Linguini with clams nearly inedible due to incrediable amount of garlic in the dish. It should taste like clams, not garlic. Should not have to ask for a bowl for clam shells.Dish was very disappointing. Mussel appetizer was juicy and tasty. Again had to ask for bowl for clam shells for this dish. Main course salmon was very tasty and well presented. I like dishes that are on the sweet side and this sauce was sweet so it was excellent for me.
Service was barely adequate as noted above. No one ever came and asked how our dishes were. Dinner time was 8.30 so it was not that busy on a weeknight.
To say this was disappointing would be an understatement. On open table I referenced a birthday. Upon the confirmation, I asked her if it was noted... it was, and told an automatic desert would be offered. Great. Acknowledged. Server was in absencia most of the meal, table was a mess, poor manager had to frame the table for entrees when HE delivered them. Dirty plates in front of us for easily 10 minutes, brought desert menus, I figured it a decoy, we declined... what came next... the check. No celebration desert. It appears that the servers have become accustomed to making big money due to numbers and not quality of service. This is not the restaurant we’ve been dining in for 20 some years. Manager was a gentleman, and very sincere. It’s time to take a look at what’s representing your brand.
Pazzo's Happy Hour was very nice - good value. The food was excellent well prepared nicely served. It was a very nice meal
One of our very favorite places to enjoy! This time it was my husband’s birthday. The food was excellent and a special dessert was presented to my husband. Our daughter was visiting for his birthday and was very impressed with Pazzo! Fabulous!
Our Party of 6 arrived at 4:30.
We went to the bar all had a leisurely drink were
seated at our table promptly at 4:45 everyone
5 different entrée were served all were very
pleased with their meals
Excellent experience. The Chicken Oarm and the Grouper Picata were both outstanding. And our waiter, Jamie, who we have had before, was absolutely terrific!
Food was very good, not incredible for the price point. We thought service slow. Most of all the place seems dingy and in need of updating.
Surprisingly there is not a gluten free pasta option. That was a hindrance for a friend when we dined there. Something Pazzo should really think about. At least one gluten free option.
As always an excellent experience. Food, Service and quality is consistent.
Sat outside and had a wonderful experience
My entree looked like baby food, complete mush.. showed the manger and he argued with me there was nothing wrong with my meal. I’ve dined there prior never had such poor service before. New manager is horrible, waiter even worse.
Restaurant is very nice and food was good. We made reservations for 8 and they put us at a round table that was really made for 6 - we had 3 Kids but they were all 11+ so it was almost impossible to eat. Unfortunately despite a great server and good food our experience overall wasn’t great - there were tables that could have accommodated us much better. I had told hostess table was too small and she just said “we have done it before”. I think just too lazy to fix it.
Our dinner started out great. We got the table I requested (by a window), the TOMATO SALAD that we shared was amazing! The vinegrette and other spices they combined were very delicious! But after that things fell apart. I ordered the Pork Chop dinner - it was unusual as it came cooked in a "hot sauce" with hot peppers! No mention on the menu of hot peppers - I felt the waiter could have told us as I can't eat spicy foods. My husband got the chicken Parmigiana. It was nothing like what you would expect a chicken parmigiana dinner to be! So neither of us finished our dinner. Our waiter never returned to see if we wanted wine with our dinner or another cocktail! We decided to just leave for fear of how long we would have to wait if we
stayed for a dessert! Wait staff definitely needs to be looked after, and the chef is perhaps a Mexican chef cooking Italian food???
Food was very god. Our waiter extremely attentive. We took advantage of the early fare and it is definitely a great deal.
We have'nt eaten here in quite awhile and the food and service were very good. The salads were very good as was the ravioli appetizer. Server and manager were both friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.
Wonderful Easter dinner at Pazzo. It was just two of us and we decided to sit at the bar and we were so happy we did. Peggy and Helen were such a pleasure to talk to and very attentive. The food from start to finish was amazing!! Highly recommend Pazzo to anyone!
Our server was terrible, she wouldn’t be good in a cheap diner. We asked her if there were any specials, she said no just veal parmigiana. We overheard other servers telling their customers about drink and food specials. She was always at the table when we didn’t want her and nowhere to be found when we needed something. On the other hand the food was outstanding, especially the tomato salad. All four of us really enjoyed the food.
Fabulous early dining dinner! Great table! Delicious and generous portion of Veal Marsala! Wonderful bottle of Chardonnay and pleasant, helpful and attentive waiter! Dakota was great! Most enjoyable evening in Naples!
We love the food at Pazzo's. It's consistently delicious and we've always had a wonderful experience here.
Left waiting 30 mins after reservation time but generally a good experience.
We always enjoy Pazzo. Food is great and so is the service. No wait time for our reservation.
The ambiance is fun.
Very poor service. Would not recommend Pazzos. If this restaurant existed in NY it would close in a week. Reservation for 4 at 7pm. Arrive to see empty tables, but hostess and manager will not seat us until 7:20pm. Not sure why they were so rude. We end up getting one of the empty tables....Go figure. Manager was uncaring and very cold to customers. Table we sit at causes a dispute between 2 waiters which in turn lead to poor service for us. It took 10 minutes just to have a waiter come over. Another 10 mins to gets water and bread. No bread plates at table so had to ask. Took almost 15 mins to get first drinks. Ice in drinks was melted by the time it was served. Went with little kids and they were unhappy to modify a menu item. First time ever I thought to leave no tip. I think Pazzo's caters to known clients only so don't go there if from out of town or you will be very unhappy also.
Food was fantastic, service was terrible
What a delightful surprise! We came for a family dinner and had a delicious meal. Everyone enjoyed their dish - the salmon was amazing and the pastas were delicious. Service was attentive but the food was a little slow to come out. The atmosphere is lively and a little noisy - very pleasant!
Overall we had a great meal and look forward to coming back!
The food at Pazzo's is always delicious and we go back over and over. My son was in town
& always asks to go there. Really great Italian food.
FOOD WAS NOT AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE. CROWED TABLES. UNABLE TO MOVE EASILY
SERVICE WAS SLOW IT TOOK THE WAITRESS 15 MIN. TO GREET US.
First time dining. 7 pm. Off night (wed). Service extremely slow despite the restaurant being half full. Server seemed unfamiliar with menu, but worked hard. Food, when it finally arrived, was excellent! Salads great, entrees veal and black grouper were delicious and served hot! A real plus! Bottom line, nice varied menu, excellent plating, and great food. Pazzo! needs to work on improving speed of service as soon as guest sits down however, with water, drink order, etc.
We spend the season in Naples and while there are many fine dining restaurants here my wife and I believe that Pazzo is the best. We are tried numerous items on the menu and we have never been disappointed. What also adds to the experience has been outstanding service. Jamie and John were truly outstanding. We can’t wait to get back next season.
Food was excellent. Some of the best salmon I have ever had. Waiter was fantastic
with a great sense of humor. Service was excellent. Only improvement I can suggest is
that they do not give a good pour on the cocktails. Would like to see that improved.
We had a party of 7 and we had a very nice experience.
When I want Grouper, its where I go. Excellent always.
Pazzo's always delivers a wonderful consistent experience. A true gem in our beautiful city.
Food excellent also had a bottle of white wine and it was very good.
Have always been a fan of Pazzo as the food is very good. It takes more then good food to-make a great experience. Once seated we were served by 2 servers alternately. It felt rushed and our 2nd course came out before we even finished our cocktails. Two in our party ordered wine by the glass that didn’t arrive until after they finished their main course. When pointed out to one of our servers, her annoyance was obvious in the manner she cleared the table. To be fair, she did take the wines off our check when asked to do so.The other server blamed it on a backed up bartender. This is a good restaurant and could be great if management focused on the service as well as the food.
Our daughter gave us a gift to Pazzo so we went there fir dinner and we were delighted ! The staff, the authentic cuisine, our server Frankie- everything was perfect! My daughter had the branzino special and she said it was exquisite! I had the veal piccata and it was the most delicious veal dish I ever had! My husband had another veal dish and he said it was beyond all expectations! Our server was so personable and attentive and all in all we had a fabulous evening! Will go back again and again for sure! Perfecto! Grazie mille, Pazzo!!
Great food, great service, and the early bird pricing (5:00 to 5:30 pm) is fantastic
I’ve been to Pazzo many times. The food is excellent and the waitstaff very professional. It’s just down the street from the Sudgen Theater so I chose it this time so we wouldn’t have to move our car when we went to see a play. All their entries are great but I particularly like their salads.
