Best Cocktail Bars in Center City

The food was excellent Our server, David, was outstanding and gently helped us make our manu and drink choices. And the food was excellent. I highly recommended Loch Bar.

Great food servers are always welcoming and friendly. Price is so worth it for the food, is our third time going and we absolutely love that place definitely worth going.

Our second visit was better than our first. We went for our 2nd anniversary and had an absolute blast. Everyone and I mean everyone wished us a happy anniversary and they gave us the center booth against the glass which was perfect for photo symmetry. We tried the “from the land and sea” tasting menu and was not disappointed. So many delicious flavors and the presentation was out of this world. Our server was attentive during the entire experience and gave us a surprise lava cake with happy anniversary written on it. We also left with a complimentary breakfast cake called, “gugelhupf” and a box of confections handpicked from a display cart they rolled up to us. A truly wonderful and memorable experience from the moment we got off the elevator. We highly recommend.

My new fave bar in Philly! Amazing food - we ordered all three items off the menu and they were 10/10. The best being the salmon bites. Drinks were great (and strong), service was awesome. Literally had the best night out in a while. Thanks, Midnight & The Wicked!! We’ll be back :)

I visited twice this week, hence only one review. Both times, my friends and then my family were treated with care, respect, and patience. We weren't looking to be coddled or bothered too much, and the service was kind enough to respect that. We were approached when ready, had our orders taken, and then left to enjoy the music, ambiance, and vibe. All of which were wonderful. My father had a hard time with the noise level of the music, which I capitulate can be a bit much at times. However, the music playlist itself was lovely, just somewhat loud unexpectedly. Prices were good, taste was exquisite, care was professional, and our time there was amazing. Highly recommend.
