We booked well in advance but the restaurant lost our reservation, and was unable to accommodate us. This oversight spoiled a special event we had planned and there was no compensation for the disruption

Our waitress was very attentive and very thorough with explaining the menu to us. They went above and beyond for making our experience perfect as can be.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea to celebrate Mums birthday, with great food and remarkable service from Melony and Roslyn, who were so kind to Mum and very patient. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. The service was excellent - we were looked after and never rushed. the food itself was delicious! Great presentation and a good choice of teas available. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful afternoon tea here. Cosy atmosphere, delightful teas and lovely staff. And the food was spectacular!

ANT Enttäuschend…. Das war nur grad so OK. Für Menschen von feinem Geschmack ist das kein richtiger Ort, vielleicht passend für Überseetouristen. Geschmeckt haben uns Scones, Tee und Champagner, Rest war leider nicht genießbar - z.B. Sandwiches, Auswahl an süßen Pralinés / Häppchen. Ambiente gegen meiner Erwartungen recht einfach. Kein Ort für Familien mit Kindern. Insgesamt war es uns das nicht wert.

What a lovely experience. Beautiful surroundings, attentive staff and fabulous food. The harpist made it even more special. Would highly recommend! Afternoon tea was delicious.

Went for afternoon tea and they were wonderful with my gluten allergy. Very clear communication and I had all the same items with only slight modifications. They need advance notice to accommodate but it was all wonderful.
