Pearl's Rooftop Ratings and Reviews
I really enjoyed the drinks, HOWEVER there was piece of broken glass that I sucked up with my straw. Thankfully I felt it it before i swallowed it. It was pretty busy and out server also seemed a bit overwhelmed. The food was decent. I think I need to give t another try.
It was bad-ok experience just wasn’t what I was looking for. Food was ok not great but not bad. Felt crammed barely could fit between the tables even for very slim people. Very loud and energetic. Was looking for something more romantic with nice views did have a beautiful view but only 3 tables with good view so u have to be lucky. If you are looking for a pre party place with friends it’s a great place if ur looking romantic quiet evening look somewhere else
The food was good, it was expensive, which is fine. The waitress was fantastic. The GM was such an airhead, was a turn off to me: it almost looked like he had a drug problem. He came to our table, tried to upsell is in lobster bisque ( which my date said he would try ) and also on a 90usd bottle of champagne. He did not follow through and so he did not follow up if we had the bisque and how the service was. As a matter of fact when we left I had to pass him as he was doing the same spiel at the table over and he did not even thank us for coming. I spent 150 for 2 people: I think the GM should not go to tables, I would not go there again bc they are just out for my money. I feel bad for the waitresses who are so friendly.
We made a reservation for 6 people at 8pm and our entire party was on time (which is a miracle in itself) and we had to wait for a good 25-30 minutes before our table was ready. The space is small so for 6 of us to be standing around in everyone’s way with nowhere to really loiter, it was kind of irritating. Thought we made reservations to avoid that but! Food was good. Mules were delicious.
we selected this restaurant because of rooftop dinning. The food was excellent once we got it. Unfortunately we had to ask several times where our food was. Our waitress was excellent but it appeared the restaurant was short staff. Since my family has been in the restaurant business I know that staff can get sick but if that was the case, someone should have let us know. We were celebrating a special friends birthday and this was the first time we dine here.
The experience was awful. The service was bad and the food was worse. The manager took our order and screwed everything up. After dinner, the manager came by the table to ask how everything was. When we told him our concerns, his only response was "wow, I'm sorry I stopped by your table to ask about dinner ". I'm serious. He actually said that!!
My first time here & this place was so cute for brunch ! I had made a reservation online for 6 & that was the max , but ended up bringing 7 people & they happily accommodated ! It was for brunch with my girls for my birthday & they were so sweet & I got a cute birthday card from the restaurant from all the staff! It was the sweetest thing !
Their mimosa kit was so cute & delicious!! The food was amazing too!
I would def recommend this place & come back again !
We had a great brunch! Our server (Evan) was great too. My only real issue was that the menu was not up-to-date. The espresso machine had been broken for months (I couldn't believe that), yet espresso drinks were on the menu. I was disappointed to hear I could not have the cappuccino I had ordered. Also, the items listed in the Mimosa Kit were not all included when it arrived, another example of an old menu.
Went for dinner and was pleasantly satisfied so decided to go back for brunch for a friends birthday and wasn't pleased. The brunch was kinda meager and the taste wasn't too great. I've had better at perch. The prices were a little high as well for the little bit of food u get.
