Awesome food and service!!
Food was great and service too. Our server was very nice and recommended some great choices. Good Value!
I wouldn't go back. Too loud, cold and a lot of people traffic by our table. Food was good, but not outstanding. Service was good, but we felt rushed. Beautiful place.
Food was good, and service was attentive until waiting for the check. The bussing was a bit aggressive — we ordered the bruschetta with burrata, and I don’t think the plate was on the table for a full two minutes. Most of the burrata was still on the main plate and the runner grabbed it, said thank you and walked off before I could swallow my bite and say anything. My teenage daughter laughed and said “there goes $3 worth of the burrata!”
The front of the house hostess was spectacular! It was s busy bustling Thursday night with a Wild game and an Ordway show as well as holiday diners. Clients were late due to a storm and traffic and she did a fabulous job offering counter service, a wait in the bar until all members of the part assembled. She would offer a Table for an hour to walk in’s looking for dinner if she had something open. I think she really secured every bit of additional business possible for this establishment! Food great, server was top notch too!
Food always good, very busy so service was a little slow. We ate near the kitchen so it was really noise, more so than out in the main room. Will still come back as food is good and pecan pie is the best.
Even though this place is always busy, every time I go here the dinner still feels intimate. The service is pretty good. They have an extensive wine list and the food is very reasonably priced for the quality.
Going to see Six at the Ordway...great service, timing, and ambience. Pazza never disappoints.
Nice meal. Excellent service. Very loud and expensive
The food was delicious! Our only negative was we were not seated to our table until 30 minutes after our reservation time. This created a rushed experience.
One of my favorite restaurants for business or out with friends. The food and service is always top notch!
Our 2nd recent visit, and as good or better then the first. We both commented to each other how much we enjoy the atmosphere, the service, and the food. We will definitely be back!
The food was good as always. However, I want to highlight the management and valet service as we ran into a snag with the timing of our show and there not being a valet on duty at that time. The manager was totally on point and helped us figure out another solution. I walked away completely impressed by how the situation was handled.
Celebrating a birthday with family at Pazzaluna which made the evening very special. We had appetizers and drinks in the bar before going into the dining room for dinner. From the moment we arrived all was spectacular, host, bar server, dining room server, culinary team and also the manager who stopped by to check on everything! Best place in town! Thanks
We had a very nice moon shaped table enabling conversation which was great. The service was great but we were slightly disappointed with the food. The dish sounded amazing "Brisket and Risotto" with red sweet peppers. The peppers were mostly non-existent, the brisket was dry and the risotto was fine but not memorable. Good but not great.
Sooooooo good!!!! The staff was great and the food was wonderful!!!
The staff, food, and ambiance were amazing. It was also our daughters birthday and we did the free personalized bottle of wine. What a great touch to the night.
Everything was perfect!! We love this restaurant!!!
Best restaurant in the Twin Cities, hands down. Lois is a great waitress.
This place used to be really good...it’s not anymore.
We consider Pazzaluna to be fine dining, but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. We hadn’t finished our salads when our main meal came to our table. The food server wanted us to figure out what to do with the plates because we hadn’t finished, yet. Too bad. It’s such a beautiful venue.
If you like hustle and bustle along with good food, this is the place to go! Nice food choices along with good service make this a reliable place to have a fun dinner.
Still our favorite restaurant for dinner before a show at the Ordway. A few more vegetarian options would be nice, but what they have is always good.
Great food and service, wonderful ambiance.
I have not been to this restaurant in awhile but have never been disappointed. The service was outstanding from start to finish and the food was simply fantastic. There is a simple reason why this establishment continues to be the go to spot in St Paul. You cant be around for 21 years by doing the wrong things. Pazzaluna gets it and doesn't deviate from its formula for success. Bravo. I look forward to my next visit when I am in the area.
Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service! Drinks and food were great!
We both had pasta and it was wonderful. Our server was mindful of our time as we had theatre tickets and made sure everything was on time. I will be back!
Our server was fabulous, very attentive and patient. 2 of 3 entrées ordered were lukewarm. Flavor was good, just not as good lukewarm. Bread was delish!
Pazzaluna provides a lovely dining experience. The food is delicious and well-presented. The service is always top-notch! Thank you.
This visit was very disappointing. We felt that the whole service was rushed. Server Patricia was aware of our theater plans and we had given ourselves 2 hours for dinner. Plenty of time. She hovered and asked us several times if we were ready to order. My companion hadn't even received the drink he had ordered. My chicken was overcooked and dry. My risotto was luke warm. Our server disappeared at that point and did not see her until dessert was ordered. Espresso was cold by the time dessert arrived. Truly a failure in timing on the whole meal. It is such a shame, space is beautiful. Wine list is interesting. But everything else was a pretty sad experience.
school cafeteria level meal for Thanksgiving, in particular, the deserts.
Great service! Very good Thanksgiving specials. Very relaxing meal.
The food is usually great. However, it was the day before Thanksgiving and there were only a few tables occupied. The food came out fast, but was subpar this time. Service was attentive and very polite.
Fruit flies, other than that everything was great. We come every year for our anniversary but this is the second time there has been fruit flies. Maybe the last year.
Wonderful date night with the best server ever! Thank you Robin. You helped to make our night special.
Everything was great except for the table next to us seem to have hearing issues. They proceeded to talk super Loud as if there Batteries were dead in there hearing aids. And one of them thought Blowing her Nose not once but as if she was clearing all sinuses before bed without a care that people were eating around her. Lady go to the Bathroom.
We had a great time and good food. Loved our waiter who said he had been there for over 20 years. He made our experience enjoyable.
As always Pazzaluna didn't disappoint and the food and drink were great! It is our favorite place to go when it is date night!
Food is always good, and service is excellent!! They always get you out on time if you’re headed to an event!
Great service by a man that has been there since they opened. Everyone seemed fairly coordinated and in sync. The only odd thing was that the restaurant section didn’t open until 5 pm. The food was solid as always. Especially if you order the Pazzaluna signature dishes.
Great experience, and one that will keep us coming back.
