- IIRENEVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •35 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is our second time dining at Altamirano. We came to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated in the beautiful patio and proceeded to order almost all the various appetizers that we did not try on our last visit. Each dish was presented beautifully and was delicious. Our server, while very busy, did a great job attending to everyone. One of our favorite dish was the Sophi sashimi with its theatrical smoky presentation. FYI…the ribeye steak is enough for sharing. We were even tested to a tres leches cake for our anniversary. Thanks again for a wonderful night. We will be back again.More infoAltamiranoPrice: Moderate• Peruvian• North Panhandle / USF•4.7

We loved the music and the colorful murals really added to the vibe. The passion fruit pisco sour was just right to start things off. Then we had the shrimp ceviche which was so fresh and tasty, and the yucca chips were the perfect match. For our main, we had the sirloin steak lomo saltado along with the trio of empanadas. The mushroom one was definitely my favorite. The portions were just right and the prices were really reasonable. We were too full to try dessert this time but we are already looking forward to coming back!More infoMochicaPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Potrero Hill / Dogpatch•4.7
- BBecVIPDenver / Colorado •21 reviews4.0Dined on May 26, 2025My spouse and I had a fun anniversary dinner at Chotto Matte! Food was very good and the restaurant is attractive. I will say it felt a bit gimmicky and a little overpriced. Service was a little inconsistent, but very friendly. However, overall it was super fun and I would recommend it for a nice dinner!More infoChotto Matte San FranciscoPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Downtown / Union Square•4.3
