Petit DŽlice is a restaurant located in Neustadt that specializes in, above all else, seafoood. The chefs here are experts in borth fresh water and saltwater fish. For the kitchen staff at Petit DŽlice, it's not just about getting teh freshest fish around, it is about getting the right kind of fish at the right time of year. What many don't realize is if fish are harvested later in the spawning season, they've made their migration, have beenswimming for weeks and have lost most, but not all, of their fat. This makes for lean fish that is perfect for baking.

Nice restaurant, great food, good wines. you can better call for a reservation because our online reservation did not get through.

Essen war toll, Service ebenso. Achtung: Open table Reservierungen werden nicht berücksichtigt, da dies überhaupt nicht genutzt wird!!! Hatten Glück und haben trotzdem Tisch bekommen.
