PBR Rock Bar & Grill Ratings and Reviews
I watched the promotional video on Facebook and thought this would be a great place to try out while in Vegas but it was not. Myself and my 3 guests stayed in the restaurant for 3 hours not because we were having a good time and didn't want to leave but because our waiter forgot to put in our food orders and completely forgot about us. Myself and 2 other guests waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive and when I caught the waiter while he was walking by I asked when our food would be coming out and he said right now. He came back 5 minutes later just to say he thought he put our orders in but the kitchen said he didn't and he had to retake our orders. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food. Shortly after receiving our food, we waited for the waiter to come back around to ask for additional condiments but he didn't come back for another 30 minutes. After eating our meals we waited to receive our checks only to wait another 45 minutes because our waiter never came back to our table. I had to get the attention of a busboy who was busy helping other customers. I apologized for the inconvenience and asked if we could get our checks because we had been waiting for almost an hour at the point. The individual who gave us our payment was not our original waiter and was incorrectly trying to charge us. He ended up apologizing for the inconvenience and paid for our drinks but at then end of it myself and my 3 guests were completely dissatisfied with the service we received and felt all of our meals should have been taken care of. I understand it was busy, but we were the only table in our section to not receive prompt service. Extremely disappointed and I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends.
The reservation system they have once you arrive is a little unorganized, but we got seated relatively quickly. Food and drinks were good, large portions for the food. We sat outside and the table was super weird, the seats were too low and the actual table was too high; it made eating and drinking a little difficult.
I really dislike leaving negative reviews but I feel I have to say something to any and all prospective people who want to eat here.
The wait staff was horrible. The food was OK.
Long story short, pbr waitresses were awful. Our waitress would roll her eyes every time she went to the table and only came by twice in the hour we were there. They were not overly busy and she only had a few tables.
Admittedly, I booked this restaurant due to the 1000 point offering. Other than that I have nothing positive to offer. The hostess was tepid in her welcome, the table we sat at outside was too tall and made both sitting and eating uncomfortable and most importantly the food was disgusting. All of us were hungry for pizza and that is exactly what we ordered. I had the Gluten free pizza and it could not have been worse. It was semi-cold in the middle and looked like a frozen pizza from the supermarket although the supermarket pizza would have tasted better. Honestly, I have never tasted worse food in my entire life. If this is considered acceptable food in this restaurant; it will not be open long. I would avoid this place at all costs until the food improves or if you are just looking for drinks on the strip.
I wish we found this restaurant on day one of our trip to Vegas. While a lot of restaurants are very expensive for poor quality and not a lot of food, PBR Rock Bar is an excellent value and you receive large portions and the food is delicious!!! Once we found it, we are all our meals there so we had money to spend on the Vegas shows. The staff were excellent, food came out quickly, and it was very clean and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Great restaurant. The staff was dressed up for haloween, MARIO was our server.
We went to PBR for brunch and had a great meal. My wife had the classic breakfast, I had the French toast. Both were excellent and hit the spot.
Very accessablenoff the strip on the front side of Planet Hollywood.
We made a reservation for outdoor seating. When we walked up to the hostess outside, she looked at us like we were crazy and told us (very condescending) that there wasn't a table for us. She told us to go inside and ask the indoor hostess if there was a table inside. We got seated indoors right away. The air conditioning was not on so it was VERY hot. The server was nice but not extremely attentive to filling up water and checking in with us. Food was nothing to write home about. I would compare it to an overpriced, sub-par applebees. Mac and cheese was not flavorful, burger was ok. Definitely NOT a "must see" restaurant.
The restaurant was very loud, but with a mechanical bull in the vicinity, it was to be expected. Our server was great, and the food was delicious. We only had to wait a couple minutes to be seated at prime lunch time. The menu is pretty limited though. I would have preferred a few lighter options for entrees. Overall, great dining expierience.
We were looking for a casual place to watch a Monday Night Football game. They have plenty of big screens, and we were able to clearly watch the game. The food was so-so. I would go back to have a cocktail and watch a sporting event, but I'd probably pass on the food next time.
Made a reservation for the balcony but when we arrived there were no tables and we had to sit in the bar. Our food took an hour and a half, we saw the waitress to take our order and when we asked for the bill and even get a pen to sign. Food was excellent but service was awful.
Food was good. Service was very good. Good selection of beers on tap. I know it's Vegas, and a bar, but the music was deafeningly loud. One or two decibels less would have still been very energetic and fun. We ate there because they had tables available and everywhere else had a long wait on Saturday night, but I very quickly regretted it. The volume of the music made it painful to wait for the food and anxious to get out of there as fast as possible.
