Had a wonderful experience due to great waiter, Houston, good food and drinks. Sat by the window overlooking the creek. It's a shame that the venue caught fire and was destroyed after such a good experience.

Beautiful location on Herb River. Server was attentive without hovering. Hush Puppies are basically pre-dinner dessert and delicious. Food is not elegant (at least what we get) but if you like fried seafood done well you will like Pearl's.

We had a super server. The food was FABULOUS as usual….. Such creative and delicious flavors together!! The drinks were Exceptional….. The peach cobbler on our first trip was not our favorite. Last night we had the key lime pie and it was nice. We wish you all would include at least one CHOCOLATE dessert. Even if you don’t, your menu is so FANTASTIC and is our FAVORITE place to eat….. YOU are #1 !!!!!! to our other dinner favorites… The Grey, Elizabeth On 37th, Ardsley Station, Ruth Chris and Vic’s. YOU ARE THE BEST OF OUR FAVORITES!!!

We chose this restaurant based on Yelp reviews while visiting Savannah. We wanted good food in a casual atmosphere. This fit the bill! The restaurant could use some refreshed decor… it looked a bit tired. But we were seated by the windows overlooking the marsh so had a gorgeous view. The food was outstanding. We had the she crab soup and I had the tilapia imperial, while husband had shrimp 3 ways. They brought out a basket of hush puppies with sweet butter - addictive! The soup had delicious flavor. The entrées were served hot and the fish was fresh and tasty. Our server was efficient and friendly.

We live in Orlando Fl. And my wife's birthday was on August 1 st. And she wanted to go to Savannah and go to Pearls for dinner on her birthday. We used to live in Savannah about 20 years ago and she remembered how good the pearls hush puppy were and wanted them again. So 5 hours later we were there and it was great. Had a good time bought a few souvenirs and headed home. Thanks Perals.

First time visiting Pearl’s. Salads were good, she crab stew was average, shrimp and scallops were good, crab legs delicious; however, my wife ordered grouper and it didn’t appear to be grouper and was undercooked. We had to send the grouper back it was not eatable. I’m a fisherman so I know seafood. She is now sick. The shrimp linguine Alfredo dinner had so much cheese on it that is all my daughter could taste. The hush puppies were made of a sweet funnel cake type of batter. Not a traditional southern hush puppy. Sorry to say, but we will. It be going back.

We made a reservation which worked out perfect. As soon as we arrived, we were escorted to our table. The waitress immediately approached us to ask what we would like to drink. She brought drinks and we were ready to order. I wanted fried flounder and it wasn't on the menu. She talked to the chef and I got the Flounder. It was delish. My partner had Fried Oyster and he said they were perfect. Everything was great and we had an awesome dinner. Thank you very much for a great evening.

We are frequent diners at Pearls, and have always been extremely pleased. This time our food was cold, dry and rubbery. It was apparent it was not fresh. Our reservation was at 4:45 and it seems that it may have just been warmed up from the night before. It was most unfortunate that we had guests with us. We brought it home in a take-out box and threw it away.

Extremely disappointed in our meal and evening….service was OK….booked 2 weeks in advance and got stuck in a corner booth with out of town guests. The food was just ok and certainly didn’t match the “price point”!Weve eaten there before but this certainly didn’t live up to our expectations

The service / atmosphere/ location on the water was great. We ordered crab cakes / shrimp 3 way/ grouper topped with crab. The crab cakes were very well prepared and had great flavor Out of the 3 shrimp platter the fried shrimp were the best - shrimp on the skewers were a little tough - grits were perfect - did not like the vinegar with the collards. The flounder had a good crust but could have used a little more salt and acid

The scenery outside is beautiful as the water is right there by the windows. The oyster Parmesan with spinach appetizer was excellent. The breaded scallops entree was a lot of food but delicious. The shrimp and crab au grated was very tasty.

We were staying in Savannah for a few nights and found this lovely restaurant. The grouper and crab stuffed flounder entrees were excellent as was the Wylly Island cocktail. Our waiter Houston was very personable and provided wonderful service. Other notable positives- fantastic view and free onsite parking.
