Food was one of the best ever. Place is too small and a little noisy.
Ambiance is really basic and simple needs improving.
Excellent food and service. Planning my next visit.
Awesome food was great
Favorite spot in Miami.
unbelievable onion soup great Caesar salad would recommend the trout and the salmon the great desserts
Amazing Food. Amazing Service
Place needs a makeover but the Chef is amazing as is his food
Outstanding meals and service. Neal always does a great job.
Delicious meal. Great service. We all enjoyed the evening. Never disappointed here.
Quaint French bistro.
Side range of delicious food to choose from..menu not overwhelming.
It was a special occasion and they honored my request with a mouse and a candle. Lovely.
The waiter, david, was extremely attentive without being overbearing.
My first visit; but my date had been there. Cozy, quaint and super food. Slow paced meal with lots of one on one date-like converse. Excellent and we will be back.
Enjoy the cuisine here very cozy , great service
Delicious dinner. I had the fish special which was striped bass & my husband had the french onion soup & poulet for his main. The best french food we've had outside of France!
Meal was great , Carlos was a fabulous waiter, great staff, only very small place can noisy for hearing each other
Excellent service and food
We had a wonderful meal, got there a bit before our reservation, but they were able to sit us.
We started with nice crusty warm bread; for appetizers we had the Escargots & the Mussles, wonderful!! Entrees: the Rack or Lamb with mustard breadcrums and the Filet with peppercorn sauce, both cooked perfectly (medium) excellent ! Dessert Chocolate Pot De Creme creamy dark chocolate & the Creme Caramel, so soft it melted in the mouth. We took our own wine, corkage fee is $30.00, but they havea nice selection of wines. The place is tiny, I dont think they can accomodate more than 30 guests so plan accordingly.
Every visit is always a delight.
Favorite place ! Incredible food ! Best Restaurant in Miami.
Le Petit Rouge is as close as you can get in N. Miami to a first rate family owned small restaurant in Paris
The food is memorable with high quality ingredients used by a skilled and creative chef. The service is excellent even with two competent and caring servers handling the entire dining room (fewer than 12 tables indoors) which by 8PM is full.
Of special note is the outstanding onion soup, salmon tartare, calves liver with onions, and any of the wonderful pates. But you can count on unqualified excellence with most of the apps, main courses and desserts, especially the exceptionally super chocolate mousse which tastes like velvet nirvana. The only self serving suggestion for customer-centric improvement is to lower the corkage fee from $30 for wines that diners bring that are not on the restaurant's wine menu.
Great onion soup and salads .Would recommend the chicken
Best kept secret in Miami.
Probably one of the best meals in South Florida
Awesome as usual!!!
Petit Rouge is a very small and quaint restaurant. The food ranged from very good to excellent. Highly recommend the escargot, watercress salad and trout. Ample to large portions. Great service. Very nice people. The only issue we had was that it was full and it was very loud, which is a deterrence to us. If you don't mind that, then add one star to the review.
Chef is amazing
Great French food spot!
We liked the small size of the restaurant, but progress could be made in terms of soundproofing and lighting.
The menu was short and very french, the portions very large, too large in fact, be it for appetizer or main course.
We found prices on the high end for the main dishes, but outrageous for sides, $10 for fries, and coffee, $ 4.00?
The food quality was good, but the cooking points not respected. May be the cook should invest in a chronometer? I use one for my BBQ!
The wine selection was good, but again, on the pricey side. 20% above competition...
1 improve ambiance with soundproofing and lighting
2 cook with a chronograph.
3 reduce portion sizes and prices.
Then, it will be perfect!
It was very nice to bound with my sister and that restaurant , the food is good and the service was great
This is a small restaurant in a strip mall. It does not look like much, but the food is excellent, the service was attentive. I started with the French onion soup (of course) and my wife had sweet breads. The rack of lamb was excellent, as was the profiteroles dessert. We will be back.Reservations are a must.
This is a favorite restaurant that we frequent often
Always fantastic! We love it. As good as Paris!
good food, very tasty, professional service, good atmosphere
Best restaurant in South Florida. Consistency since the day this great chef/owner opened the doors.
great food and service, the waiter was very polite and the desserts very good.
A solid underrated spot that is perfect any night of the week.
2 thumbs up!
One of the best meals ever with good friends. I don’t usually eat dessert, but the profiteroles are to die for. We share and there were three, one for each of us.
The wait staff was excellent, knowledgeable and attentive.
Can’t wait to return.
Very good food with excellent service. There were only two waiters in the restaurant which was completely full. This is a nice French Restaurant but I would not come here for a special occasion.
