Phil’s Italian Steak House
Noise level was rated as "moderate" because it's IN the casino so there was SOME noise coming from there. Overall experience was wonderful. The waitstaff was very accommodating and the food was some of the best I've ever had. We purchased the 3 course special and feel that the price was VERY good for what we received. It would have been nice to offer more than one dessert, however. I don't like coffee and the only dessert offered was a cappuccino creme' brulee. The others that were with me said it was delicious.
Very nice place to dine. I would recommend to my friends and will come back.
Really bad. And this was the highest rated restaurant in Treasure Island. Rude hostess, not professionally dressed. Food was priced high, as expected IF it had been good. It was NOT. Lobster clam chowder was smelly and fishy. Couldn’t eat it. Portions were HUGe, as if they were just trying to get rid of almost expired foods - esp on caprese “platter”.... really gross and again, HUGE. Ton of dressing tossed through all. Mediocre filet.... and the ARE a steakhouse. Cookes inappropriately. We will NEVER return and advise no one to try this place.
Food was amazing, service was excellent and scenery was gorgeous.
I would not recommend it to a friend if it was a special occasion. We were there for a very special occasion which was our wedding night dinner. My children were with us as a surprise. I made the reservation before we even arrived in Vegas, I let the steakhouse know that this would be our wedding night dinner. There was no special recognition of any kind from the wait staff or the restaurant ! Very disappointing!!!! Also a plate of oysters broke on our table, water and ice went everywhere. No one really thought that it was a big deal we were just moved to another table. Also the oysters were very small for the price they were. Our stay at T I was very enjoyable this was the only disappointment of the whole entire trip. Especially after spending over $300 in the restaurant.
Worst prime rib I’ve ever had...it was so tuff I could barely eat it. Everyone else in the group ordered filets and all said they were fair. Very disappointing for how expensive this meal was. Lots of choices in Vegas, don’t bother with Phil’s.
Great meal and affordable. Steak medallions were done perfectly. Prime rib highly recommend.
We loved the quiet and intimate ambiance of the restaurant. The filet was cooked perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised how it compared to the larger steakhouses. We would definitely recommend and would return. Thank you!
We were there on October 6 celebrating my mom's 85th birthday. It was awesome. Food was delicious! My mom loved it.
Food was excellent! Service brought down the stars. Table that ordered after us received food prior to us. The server rarely checked on us. When paying, he took 15 minutes after taking our payment to come back. We watched him take an order and deliver an order all while having our check in his pocket.
The bartenders were outstanding! The server at the table was mediocre. Food was nothing great. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go to dinner there. We were at the TI to see Mystère and that was really the only “nice” option.
Good food and service, and quiet, out of all the casino chaos
Nice place. Good to not have to travel outside of TI for a great meal. Staff was pleasant, cheerful and accommodating. Will definitely return.
The food was impressive. With the location right of the casino floor there was smoke in the air, and the service was slightly slow but I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would visit again.
With out a doubt the worst steak I’ve ever had. I paid $70 for a T-Bone steak. When the steak was served it was cooked well done (asked for Medium Rare) and that wasn’t the worst part. It didn’t have a single drop of seasoning on it. Not a grain of salt or pepper NOTHING. I couldn’t believe how bad the steak was. I will never go to this restaurant again. I’m not one to send food back, If it’s not good food I don’t give them my business ever again. Truly mind blowing how bad it was. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I recommend trying any other steak house on the Vegas Strip.
Mario and Maria took such wonderful care of us. Everything was perfect. In addition the hostess and bartender, whose names I failed to get, were welcoming and genial.
Food was not cooked as we requested and was not good as we expected.
Decided to go mainly due to wanting to try the lobster corn chowder and the risotto. The chowder was average. Little runner than should be and needing some seasoning but still ok. The Filet Mignon medallions with whipped potatoes and mushrooms were very good. Super tasty. The bacon cheddar risotto was superb as well. Creme brûlée for dessert was nicely done. Overall I’d say 8/10. Good job.
Food was decent not great. Had to send my pork chop back because it was not cooked. The drinks were great. Waiter was bland and had absolutely no personality. They did give me a free dessert to make up for the inconvenience of having to send my steak back. Overall average experience
Phil's is a nice, cozy, restaurant that will take you away from the business of Las Vegas. Dinner was good.
Beautiful atmosphere, table bread was awesome, salad was great, and the entrees delicious. They had Empress gin, hard to find but lovely. Too stuffed for dessert because we are everything :)
For the price, we thought the food would be a lot better. We were disappointed. The service was good. The restaurant was nice. Maybe it was just a bad night, I don't know.
Awesome awesome awesome. Thank you for making my anniversary very special.
Meal was disappointing not worth the$$$$$$ i would never go back or recommend it. Ordered a beer it was flat bartender said he knew the keg was going....tried a second choice same. Prime rib fatty and the only flavor was the sauce it sat in. Nothing about the meal was worth the time.
The service is excellent. They offer a fix priced menu ( you have to ask for it) which is a great value. Prime rib is excellent. Medallions of beef filet had a weird flavor.
Very Nice place to have a nice dinner in Las Vegas. I had the prime rib and it was outstanding! Their bar is a nice place to grab a drink.
Excellent filet. Drinks were good. My wife had the mahi nahi. Everything was spot on!
Sent the check back 3 times to get the right charges.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The service was warm, efficient, and friendly and the meal was just outstanding. We have tried numerous steakhouses in Las Vegas and Phil’s is one of those we’ve enjoyed the most.
Everything you would expect from a high end steakhouse. Excellent food and great service.
The food was good, the sides were plentiful and tasty, the dessert was very unusual but delicious (a frozen Tiramisu sugg'd by the server). Our waiter was not what I'd call friendly sort of stoic. However, his server, a young female with dark long hair that was great! Very accommodating, friendly, gave suggestions when asked. I just wish I could remember her name. She should have been the waiter. Lastly, I thought the $6 charge for an extra plate ridiculous! An ~$85 steak should not have an extra plate charge and the waiter should have split it for us as did Ruth's Chris when we were there last year.
The food and drinks were delicious. Our server Eddie was very attentive.
We really enjoyed our meal and were able to sit at the same table as our previous visit. Delicious food and excellent service!
Amazing customer service. Great food. Nice environment. I do believe the portion sizes to be less of what was expected for the overall price. But all in all - very good :)
The halibut special was very good. My filet ordered medium was rare and not tender at all. Very expensive for what you get. Won’t be back
This was our first visit to Phil’s Italian steak house. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service from the time we got there till we left. I had butter seared filet medallions with sauce Diane that was seasoned perfectly and so tasty, garlic mashed potatoes that were creamy as silk and sautéed green beans that tasted like they were fresh out of the garden, both delicious and sweet. Because we were staying at Treasure Island we paid $35 for this meal. My husband had an 8oz butchers cut steak, cooked perfectly with a delicious blackened crust, and silky mashed potatoes and shrimp creole sauce that had lots of shrimp. His cost was $30. If you stay at Treasure Island and pay the resort fee you should get an envelope of coupons and this is one of them. You also receive some cheesy herb buns and butter prior to your meal but I wanted to save my appetite for the meal so I never had any but my husband ate a couple of them one before and one after his meal, to mop up his plate. I am not a big eater so I had more than enough to eat and actually got my husband to finish the rest of mine and he enjoyed mine as well. I wish I had room for the creme brûlée or the cheesecake but will have to save that for the next time. The service was excellent and I enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back.
Great steaks. Wedge salad is giant but delicious. Recommend splitting it with someone.
our waiter he was great but his helper was not so great but I will eat there again once I am back in las Vegas
