Great food. Great service.
We had our usual fun time t dinner on Monday night. Our waiter Galo was excellent.
Really good food and service. Pretty good craft beer selection - not a ton but usually something you haven't had before. Kids LOVE the mac and cheese. A touch on the pricey side overall but not too bad.
The food was amazing. The prices were ok. My fiance and I had 3 mixed drinks, 1 craft beer, 1 appetizer, and 2 entrees. Total bill came up to about $100. Well worth the price. We will be coming back.
Babe took the beef tenderloin and it was delicious. I took the chef's pick for the adventurous and got... I will not ruin your surprise, but it was generous and hearty. Our waitress was not nice to us, I could tell that I'm not of her favorite customers. She didn't even care to tell us that the kitchen is closing so we were quite disappointed when we got to the desert (!).
All in all the food was good enough that I want to return and try other dishes they have, and hopefully find myself served by another waiter/ess.
Visited Peppercorns for Valentines Day with my 2 teens. We all loved our meals. Menu is very creative and side dishes are as enticing as the entrées. Pasta is fresh and sauces are delicious. Pecan salmon with roasted Brussel sprouts and mashed absolutely delicious with hint of bacon. My son had an equally delicious harvest seafood meal with a risotto with apples and cranberries, yum. Pistachio haddock also wonderful. Manhattans were spot on. Big piece of chocolate chip bread pudding for dessert topped off a delicious meal. Service was excellent accommodating my food allergy to bivalves. We will return.
Haddock was simply delicious. My husband's salmon was quite tasty and our molten chocolate cake was more than decedent- more than the two of us could share. If the restaurant itself was just a little more attractive, Peppercorn's would be perfect.
A great value for great food. We love this place. Kid friendly too. Always a wait during dinner- so make reservations. Just try it- dinner or lunch or Sunday brunch! Never had a bad meal here.
I've been coming to P eppercorn's for as long as I can remember and I can't deny it anymore. The wait staff the past 3 times I've come in has been atrocious. This particular visit I was meeting up with a very dear friend to catch up. We each ordered a drink and entree. Now I understand this is not a waitresses dream table, but our waitress literally began circling our table after 45 minutes. She even had a fellow wait staff come grab our drink glasses as a hint to hit the road. Kerry I believe her name was left much to be desired and may very well have been the nail in the coffin for me to consider Peppercorns when choosing a spot to meet up next time. I had similarly unpleasant experiences over the past year, perhaps front of the house management needs to step it up. There are too many dining options out there to have terrible service. Food was great , but not enough to offset rough around the edges waitstaff.
The food was quite good. My wife had the lemon pasta with haddock, and the lemon flavor was bright but not overwhelming. I had the brisket, which was tender and well spiced. The service was excellent. We had an OpenTable award and they were eager to honor it.
Great Monday night values
Had a wonderful lunch at Peppercorn’s! Portion was great and I had it for lunch the next day also!
Overall quite good, including the appetizers and special menu. I was part of a party of eight, and between three appetizers, eight different entrees, and three desserts everyone really enjoyed their entire meal.
As always a great meal at Peppercorn’s. This time we thought we’d try Opentable reservations to try to avoid waiting once we arrived. We walked in and were seated right away, and the service and food were outstanding.
This place was great. It had been recommended by a family member so we decided to head there for dinner to start our girl’s night out. The waiter was super friendly, outgoing and fun. Not overwhelming, but created a perfectly fun atmosphere. The food was DELICIOUS and the drinks were great. I highly recommend the risotto balls to start. The space was a little tight in the center tables, so we felt like we were being too loud, but other than that, it was great. Highly recommend.
Excellent meal, always good every time we go. Food is delicious and portions are enough. I like how the menu changes a little bit with different options.
The service was excellent. The food was served hot and exceeded our expectations for flavor and creativity. Gluten free options were well labeled and delicious. I definitely want to go back to sample more of the menu.
Haddock was excellent. Service was very professional and helpful for a first time visit. I’ll be back.
Great service and a great New Years menu. Always a great selection of craft brew. Hand of the Chef is a great option (weekends only). Plenty of regular menu options and creative specials. It’s a good spot for a relaxed, extended dinner with friends or date night.
Great food and great service! Prices very reasonable too.
Amazing food and equally great service. Everyone in our party of 8 loved every bite of their food. Great atmosphere and perfect spot for any occasion.
This was our first visit and we will be back for more!
Good pre-theater dinner. Service was very good. We had a great little alcove for our party of 8.
Meals were very good. Perfect spot for dinner before a show at the Hanover Theater!
Great place for a date!
We had fabulous food with a very attentive staff. The best part was the chocolate decadence dessert....to die for!!!!!!!
First time dining here and would and will definently return. The food was great and well seasoned and delicious The waiter was very friendly and helpful and would enjoy having him as our server anytime.
Pub food on steroids! Great neighborhood eatery. Wide menu choice. Food is first rate and attentive service.
One of our favorite places! The food is consistently good, the menu changes with the season. Always great choices of seafood, pasta, chicken, beef, etc! The service is excellent. We’re frequently going out to Peppercorns or its sister restaurant, Prezo’s, in Milford. Yum!
Great menu and the food didn't disappoint. Glad we found it on Open Table.
