Had restaurant week for $55. Asked to change the dessert to another one that was $1 dollar more. Was told the 'chef' said no. When I added up the total cost, I was only saving $2 to not just order off the menus.

Worst seafood I’ve ever had. Cream crab soup had no crab taste and the batter on the fish and crab cake in the fried seafood trio were over cooked and Benedict in places. The fish especially was really dry because it was over cooked. Despite being cooked for so long the batter was not crispy. Overpriced tourist trap.

Came for the crab cakes and we weren’t disappointed! Skip the crab dip appetizer (too salty and greasy). Friendly and efficient service, appreciated validated parking at Pier V Garage nearby. Restaurant is noisy, but it’s Phillips Seafood, right?

Although we arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to closing on New Year's Eve. we did not feel rushed or that the service was poor. We definitely will return and suggest this restaurant to others.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner there. The food was amazing but the show stoppers would definitely have to be the crab dip and the bread pudding. We will be visiting again whenever we are in the area.

We are from New Jersey and we were out celebrating my husband’s birthday and the food was amazing! Our server, Jules, was so sweet and very patient with us. She answered all our questions about the food on the menu. My husband unfortunately ordered 2 dishes he didn’t like and the manager came out and asked if everything was okay. She offered suggestions and was very understanding. My husband eventually ordered a meal he liked. Definitely will go back again when we are in the Baltimore area.

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. The first was a during a conference in which I took 11 students from a conference to dine and had a fabulous experience. For this visit to Baltimore, I wanted my husband and daughter to experience the food and service and again it was wonderful! I'll likely return in the summer while visiting for another event.

The seafood trio which included fried fish, 6 batter dipped shrimp and 1 crab cake along with fries and coleslaw was nice. The kids meal is a really good value under $10. I like the fries which were crispy and served hot.

It was quite busy but our waitress was warm and friendly and very attentive! The crab cake sandwich full of crab so that was awesome too!! I would have enjoyed a crab cake platter but so expensive so went for the sandwich.

We have a bucket of steamer. Except for the mussels which are not too fresh, the rest are juicy and tasty. Overall, I am happy with the service, seating, and food. Will definitely come again.

The selected meal was seafood trio, shrimp, crabcake, and fresh fish. The served meal had a very small crabcake, less than 4 oz. Four small shrimp and a piece of salmon. The salmon outside looked cooked, however, the piece was raw inside. It was taken back to the kitchen. The same piece was further cooked and reserved. It was refused. The meal was discounted.

We were directed to Phillips by our hotel for our first meal out in Baltimore. We had the vegetable crab soup and cream of crab soup and roasted oysters to start off and all were excellent. I had the shrimp and scallops that were perfectly cooked. My husband loved his fried seafood trio which included some of the best fries he’s had. We splurged on the bread pudding which was the perfect end to our meal. Our server, John, was prompt, thorough and a delight.

Service and food-wise was impeccable. We got there early and was seated right away. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I wanted to give a higher rating but when I went to the ladies restroom, all of the stalls except for one was out of order. There was a line for the one available stall. Otherwise it was a nice dinner experience with my family.
