   Restaurant was not full so we were allowed to sit and chat for over an hour. Food was spectacular and the service matched the food.

   Amazing. Had the kale salad, Mac and cheese which blew my mind it was so good and carrot cake. It was so great I can’t wait to go back.

   We went for Wednesday buck a shuck oyster. Our server was friendly and very attentive. Food is served fresh and hot from appetizers to dessert. Dined here several times and I can say outstanding service has been consistent. Easy 5 stars right there.

   What a great experience! I ordered a GF meal and it hen the server brought out the bread basket for my date, she included some rice crackers for me so I didn’t feel left out. Meal was excellent and the pace of dining was perfect.

   I had a great evening with family. The food was delicious and we raved about it all the way home. Kudos to the chef and kitchen !!! The service was on point. The server (s) were fantastic and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful evening 😃

    Good service, bad food,, very disappointing. have dined there twice last summer, I guess they are feeling the pinch. Will not go back.. too bad, it was a great restaurant

    Food was amazing, love the atmosphere. I’ve been here once before with my parents and sister, and we dined for about two hours if not longer and the service was absolutely wonderful. This time, the service was good and the host and our server were very nice. The issue is, we felt rushed. My cousin and I love to just sit and dine and enjoy the company and the meal. But the food came out really quick as soon as we ordered, and gave us the sense that they wanted us out of there as soon as possible. The feel of being rushed was disappointing, to say the least.

    Fish was dry and didn't have any seasoning on it. Servers were good and the look/feel of the place was nice. The food was just not up to standards that night.

    Food was alright. Service was terrible. Had to wait so long to put in our order. The staff was paying more attention to the large party that was seated after us. Felt like we were ignored. It’s unfortunate because I do enjoy coming here to eat.

    My chicken dish was good but my husbands steak was way too rare for his liking. He should have sent it back. He liked his onion soup but I didn’t.

    There’s no place to be in Wednesday’s except at the Peasant Cookery. I tired the calamari for the first time and it was delicious. Tried 2 cheeses chef selection. And of course the oysters. It’s the kind of place right now, in this mixed up crazy world, that makes you feel at home.

    I went for Wednesday dollar oysters with a friend. The service and food was lovely. Oysters with the onion sauce was on point. I had the rabbit linguine which was so delicious my eyes rolled to the back of my head. Oh I’ll be back...

    I LOVE this restaurant! I ate here last time in town and had these amazing ribs and a butternut squash soup which was likely one of the best meals I’ve had. This time, I had the beef carpaccio and it was amazing!! They change their menu regularly so it’s always a pleasant surprise when I come back. Extra bonus is that their Old Fashioned is perfect!

    Good food, good service. The restaurant was cool and a bit uncomfortable. The table set up along the long window side was awkward, and felt a bit too close tot the adjacent table of folks.

    Tip would have been more if the service was better. Waited a while when requested a napkin that was needed immediately. Server forgot that we had asked for sauce so we had to ask again. Took a while to get our drink order as well.
