i was in Philadelphia on business and found Perch Pub via Open Table. I was delighted with the restaurant. the food was good, the drinks were good, the service was friendly and prompt..and the view from our table was of Broad Street. Very nice...with the snow falling. I will go there again when next in town.

Our return to this place was disappointing. We liked the coucous appetizer platter, but the fish and chips dinner was too salty. Our friends found the beer to be flat and the desserts are limited.

On a bitterly cold winter day, this was the perfect place for a pre-matinee brunch--about ten steps from the Academy of Music. The food is standard fare and fairly good (though the eggs were too poached and the potatoes way oversalted). But it is reasonably priced and you can get simple brunch fare or lunch. The beer selection is excellent. I had made the reservation for the wrong date, but they kindly accommodated us. One tip: on a winter afternoon, the sun on the window tables is blinding, even with the shades drawn. Ask for a table on the wall.

after reading all the reviews for the perch pub, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The muscles were wonderful and my crab cake tasted like crab! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our view from the corner table made our night!

I'm so glad to have discovered Perch Pub! It's the perfect place to grab a bite and a drink before attending a concert or event at the Academy or Kimmel. I can recommend the crabcake sandwich very highly! And the service was exceptional, both server and host. Perch Pub is a wonderful alternative to the more pricey dining options in the area.

The bloody mary was watered down, bland and tasteless. The eggs, muffin and Canadian bacon on the eggs benedict were nicely prepared, but the hollandaise sauce was also bland and tasteless. The potatoes were lukewarm and service was slow and not immediately responsive to fulfilling requests. The turkey sausage presented with the omelet was over-cooked and dry. A nice view of the Ave of the Arts, but otherwise a less than whelming experience.

We've been there numerous times. I was a bit disappointed this time since the Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls are not being offered along with the brunch menu. The soup, as always, was awesome. I was a bit disappointed in the Chopped Salad. The ham was not capicola. The service was a "10".

Great place to go before the theater Location is perfect for the theater Right across from the theaters Food is good but the noise level is not and the tables are too close together The crab cab was good and my husband had fish tacos that were good
