The food was absolutely excellent. I ordered a rib-eye steak and it was the best I've ever eaten. It just about cut with a fork it was so tender and juicy. I would go back any day and order the same thing again.
Food is excellent and always cooked perfectly! Great bar!!
the service was excellent and the food was cooked perfectly.
My party got sick from eating your food.
It looked like mashed up cat food. Shrimp was like plastic.. then we get the bill and it was like paying for junk
Personally I wouldn’t eat here again. We took my parents here for their 37th anniversary and weren’t impressed. The food was poor for the price. The $67 t-bone was overcooked and flavorless, the scallops were mushy, the risotto was mushy; the halibut and salmon were ok. There was another group of about 12 people a few tables away from us and they were so loud we couldn’t even hold a conversation at our table. For the 6 of us, the total bill was a little over $400, and we did not order any dessert or alcohol, just iced tea, water, soda and coffee.
All of that being said, the service was fantastic!
Very high priced
Found it typical of most restaurants in casinos .
You are better going off the strip for a unique experience.
Service terrible.
Food was ok, not the quality I would expect for the price. Steak was not seasoned well.
Valentines Day Dinner was terrible. The food was so bad that people were either sending back their plates or not eating.
Great place to spend Valentine’s Day
Everything from start to finish was great!
Steak was so buttery! So good! They had an awesome valentines special! Would recommend to everyone!
Fancy steakhouse. This is a special occasion kind of place. Steaks were great. The salads were especially good.
Hit or miss at Phil’s. Has gone down hill over the years. Hostess was not friendly at all. Our waiter was great but food quality was poor and overpriced.
Our server Rene’ was AMAZING, my Cobb Salad was great and the red rose was a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s it for the positives. My fish was overcooked, my husband’s pasta was bland and my dirty martini was meh.
Horrible dinner. Hostess sat us next to another table. Entire dining area was open. Only two other tables were seated. The lady at the table next to us was engaging in a conversation with another table in the middle of the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. Mashed potatoes were shiny and liquid. The prime rib was sliced thin and no flavor. Spinach dish was flavorless. The dinner was not worth 1/2 of what we paid. Certainly not up to Vegas standards.
Beautiful evening nice service good food elegant I love the restaurant
Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. Portions were good.
Had the Prix Fixe dinner. Three courses, all superb,
Good food in a comfortable environment.
Its hit or miss here... this time was a big miss. Hopefully better next time
Was looking for a convenient Steakhouse for dinner before attending Mystere by Cirque du Soleil. Pleasantly surprised to the quality of food. The service and attention of the staff was outstanding. Highly recommend.
The smoke smell inside the restaurant
My Slow Roasted prime rib was lukewarm and the slimy
My wife’s lobster was not separated from the shell we had to send it /ack to be properly served
I was not happy or satisfied for the cost

The best steakhouse in Vegas!
Our waiter Eddie introduced himself and we were off and running. Crab Legs, Filet, Wedge Salad w/ Bleu Cheese Dressing, Shrimp Cocktail! I will say the shrimp could have been better. Still edible. Eddie was great, easy-going and excellent service.
We were left feeling that the value was not fair - overpriced for what we got.
I would refer a friend, but we had a problem with the way the prime rib was cooked. One of our party ordered medium well, it was served medium rare. We had show reservations and could not wait for the order to be redone. Eddie, our server, was excellent and removed the one prime order from our bill. I would still go back to Phil's Italian Steak house, but would emphasize the order request to the restaurant.
Is serving bread in a bag fine dining protocol? We are just curious, for serving bread in that fashion (in such a nice place) was a new experience for us.
You had better love all things pork to eat here! Even the wedge salad had large chunks of pork belly on it, and the salmon was swimming in bacon grease, presumably from the spinach. Even the bread had bacon baked in it. If pork isn't your thing, beware!
I'm sorry, but it wasnt that great. It was below average cafeteria food. Food was cold. My turkey was cold in the center, and it was a round piece with a hole in it. The Spinach was cold, as well as the center of the piece. The stuffing was cold. And the mac n cheese tasted like vegetables. No flavor but like veggies. We ordered 2 Thanksgiving specials, but only got 2 little pieces of bruschetta, to me we should have got 2 pieces each, it was 2 orders. Creme brulee had a taste of anything but special. I was not impressed with food at all. Our service was nice. Everyone who we dealt with was nice, in a good mood and made the experience better than the food. Would I go back no, I'd go back to the cafe faster. At least there I expect tasteless cold food. I feel bad writing this, however, someone has to pay attention. If you're sending a review, I'm assuming someone does care. I may be more sympathetic if it was really busy, but when I was there. It wasnt busy. No need for a microwave dinner to be rushed .
Wonderful dinner, attentive but not intrusive service, soft light and laughter. Looking forward to the next time!
Noise level was rated as "moderate" because it's IN the casino so there was SOME noise coming from there. Overall experience was wonderful. The waitstaff was very accommodating and the food was some of the best I've ever had. We purchased the 3 course special and feel that the price was VERY good for what we received. It would have been nice to offer more than one dessert, however. I don't like coffee and the only dessert offered was a cappuccino creme' brulee. The others that were with me said it was delicious.
Very nice place to dine. I would recommend to my friends and will come back.
Really bad. And this was the highest rated restaurant in Treasure Island. Rude hostess, not professionally dressed. Food was priced high, as expected IF it had been good. It was NOT. Lobster clam chowder was smelly and fishy. Couldn’t eat it. Portions were HUGe, as if they were just trying to get rid of almost expired foods - esp on caprese “platter”.... really gross and again, HUGE. Ton of dressing tossed through all. Mediocre filet.... and the ARE a steakhouse. Cookes inappropriately. We will NEVER return and advise no one to try this place.

Overall enjoyable.
Food was amazing, service was excellent and scenery was gorgeous.
I would not recommend it to a friend if it was a special occasion. We were there for a very special occasion which was our wedding night dinner. My children were with us as a surprise. I made the reservation before we even arrived in Vegas, I let the steakhouse know that this would be our wedding night dinner. There was no special recognition of any kind from the wait staff or the restaurant ! Very disappointing!!!! Also a plate of oysters broke on our table, water and ice went everywhere. No one really thought that it was a big deal we were just moved to another table. Also the oysters were very small for the price they were. Our stay at T I was very enjoyable this was the only disappointment of the whole entire trip. Especially after spending over $300 in the restaurant.
Worst prime rib I’ve ever had...it was so tuff I could barely eat it. Everyone else in the group ordered filets and all said they were fair. Very disappointing for how expensive this meal was. Lots of choices in Vegas, don’t bother with Phil’s.
Great meal and affordable. Steak medallions were done perfectly. Prime rib highly recommend.
