Dinner at 533 was exceptional, as always. Our server Bronson is the best, giving guidance, answering questions and steering us to perfect choices. My friends returned after an absence of many years and were thrilled with how wonderful 533 has become. We all will be returning many times.

This was out first visit but not our last! The calamari was perfectly done and the sauce with the lobster spring rolls was unique. We shared the pork vermicelli bowl and chicken pad Thai. Both were top notch. We will be back soon!

We been there many times and the food just wasn’t as tasty the last two times. Flavors did not pop! Maybe we ordered wrong…I had the yellow curry and it was far too spicy and overwhelmed the ingredients.

533 Viet Fusion is definitely a standout for Vietnamese cuisine in the desert. Creative and fresh, the menu offers a lot of interesting options. Service was excellent. While the prices could be considered high, the portions are huge. We ordered the chicken pho and the vegetarian red curry ramen. Vegetables were expertly prepared and fresh in both dishes. Pho is traditional and tasty. The red curry ramen is in a coconut milk-based curry. The soup-base, while tasty, was a bit too heavy for the delicate ramen noodles, which seemed to clump into the bottom of the bowl. Would not order again. Would return to try out other menu options. This trip 533 Viet Fusion earns a 5 for service and a strong 4+ on food.

First time back here since stupid Covid kept us north of the border and it didn't disappoint ... our waiter (who we've enjoyed years ago) was witty and wonderful. He was very busy but got us drinks and food very quickly for a packed house. He was able to use his iPad to show us various meal options. And there are great vegan options - important to us. Fun and friendly ambience. Great food. Creative cocktails. This place keeps me wanting to come back.

I have enjoyed meals here in the past. The Mango salad roll was very good and my shrimp Vermicelli bowl was just ok. The flavors that you expect from Vietnamese food was lacking. Our server was excellent and took very good care of us.

We love this place. Since moving to Palm Springs we were slow to find good Vietnamese food. WOW! We finally found this place about a year or so ago. It totally hits the spot. We really enjoy the pho with the chicken and meatballs. We also had the most amazing service from the lovely gentleman who greeted us at the door to Kevin who took exceptional care of us at our table.

We have been going to 533 Viet Fusion, We have taken friends to 533 a number of times and now when they come back to visit yearly, they ask to have dinner there again. I am gluten-free due to health issues and I have many choices there. Their wait staff is very friendly and check to make sure all is good. We travel 45 minutes to eat there,

Food was good. Reasonably priced. But we orders 2 Moscow mule cocktails. The bill came and these drinks were $21 each!! When asked if this was correct , they indicated we had been overcharged $3 per drink !! First of all , why were we overcharged and secondly why on earth would a simple cocktail cost more than an entree? I will never go back to this restaurant.
