Your enjoyment of our food and restaurant is very important to us. We strive to make everyone feel like family.
We came here before the dinner crowd and ordered two dishes- a chicken dish and a pasta. The chicken was lukewarm and the pasta was cold and flavorless. The service was good- they cleared the dishes quickly. I was pretty disappointed because my previous experiences here were good. I will think twice before coming back.
Very delicious, big plates, cool location
The family style menu and food is good, not great. Good value and a ton of food for $60 a person.
Everything was amazing, best service ever!!!!
The wait staff was very attentive and worked as a team for our large group. The wait time for our food was minimal and they were very nice and accommodating.
Excellent fresh food/ friendly staff.
Price is excellent for high quality food & freshness!
A little noisy- but they had a big party that night. Definitely will return many more times!

Excellent Service, Excellent Food!!!!!!!!
We had an excellent meal and pleasant surroundings
We had a reservation for 7:30. When we got there, there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. I told them about our reservation made under Open Table. They told us it would be about 20 minutes for an outside table, but only a few for inside and that they would get us seated ASAP. We didn't mind to be seated inside so we waited. The host - I don't remember his name - was extremely accommodating and friendly! He was actually able to find us a table outside in just a few minutes, which we were grateful for after all - there was some reunion party going on inside and we could tell it was very loud. The food was fantastic and our waiter brought out the food very quickly.
Too loud for casual customers. We asked to sit outside where it was more quiet and even though there were 3 open tables, we were not accommodated.
The BEST restaurant ever. I went here for my birthday with friends and the whole vibe of the restaurant is amazing. Everyone is having a genuine good time and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Two people in my party had dietary restrictions and the staff made sure everyone had food they were satisfied with. Could not recommend this place more. GO HERE for a great night out with friends, you will not regret it
Awesome service, fantastic food. Get away from tourist junk and eat here.
We were not greeted upon arrival. The person who sat us down states does not speak English. Sat with water and bread for 10 minutes before waiter came and asked if we were ready to order not to mention we never received the menus. It was a disaster. They never changed plates for us in between dishes for family style.
Suggestion - they should remove 11 pm reservations since they are very unfriendly and not willing to serve you at this hour.
My friends bday dinner was ruined.
We had out of town guests and were treated royally. The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. We feel so lucky that we live so close and consider Patrizia’s as our go to place.
I made a reservation for 830 the day of. I arrived to
Food was good. Ordered a salad for an appetizer. Gnocchi pesto and chicken parm for dinner. All dishes were good. Would definitely recommend. The dining area is a bit loud and the pizza oven is broken.
One of the 4 Patrizia's that I know of, and as good as the others in quality and service.
I have eaten at Patrizia's many times and always come away satisfied. The only disappointing aspect of our dinner was that the coal fired oven for pizza has been out of commission for months. I would always get a great coal fired pizza as an appetizer for the table and then indulge in one of their great entrees. I am hoping they get that oven fixed so I can enjoy their amazing pizzas as well.
Food was good. Service was a little off. Place was not crowded, but we had to get waiter's attention. Pizza oven wasn't working. Got someone else's check. Have been there before and everything was fine. Maybe just an off night. Wrote in reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. That was ignored, even though we ordered a dessert.
The restaurant is more of a pizza/ restaurant, although the pizza oven has not been working in weeks???? Service was good and food was ok. The noise level was extremely loud. During the warm weather they have tables outside which I would suggest you sit at, unless you don’t mind the noisy inside.
Love their pasta and they have a huge menu which is nice. It's still sad their pizza oven is broken. Their free bread is really good too.
Went for my birthday dinner with my family. We asked for slight variations on the food and the waiter looked at us like we were stupid. Kept saying “huh?” The food was delicious. But very noisy.. for a Tuesday night.
Fun, lively place for great tasting Italian.
Great Italian restaurant
Father’s Day . It was very nice!
Food wasn’t good at all. I got poisoned right after having it.
Great place to go with a big group of people. We didn’t have enough entrees for our table which was a little disappointing but I would absolutely come back.
Everyone was amazing. From our waiter to the manager. I live right near the maspeth location but I was in the city that day. I would travel back to the city again. The pizza oven was out but it was no issue.
Great food and very reasonable prices.
There for a birthday - we had multiple waiters but head waiter was not very communicative to us - no apologies that a quarter of the menu was not available due to issue with pizza oven - or even to mention specials or recommendations. Eat out a lot in NYC so usually wait staff introduce themselves. Shouldn’t have to flag them down more than once. it’s a service industry and your staff are the front lines.
Buy I would tell them it is so noisy that you can’t talk with the person you are with.
Food was very good, but was disappointed the pizza oven wasn’t working :/
Love it here! Consistent and delicious
I was absolutely appalled with this restaurant.I booked on line and walked for an hour in the rain to return to this restaurant where I had had a lovely pizza at Xmas to find the pizza oven was no longer working. It should say it on the website that it has been broken for weeks.DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT it is known for its star pizzas but you can’t buy one ...utter disgrace
For the second time in 2 months I made a reservation at Patrizia’s and for the second time I did not stay to use it. The pizza oven was out both times. This is a pizza place!! How can you not let people who have reservations know about this? Instead they seat you and THEN give you a note about it. Awful service. This place needs better management and a pizza oven that works. NOT going back...
The food and drinks were delicious! We did the $60 family style pre fixe and a little bit of everything was included. My only complaint would be that the dishes came out very quickly. It would have been nice to have some time in between each dish to really enjoy the meal etc. Would still definitely recommend.
Another excellent meal here! The eggplant parmigiana is amazing!
When waiter asked if we were doing family style, he assumed we wanted the cheaper deal without asking. Later we had to tell him we were waiting on the additional food items.
