About Petrossian Paris Boutique & Restaurant
We are a casually elegant restaurant and boutique just steps from the shops on Robertson Blvd and within walking distance to the Beverly Center and the Sofitel.
We serve a wide selection of French inspired American dishes as well as showcasing our world renowned selection of caviars, smoked salmon and other culinary delicacies. We offer a casual menu with salads and sandwiches for lunch and more refined dishes for dinner. Our weekend brunch is quite popular, especially on our sidewalk patio.
Our boutique is always open with our full menu available for take out, or shop for French culinary treats from baked goods and smoked salmon to foie gras and caviar!

Perfection is pricey. Then again, that's perfection for you.
A little caviar will make anyone sit up and take notice. But a caviar menu, caviar on scrambled eggs, caviar dabbed onto smoked salmon, caviar samples on blinis...personal heaven.
When the caviar is also stunning quality (not some sad little deflates) and there are ways to enjoy it that are expensive, but not unattainable, well, cue the angels.
So. Think special occasion. Post-fight make up. Super seductive first date. Or, maybe just someplace to treat yourself to something really, really special.
And oh yeah, they have non-caviar items of course. (Which also looked great.)
An adventure in eating! Incredible caviar and salmon selection. The staff will walk you through your options and make your meal an adventure. The food is incredible, the service is amazing. Ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable and easy. I love this place. Fun! Fun! Fun!
Love this restaurant although it seems a bit overpriced but maybe that's typical la...
they get as much as they can! Whenever we go back home our restaurant prices are half of what we pay in la for exactly the same "great" restaurants...Maestros etc. no difference except la charges twice as much!
We made a reservation at the last minute since we were trying to find a place to eat on short notice on a Saturday. We sat in their beautiful dining room with white drapes and white table cloths. The Caviar-tini is terrific; great drink. Nice wine by the glass choices including a really good white burgundy. We had the roe sampler which was very tasty. Dishes come in small plates/appetizer size (no real entrées) and are very delicious. The foie gras torchon was fabulous along with the seared foie gras and yellow fin tuna. My wife had a lobster, uni, squid ink fettucine which was terrific. All in all, a great dining experience.
As usual, Petrossian west Hollywood is the perfect combination of quality cuisine and service in a gorgeous environment. I am always 100% satisfied with every dining experience, whether brunch, lunch or a special occasion dinner. Petrosssian is a jewel box of a restaurant that satisfies on every level.
I suggest the Caviartini as a cocktail--very smooth. The Caviar salad is another must--a beautiful salad topped with black and red caviar. My favorite entrée is the black squid pasta topped with blue crab and bottarga--an exquisite pasta dish and better than in most Italian restaurants.
The food was impeccable and an exciting array of dishes. From the foie gras torchon, to the roasted duck breast with crispy skin and a foie gras sauce, as well as the squid ink pasta with blue crab and bottarga the food was exceptional. There was a wonderful wine list that offered very nice selections by the glass such as a Chassagne-Montrachet. The service was fantastic and overall, it was a lovely experience and I will be returning again in the near future.
Every bite was thoroughly delightful. When you want to savor high-quality food, you come here. Super service, nice ambiance, clean and crisp interior. Generous quantities of the very best ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and presented. When I think of Petrossian I know I'm getting the best of everything at a fair price.
We usually only go once a year and we are always greeted like old friends by this outstanding staff. This year I returned for a birthday present for my husband and Walter helped with the perfect caviar special breakfast eggs. My friends enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch and then we really got the royal treatment. It turned out to be the most memorable meal of the whole birthday weekend. Thanks Laura and Walter for making the day so special.
We absolutely loved dinner at petrossian. Impeccable service - Walter is wonderful. Fabulous cocktails - the pomelo Paloma is incredible! And then the caviar. Tried something new osstera tsar imperial - briny egg popping perfection. The steak tar tar with caviar on top is a magical pairing for one of the best versions of tar tar ever. The front bar room is out favorite. Sparkly lights and laid back vibe. Makes caviar a very accessible but still very special
We have been coming for 5+ years and the quality of the food went down lately. Yesterday, couldn't make a simple burger well done. First it arrived bloody inside. After I asked to make it well done as I ordered, they brought the same burger burned black. The manager was there but didn't stop by to apologize/explain even though only three tables were occupied. The server brought in the check taking the burger out ( no brainer! I didn't eat it!) without even asking if I wanted anything also instead. Shocking. I left hungry.
On a side note, a pack of salmon we got from the counter one time was expired. Upon my return I was told to ignore the date on the package " It was frozen up till few days ago so the expiration date is no longer accurate." What?!? For that price?!
No, I will not recommend. A few years ago when they had a different chef- yes. But not now.
