Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Vater und Sohn kreieren als Team seit 20 Jahren einzigartige, italienische Gerichte in Las Vegas. Der Son Mimmo wuchs im Geschäft auf und ging nach seinem Abschluss an der C.C.A. nach Italien. Gern empfiehlt er Ihnen einen italienischen Wein aus seiner Weinkarte, die mit dem Titel „Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence“ und wegen der etwa 900 Weine mit dem Titel „Most Diversified Italian Collection in the U.S.“ ausgezeichnet wurde. Auch eine große Auswahl an kalifornischen, französischen und australischen Weinen wird angeboten. Viele Stars haben schon im Ferraro's gespeist.
