Petrossian Paris Boutique & Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
We came to Petrossian to finish off our 2 day dining adventure in LA with nice brunch. My wife and I had the pre fixe brunch menu (1 with the scrambled eggs and the other with the smoked salmon). Both came with 7 belinis with caviar and a desert and a drink. We weren't sure about having so much caviar since we've only had small tastings/samplings in the past. We loved it. We were the first ones there for an 11:00 am Monday reservation and decided to sit outside. Weather was beautiful. Service was fabulous, inside dining room looked wonderful. Food was absolutely awesome. We discovered that we really like caviar. I listed the noise level as moderate because we sat outside. Wasn't noisy and I don't think the area gets that noisy at night either. I only gave it 3 stars for value because I don't believe a 170.00 brunch (28.00 in tip) can be considered a "good" value. That being said, I would order the exact same thing again and be very happy again. They also have regular breakfast items that I'm sure would be great.
It’s always a pleasure to dine at Petrossian. I always feel at home. The service is amazing. The food is delightful and delectable. There is definitely something for everyone even if you are not a fan of caviar. The cocktail menu is fun and the martini is a must try! This is one of my absolute favorite places in the world. I love them even more for all that they do for the community charity-wise.
We were here for a Dine LA 2018. The caviartini is made with Beluga Russian vodka and is an absolute must. We then shared a foie gras brûlée which was light and flavorful and a caviar wedge salad which was colorful and topped the caviar. The caviar risotto was flavorful without being heavy. It is one of the best risottos in town. I highly recommend this restaurant. I have always dined well there and you will too.
DineLA menu was the bomb, food was thoughtfully prepared and the desert was a unique experience. One drawback was that lighting was very very dim...to a point that we couldn't even see clearly our food, which was inconvenient because we were supposed to appreciate the color of the caviar, and we had to put on phone torch and felt disturbing to other guests.
This was our first time to Petrossian and it was amazing. The experience started once they opened the door for us. It’s always the little things that makes the experience. Petrossian had our name printed on a card at our table and once we sat down our server already said happy birthday. Lea was our server and she was amazing! The food was great and the service was impeccable! Definitely going to dine with Petrossian again.
Petrossian is outstanding in every respect. Known for its caviar, it now developed a fine creative menu with more varied options. Service is impeccable and the small, elegant and quiet dining room is perfect for quiet conversation, especially for a special occasion.
This is the second time I've been to this wonderful locale. The service is stellar. Always listen to the servers and their recommendations. They are "spot on". Pairings are brilliant. My friends and I save this immersive wonderment of flavor, texture, and pure joy for special occasions. Definitely an experience to be savoured.
Great lunch excellent food and service. The service made my birthday lunch even more enjoyable, we couldn't decide on which foie gras to choose so after we ordered the torchon the waiter brought us a sample of the mousse which was great. We couldn't decide on dessert panna cotta or rice pudding since my husband has never tried rice pudding. We asked the waiter for his opinion and he recommended panna cotta but said since my husband had never tried rice pudding he would throw that in and both were amazing. Loved the clean decor and white linens. Enjoyed that you could try all the different candies and jams. Definitely recommend and will be back! Worth the drive and every penny.
The restaurant is a very pretty, quiet place that when you enter looks like a store for buying candy, but then has a room that is just seating. The service was excellent, although if you are in a hurry then you might not get served as fast as you like. The wait is worth it. The food is delicious! The drinks are so good. This restaurant is really a fine food place.
4 of us had dinner. We had a great person helping us choose caviar and smoked salmon so that we could appreciate the specialities of the house. They were wonderful choices and added to the fun of the evening. The physical space is very beautiful and the food and service superb.
I have been for lunch twice. Love the menu! There is something for everyone, (even if you are not a caviar lover). The food is excellent. Service was very attentive , but not intrusive.
I think this is the perfect lunch place to go with a friend or for a business lunch. I really want to try it for dinner and Sunday brunch.
Only drawback is parking is diffult to find in the area during lunch hours.
Perfection is pricey. Then again, that's perfection for you.
A little caviar will make anyone sit up and take notice. But a caviar menu, caviar on scrambled eggs, caviar dabbed onto smoked salmon, caviar samples on blinis...personal heaven.
When the caviar is also stunning quality (not some sad little deflates) and there are ways to enjoy it that are expensive, but not unattainable, well, cue the angels.
So. Think special occasion. Post-fight make up. Super seductive first date. Or, maybe just someplace to treat yourself to something really, really special.
And oh yeah, they have non-caviar items of course. (Which also looked great.)
An adventure in eating! Incredible caviar and salmon selection. The staff will walk you through your options and make your meal an adventure. The food is incredible, the service is amazing. Ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable and easy. I love this place. Fun! Fun! Fun!
