Beautiful location. Consistently good food.
Eating socially distant outside is still an essential part of life for us, and Perry’s did a great job at it! Food was great and the view was amazing
We had the Southwest Salad, and the Pot Roast. Margaritas as well. Our waitress was fantastic and was a super welcoming environment. Would definitely go again. Thank you Perry's!
Extremely busy and very loud. The main problem was we were being served by 2 waiters. The backup waiter took the order. He misinformed of us about 2 meals... I asked for a replacement on the first but didn't bother about the second. Maybe he was being trained or couldn't hear us as the surrounding noise was high and our masks were too thick!! I'm glad restaurants are open and everyone seemed so happy.
Awesome views, perfect local to Financial District, long-standing reputation for dependably great food; something for everyone. Ideal for families or groups afternoons or anytime on weekends; solid for a reasonable business lunch, and perfect for Happy Hour.
Although I had to wait with a reservation the staff was apologetic
Perfect warm Wednesday afternoon with a great view of the bay bridge!
Very good food - we had the fried chicken and the pot roast dinners. The asparagus was done perfectly and super yummy. Our server was quick, efficient, and friendly. We sat inside, but right next to the open patio doors so we had the best of both -- and the view of the bay bridge lights was gorgeous.
Everything was good but very cold Way too cold.
Service wasn’t stellar but it was enough. The server seemed busy and thankfully we didn’t need another round of drinks or we would never have had the chance to order them. Waited a long time for the check after we were done eating.
I would give this place another try but every dish was too salty
Unfortunately the bottom bread of the Ruben sandwich was wet/ soggy. Caesar salad very good. Felt very safe eating outside.
Please pass on to the kitchen.
Very nice waitstaff, good food, the outdoor parklet was great with heat lamps, would go again.
We ate outside at a sidewalk table. Despite the beauty of being outside, the traffic noise was sometimes unsettling. Just something to be aware of. Food was solid - the sole muniere was especially delicious and the salads were very good. Our servers were very attentive. Nice option on the Embarcadero during the pandemic.
Check-in was confusing, had to go through the whole restaurant to check-in. Check-in also took a while -- hostess was stretched.
The NY strip steak was outstanding. The service was impeccable.
Great place on the Embarcadaro for dining!
We ate outside. All was great! It’s been our place to meet family for several years and will continue to be so! Thank you Perrys!
It was wonderful. We were celebrating a very important anniversary and you made it perfect. Thank you. We'll be back soon.
Wonderful service, great outdoor, bay view ambiance. Three great sandwiches and one southwestern chicken salad that was a bit bland. Overall, very enjoyable!
Great dinner! The outside dining area is nicely done. The french fries were amazing. Our server and then entire staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
Great service, food and ambience and we could get our dog :) Great to be out again!
My friend and I had a salad, cup of soup, hot tea, Diet Coke and split dessert. This came to $60, which I think is high. Parking was more of a challenge due to restaurants outdoor seating on the street. It was lovely to be outdoors on a beautiful day, just had higher expectations on value of what was ordered.
Sitting right next to the street is tough... the motorcycles were out in full force. The view can’t be beat. Chicken strips are meh but the pot roast was nice.
Experience was ruined when the host pulled one of those, “you two can’t sit there because that table is reserved for a party of 4” but ended up sitting a couple down instead. We ended up sitting in the sun. It was uncomfortable but made the most of it. Our waitress Merry was great - I just didn’t care much for the dishonest host. Also as a vegetarian, I ordered the impossible burger. No one didn’t immediately know the base of the burger was discouraging. It tasted like the burger was cooked with the same meat oil.
It's always great at Perry's on the Embarcadero! Just can't wait to be able sit indoors 🙌
Very nice atmosphere and excellent food and service.
But I do miss Patty.
Enjoyed our evening under the stars and heat lamps, always reliable cocktails and onion soup, topped by sole and ribs. Delicious.
Always delicious and comfortable setting. Thanks!!!
Beautiful views on the front patio. Good food and friendly service
Got sat in the back alley so no bay view. It was also very cold with no heaters. Waiter was lacking personality and pretty much forgot about us after our food was served. He never asked if we wanted a second drink and we had to flag him down for the check when he walked by us several times clearly seeing that we were finished with our meal. The salads were disappointing- the beet salad was basically lettuce and dressing, very few actual beets. The southwestern chicken salad would have been great if the chicken wasn’t grossly over cooked. There was also literally one cherry tomato which was weird. The sweet potato fries were great, thank God we ordered those. Overall not a good experience, the Union street location was much more enjoyable.
Great job.. great customer service.
Perry’s menu and cuisine is excellent.
Perry’s needs to update Opentable about their hours. We had a reservation for 8pm and were told upon arrival that they close at 8pm but would seat us if we ordered quickly.
Poorly made food. Not great service
Attentive service and good food. We had a great time.
We had wonderful salad entrees, three different ones, the Southwest Salad, the Cobb Salad, and the Ceasar with Chicken. While two of these were spot on and fresh, the Ceasar salad's chicken was tough and dry, which was not eaten.
Other than this the appetizers of Potato Skins and Calamari were fine.
The Grgich Hills Chardonnay was spot on and delicious.
the waiter gets a special call out for racing around and waiting on many tables, yet still made it a point to check in on us....which we appreciated.
Beautiful view! Everyone was very nice an accommodating they even added a table for us! Definitely worth the wait!
I really like the location of the Perry’s.
Being able to sit outside and see the lights of the Bay Bridge and the activity on the street is do normal and refreshing.
The food is consistent. I had the calamari but wouldn’t order it again. It’s one of my favorites but not particularly special at Perry’s. I just enjoyed being there after months of restaurant shutdowns.
I’ll go back but order something else.
The service is attentive but not intrusive.
Good food, great value and fast service. Doesn't get any better!
Okay .Not great.
