As the name implies, at the Pepper Crab in the Grand Hyatt, the emphasis will be on fresh seafood, but there are also other delicious specialties for visitors to sample.
Appetizers will include sushi, spring rolls and many meat dishes. Salads are based on Singapore classics and the main dishes are full of iconic and recognizable dishes like roast duck and fried scallops, but also unusual dishes like beef rendang, wok-fried Kinkawooka mussels and seafood clay pot. There are many delicious desserts at the Pepper Crab in the Grand Hyatt, but the ice kachang is one to try with its shaved ice, palm seeds, sweet corn, red beans and sugar syrup.
I highly recommend the dining at the Singapore influenced Pepper Crab Restaurant located on the lower level of the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.
We had the Calamari Appetizer, The Pepper Crab dish(their signature dish) and the Duck. ALL Absolutely DELICIOUS!! The services was impeccable, and the staff knowlegeable and personable!!
