our dismay, the food was not worth waiting for. Shrimp and grits - 2 shrimp, Waffles and Chicken - 2 fried thighs with a waffle that could have broken the plate. Although the other plates were basic breakfast and omelet, they were thrown onto the plate with no presentation. Having ordered cheese grits received lukewarm grits with cold cheese on top for an additional cost. During the waiting time, we were never offered bread or anything to appease the hunger. We also had to ask for our drinks to be refilled, which at that time we were told those having a mimosa could have one on the house, which was 2 in the party of 6. We had friends that had been sat inside before us, that received their meal after we did, and some that just got up and left.
I had great expectations, and was very very disappointed, especially when my daughter's birthday meal request was for brunch!!!
They acted like they never got our reservation- we were taking our 96 year old step mom to breakfast and had to wait 90 minutes for mediocre food. Won't be back.
We ordered 3 of smoked salmon on bagels with capers, onions n cream cheese at Sunday brunch. What we received was served on a hot plate of raisin cinnamon bagels with dab of cream cheese, smattering of capers n onions. No garnish n tasting awful! Fortunately the server sent the new chef plus manager to apologize. Out of plain bagels so had substituted raisin. To make amends they comped our meals and brought a generous portion of fresh salmon n sides. May or may not return but they tried to be solicitous.
