Phil’s Italian Steak House
We had a party of 4 and were able to split the meals and left stuffed. Service was Great as well as the food and drinks. Will go back when in Vegas.
The food was just ok but great service from Eddie.
Food was excellent. Eddie was simply the best! Best Cosmopolitan ever!
Not able to cook a T-Bone rare... trying to explain you that it is not possible to cook a T-Bone rare.
Our dining experience was awesomazing! Eddie and staff were exceptional! Looking forward to be dining here in the near future.
I was dissatisfied with the server who forgot to put the drink orders in and then rushed to make up time. Food was ok but for the price, my expectations were higher. Unfortunately, we felt like we should have eaten elsewhere.
Good service, good food.
Love this place. Eat here every time we are in Vegas. Friendly staff, great ambiance, extensive wine list and perfectly prepared meals. We will be back.
The food was good and the service was fabulous....Eddie is a dream
we ordered a glass of wine, waiter forget so we canceled. we received our food after adjacent party received theirs which got there 15 min after we sat down first. And we finally received our food it was cold, steak should be delivered hot, the plate was also touch warm, not careful hot.
Our waiter was not very good at all and the food for the price was very over rated. The steak was not up to par at all for a $61 steak. The waiter rarely stopped by the table to see if we needed anything. My wife and I did not order any alcohol because we don’t drink so we just ordered soda. The waiter only brought two soda refills. We were there for almost 90 minutes and only saw the waiter 3 times. Like I said the services was very poor and the food was not worth the money we spent. Really poor experience and we will not be going back.
Excellent food with the best service from our wonderful waiter. A great dining experience!
We generally plan a dinner at Phil’s whenever we’re in town; something we enjoy, and this time was no exception. The three of us shared a “steakhouse experience,” a lobster tail, a blue cheese crusted filet, asparagus, and whipped potatoes. It was all wonderful, would certainly do it all again. Our server Edgar and the entire staff did a masterful job of enhancing our experience while remaining friendly and warm. Can’t wait until we can do it again. Oh, try the bread pudding for dessert!
Good place to eat a steak. We told the waiter that we were kind of a hurry because the show next door will start at 7pm and he made it possible for to eat dinner with ample time.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was rated a B... had I known, I never would have picked this place. Food was ok...received bottled water instead of sparkling water. Just small mistakes. However, Ricardo, our server, was great.
Server was very good, not to loud, food was excellent.
Food mediocre, error with order, waitor spilled drink on my husband before a show and Phil’s still didn’t cover the whole tab.
The best part was the nice lady who resets the tables.
Excellent experience, we have been eating here three times over the last 6 months and enjoyed great food and reasonable priced wines every time. The attention at the bar while waiting for a table was not quite matching the dining experience hence the lower rating on service. Table service was great.
Our first visit to Phil’s after many stays at TI. Some of the reviews made us wonder what we would find. Bottom line, our service was OK, but not at the level experienced at other steak houses in Vegas. We opted for the special offering and selected the filet. The Caesar salad was excellent and well presented. The filet was very good and tender. The green beans and potatoes that were included in the meal were nicely seasoned. Bottom line, glad we strayed from our usual path and enjoyed the dinner at Phil’s.
Wonderful service! Oysters Rockefeller and endive salad were superb. Steak was a perfect medium rare that you could cut with a fork.
Very expensive for my budget, but my wife and I split a dish to make it more economical, only a $5 extra plate fee. The meal was excellent and the server was top notch.
I ordered the Fixed Prix meal, the Prime Rib dinner. One of the worst meals I've ever had. The prime rib was tasteless. The onion sauce they put on it made it worse. The spinach was dry and overcooked. The lobster corn chowder didn't have any lobster in it. I will never order that meal again.
Great service, food was very good. Will definitely go back.
The food was definitely not worth the money. There are too many good restaurants in Vegas to waste time/money on this one.
Good place for business meal, not as noisy as some of the venues at casino hotels.
Everything was really good and my party of 5 all had their meals prepared perfectly. All parts of the experience was just spot on.
Did not care for the menu. Bus people were not attentive. No fresh Italian bread. Overpriced. Will not fo back or recommend. We are locals.
Valentines Day Dinner was fantastic. My wife had the dinner special and I had a steak. Everything was done to perfection. Would recommend Phil to anyone.
Food was pricy for the quality of food provided
I had read the reviews and knew there was a very good chance it would be bad and it certainly was. Service was absolutely horrible and the food was so so. I will say the onion soup was good. Our entire wait staff though was terrible. We had reservations at 5:00 and despite being first guests seated we were the last served water and greeted by our very rude waiter. We ordered one drink and he never asked again. My drink was so full it spilled all over the table and despite my telling him he simply shrugged and walked away do l covered it with my napkin. On numerous occasions the waiter would literally reach over us bumping and pushing us. As we had show tickets at 7:00 we stayed as we were afraid we wouldn't find another place to eat timely but our group of five agreed we would never return. Beware...the bad reviews are truthful!
Would not go back. Food was overpriced and not presented well. The vegetable side (spinach) almost seemed like it was out of a can. The convenience of this restaurant being inside the Treasure Island Hotel was a major reason for going to the restaurant but in hindsight we should have gone across the street to one of the other Hotels with Steakhouses.
The waiter was annoyed that we didn’t order drinks or wine and he also didn’t tell us the specials. He seemed very put out that we didn’t order appetizers or salads too. Didn’t check back until we were almost done. We had prime rib and even though it was cooked the way we ordered it, it was tough and very fatty. The waiters helper, reached in front of my husband to pour water to the person sitting next to home and water dripped on to his food. I would not recommend Phil’s Italian Steak House.
We were seated on time but went down hill from there. Waited little while to order. Brought our wine , but never an ice bucket. My shrimp cocktail was brought to me with my salad not as an appetizer! We then ordered our meals. Didn’t see waiter again until meal was served. My meal was to have stuffed crabmeat in with my steak. Wasn’t there and didn’t see waiter again until we were finished eating. I addressed the crabmeat and he said they didn’t have any so they gave me 1 Extra shrimp. Instead. ??? Essential asked before hand if I wanted to change my order. We had some food left that we were going to take home , but it was discarded. Never did see waiter again. Finally had to get manager involved to even get our bill. He did credit our bill somewhat! But we were there 2 hours
Delicious, creative food with top notch service! Comfortable atmosphere. Unpretentious experience with truly incredible food.
Service was fantastic. Edgar and Ryan were wonderful. The food was beyond tasty. Wish we knew the portions were so large but otherwise everything was amazing.
Food was not that great, our server was nice but we were always having to flag them down.
We celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary here at Phil’s. The atmosphere was romantic. Our server was very polite and accommodating. We reserved with Opentable and left a note that we were celebrating our anniversary. Surprisingly at the end or our meal he brought over a delicious cake and wished us a happy anniversary. The menus is a bit pricy, but the experience is worth it.
Salmon was overcooked and dry. Service was very cold and abrupt. No ambiance just transactional.
i found the pricing very expensive for average food. i work in the restaurant industry and was expecting so much more. The service was good.
