Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Phoenix / Arizona

The food was delicious (spicy rigatoni with sausage), the drinks were outstanding the customer service was incredible. And the decor was awesome!

Felt the urge to leave a review, as the customer service level was very much appreciated! I don’t dine out often, so maybe this isn’t all that unique of an experience, but they messed up a few itemized dishes on our bill. Accidentally charged for 2 Miso Cods, and charged for the Crab Tempura instead of the Rockshrimp. Since my party and I are not all that experienced with seafood, we didn’t even realize we were eating the crab rather than the shrimp lol, but was DELICIOUS, (but also almost twice the price!). When we called out the mistakes, the waitress immediately was apologetic and ready to correct the mistake. I don’t know why I was partially expecting some kind of questioning or challenge as to whether we possibly “ordered wrong” or “forgot” what we actually ordered. But it was such a relief to be met immediately with apologies and affirmations that we did indeed receive an incorrect bill. All I was expecting was a correction, but they comped the 2 dishes completely (which happened to be the 2 priciest items), and the manager also came over to apologize personally. Truly was not an issue at all, and we were completely ready to pay for our dishes, but I appreciate Nobu’s dedication to customer service! I imagine their goal is to leave customers so at ease they don’t even need to bother checking their bill—but I guess the correction of the mistake was even more impactful than if the bill had come out perfect lol! Gave me a glimpse as to how special the staff want to make your evening and truly take care of you.
