   We waited too long on our server. Everything she went to do, we had to wait. We watched other server tables come and go and we were still just sitting. Very disappointing for the level you expect at Pattis. I am not sure if she had extra tables that night, but if that is the case you need to have support staff heloing her. Very disheartening and disappointing.

   A must visit place....so much to do, great service, great food! We spebt the whole day here making family memories and weren't ready to leave but had a 2 hour drive back home!!!! This experience is well worth the time and money!!!!

    Great place to visit. Great atmosphere and service. The 2 in pork chops are a lot of food. Spinach salad is great but very unique. A must visit place in Kentucky.

    Overall flavor of the pork chop is nothing special. And it was tough. 2o'clock reservation They weren't that busy but our server stood over us waiting until we finished to take the dishes. Even after I told her we would be a minute she stood at the table. The price for the quality of the meal was way over the top.

    Nice friendly staff, great food, not cheap, but nothing is now. It was difficult to hear and understand the hostess because of background noise from nearby tables. Also, our buzzer didn’t notify us that our table was ready.

    We wanted to go somewhere where we had not been to celebrate our 51st anniversary. We had heard such good things about Patti's and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Our waitress, along with two others, sang to us and presented us with a special dessert with candles.

    For years we've gone to pattis and it's been perfect everytime, UNTIL today. Server- HORRIBLE we never got refills on bread, even after asking. Drink refills came after we were finished. Food- Our chips part of dinner were not only bad, they were leftovers from prior day. Admitted by staff they were serving leftovers 😲 We came to celebrate an 80th bday. No singing, course you couldn't hear for music anyway... BUT STILL There were enough bad aspects of this dinner, that we now don't care if we ever come back. Tip- Bad service High prices and stale food will NOT keep you in business DISAPPOINTED!!!!

    This was our 2nd time here. Tried the 2 inch pork chop first trip and the don's chicken this trip. Both are exceptionnel. The bread with the strawberry butter is addictive. Will definitely return

    We arrived a few minutes before our reservation. We were not allowed to check in until our last person was present. We drive from 2 hours away to meet up. We all felt like the front desk greeters were NOT overall very nice. Once we were seated we had the nicest waiter name Taylor. Food was good….we enjoyed our time there and would go again. Also, we walked around looking at the few animals. Their pens are not let up very well. We felt sorry for the animals.

    Food is always good there, but we have the same thing every time! We occasionally joke that other items on the menu look great also but it is a bit of a "destination" restaurant for us (an hour + one way) so we always have their signature two inch porkchop. It is also the only restaurant we go to that I "save space" for dessert every time, no matter how good the entrée. There are a lot of good options but their meringue pies are my default. Also, their employees are consistently good. Even in this "can't get good help" environment many of us find ourselves in, their recruitment/training/retention tactics are clearly working for them...Great service every time we have been there!

    Our reservation was for 8pm, and we were not seated until a little after 8:15pm, but this was quickly remedied once the drinks and food started. Collin was great, the food is very good! Strawberry butter and the peppercorn ranch were so unique and delicious. Already made our reservations for next year! Looking forward to returning.

    The food was delicious. I loved the Chicken Oscar. The wait time for our reservation was minimal. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We were given a complimentary individual cheesecake since it was our anniversary.

    The restaurant was excellent, my only criticism would be to adhere to reservation times more closely. We had a reservation and still ended up waiting 20 mins for a table. Great food, great atmosphere and people.
