I Love using OpenTable to shorten our wait and as soon as our party was gathered we were being seated in the peacock room. The menu is hard to choose from but everything we tasted we enjoyed from the bread, the soup, the catfish and the Kentucky Hot Brown were all delicious! Every pie we ordered was lovingly crafted! Delicious mud pie, butterscotch pie, and sawdust pie with Bananas!
Unique place to eat. Pricing high for food you get. Increase since last there in January by several dollars. Green beans didn’t have much flavor tasted like out of can. Patti’s Chicken was just ok. Homemade bread or either the butter had an old smell to it. I’m not sure what because obviously bread wasn’t old. Maybe oil used to grease flowerpots. But, seriously took away from enjoying. I will go back but was disappointed overall this time.
Excellent food. We always get the pork chops. Best ever. Try the bacon wrapped pork chop fillet topped with cinnamon baked apples. Service was on point...friendly, efficient and not obtrusive. Beautifully redone building with cozy rooms seating a few tables, makes you feel like you are in an exclusive dining room. Music was too loud, though, to have a conversation without having to raise your voice over it.
Great place to eat. Food is excellent. Make sure to try the strawberry butter with the flower pot bread . Clean . Waitress was very attentative to our needs.
Patti,s is a great destination for a special occasion. The staff makes you feel so welcome. The food was good, as was the service. Really enjoyed seeing the remodeled building-a perfect blend o the old and the new.
Service was truly outstanding and food was excellent.
Overpriced for the quality of food. Server wasn’t very friendly and definitely not helpful!
Food & service are excellent. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Shops were great as well. I believe my wife bought a lot of Christmas gifts for the family there.
Wait or was the best we’d ever had. Good was wonderful. Atmosphere was great!
The new restaurant was very nice, clean but many different rooms that keep the noise down. The food was excellent tasting but a bit over priced in value. Service was a bit slow for lunch but manageable and nice. Gift shop was ok nothing special. We did not have to wait for table since we had reservstions
Everything was great at Patti’s! They are doing everything right according to the coronavirus restrictions. Food was wonderful.
Our server was fantastic and checked on us a lot..
Very nice atmosphere, and food was great. Definitely will be back.
We had a great experience with Patti's Settlement. The food was excellent and service . I did feel it was very pricey and could not afford to go offer.
I sent an email via “contact us” regarding poor experience.
Another great meal at a great place!! Will definitely be back soon
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed date night at Patti’s! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and we enjoyed viewing the new building that has so many reminders of the old one. We will be back soon!
We loved it! We had reservations for 5 people and were delighted to find that we got our own room! The decor was super fun, and our waitress was very sweet. We loved the food and pie! If we lived closer we would certainly be going back.
The four of us had a wonderful time! Food was great visiting family was great the area was great we had a wonderful time.
Noise is down because of 50% table capacity. Not as many people to make noise. But Patti's is not really a loud place anyway. Good service, good food at an iconic local restaurant that enjoys people from all over the country stopping in to eat when driving through the region.Patti's is always a favorite for all who experience it.
Very pricey no sandwiches after 4:00pm. Was not impressed.
Clean and charming atmosphere. Very friendly server.
A little pricey but delicious. Loved the buttersotch pecan pie.
Amazing meal in a memorable setting with friendly and inviting staff!
Food was great, but was too crowded for social distancing.
Food and service were great! Love the new building.
Food was great... Experience could have been better if fellow patrons would have controlled their children alittle more. .. When at a restaurant your children should not being running wild from ine end to the other.. Poor waitresses kept tripping over them as the parents sat oblivious to it all while they stayed glued to the phone ... Which made it hard to enjoy ur meal
Fantastic! I nearly ate a whole jar’s worth of strawberry butter though #diabetesbound
they advertise that they are 50% capacity and social distancing. Tried to seat us right next to another party initially and I requested another table not so close to other people. They then took us to another room with 5 tables in that room and at the time only 1 other table was seated in there. It wasn't probably 20 min after and they had the room, all 5 tables full! We were not happy that they were not following social distancing guidelines. I mean we were so close the table behind us if I pushed my chair out to far I would have hit the guy behind me.
Food was ok and new building is nice.
Too noisy...food and service were excellent as usual...Brent our server was awesome..
But the dining room was too loud, could not talk comfortably with our guest..
Other than that....WONDERFUL
Our waitress Sarah was amazing!! She always made sure I had my cup full of sweet tea & that’s not a simple job. The food was great & the new building seems so much nicer. I will be coming back again soon on our 90 mile trip from Clarksville,
A one of a kind experience. A bit pricey but well worth it. Excellent service, ambiance & food.
The service, food, and atmosphere was exceptional!! Plenty of things to do and see around Grand Rivers.
Beautiful venue with gardens and gift shops on the property, also ice cream parlor and snack shack. The restaurant is huge but the dining rooms are intimate and each one has a different decor theme. Lovely outdoor eating patio but only open after 4:00 pm. It’s quite the destination, we drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth it.
The was great. If you are in the area well worth the visit. We will be back.
My mother and I were visiting town, and were told by multiple people to come to Patti’s. Upon entrance everything was great. Our host was fantastic. Unfortunately, with it being our first time we weren’t guided through the menu or told about the food or history... which at this type of establishment I would expect an “experience”. My only frustration is I explained to our waitress my mom and I would be eating dinner later on in the evening and wanted to split stuff to be a lighter affair. I asked if we should split the 2 inch pork chop or 1. She insisted the 1 so I agreed. She then brought out the 2 inch and apologized on her behalf. I understand mistakes because I to work in the restaurant industry and it happens. I sadly was charged for her mistake, (which I would never do that to my guests). Also the Pork Chop was overcooked with not enough flavor from what I expected. Overall it was a good experience I was just saddened when I expected more. I never leave reviews, but this time I was truly disappointed (which rarely ever happens. ) Next time, I’ll seek out other restaurants in the area.
Food was very good . Waitress was attentative. Received our meal without a long wait. Will definitely be back.
Had a fantastic meal and great service. Sad that it’s not as busy as it used to be, but they take the virus very seriously. Masks and distanced seating. Felt safe. Will be back again.
Fantastic! Excellent food!
Our waitress was Tracy and she was outstanding, the Cajun Shrimp Salad was delicious and we loved the Strawberry Butter with the bread. The gift shop had wonderful items, I bought my mother in law a jar of the strawberry butter and my Grandson a personalized key chain for his birthday. It was all a wonderful experience, wish I didn’t live 6.5 hours away. Thank you!
