Patrick's Restaurant - Maple Grove
A good value! Good food, yummy old fashioned, enjoyed a delicious pastry for dessert.
The food was good but the service was slow. It was an hour before we got our food from when we sat down. We weren’t in a hurry so it worked out ok.
Our server was overwhelmed with way too many tables and we hoped it was her first day and gave her good tip in hopes she would improve. Too many people in restaurant and not enough staff and it was a huge disappointment for a reunion.
One of the top 10 in all mpls area
We were there for Mother's Day. Although very busy and noisy, service and food were great! We will be back to try out happy hour sometime.
Timely seating, prompt service, great food, attentive waitress, reasonal prices.
Clearly the restaurant was not ready for Mother’s Day. They were understaffed and we had to wait over 10 minutes and walk over to the front desk and ask before we had someone take our order. I am very disappointed because this was one of our favorite places to go for special occasions.
We went for Mother’s Day, so they were busy. Glad we had a reservation. But they didn’t have any high chairs left, which was a little problematic with a toddler. The coffee was cold, and our server didn’t check on us or provide refills. But the muffins were delicious! As was the ham and cheese croissant. The omelet croissant was just okay. Would skip that next time. Much prefer the location in Richfield.
This restaurant was ok, the service was slow and our server was nice but we sent our checks back 3 times for corrections and ended up paying each other for what was wrong. The food was fine, but not fantastic, still dont understand a strawberry on top of my hashbrowns
Awesome mussels in white wine sauce .... great service too!
This is a consistent choice for family or dinner with friends since the menu is broad and one of the few places we do enjoy dessert and coffee.
I've had brunch a few times here and have purchased pastries after my meal to take home. The food served is delicious. Plates could be warmed and are not but didnt ruin the food. The service is not good. One time we were seated and sat for 20 mins with no one coming to give is water or anything. I had to get up and grab someone. Server said they didnt see us but then it was still another 15 mins to get our beverage order. Another time I was waiting at the counter to buy pastries and several staff saw me but didn't bother to help me until I walked to a server and asked for help. Servers are dressed sloppy and not well kept.
Awesome! The food was excellent and the food delicious. There was no wait time to be seated. Our server was friendly. Thank you
First time at Patrick’s! We will go back!
We had the walleye sandwiches. There was no taste to the fish rather tough eating. However our waiter, Mike was outstanding.
I’d try Patrick’s again but would try a salad instead
Excellent food we Leila definitely be back! Nice but laid back good prices too
Great service and great food. First time at patricks. Will definitely go back
Good service! The waitress was friendly and flexible. The food was very good. The ambiance was very good.
Our server was excellent ! Food is tasty and menu has variety. Love the desserts.
Great choice when you're out in the suburbs and don't know where to go. Better than Granite City and places like that.
The food was only "ok". I thought it would be much better. We won't be back. We could get the same food at Perkins.
We have been to Patrick’s many times, but the last time we were there it was not good
Wonderful service, great wine choices at reasonable prices, delicious food. We had some of the best mussels we have ever had (weekend special). We loved the cream sauce they were cooked in. Rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The chop salad was really good and huge. I liked that it wasn't over dressed. There were lost of flavors with all the goodies added to it. The lobster mac and cheese was a hit as well.
This is our neighborhood go-to place for lunch and dinner on our own, with friends, and with out-of-town guests.
Great food as usual!
Fantastic! Everything on the menu is great. This is our favorite place to eat in the area. Good value, good food, good service.
Great food and service!
Food was awesome... prices unbelievably low for all the food you get!
watched bartender empty a wine bottle, then add a different type to a glass being served
so service, not very attentive
food took a long time to come out
We had the Beef Short Ribs and they were excellent. Will definitely go back there again.
We loved our evening at Patrick’s. The service was superb, the food was beautiful and delicious, the wine was perfectly poured and the environment was warm, cozy and comfy. Thank you for giving us and a dining experience to remember.
We bring our grand kid, & hope to see the clown. found out she's on vacation'.
What a disappointment,
But the food makes up for it.
Wonderful dinner menu. Delicious sauces with their fries and fabulous desserts!
Our table was where whenever the door was opened, we got a blast of cold air. Service was slow and poor. Server would show up occasionally and took a long time to return with whatever we had requested. Food was OK, but nothing that would make me recommend the restaurant.
This is one of my go-to places for breakfast/brunch with family or friends. I can always count on the excellent service and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The quiche with salad is my personal favorite breakfast item. It is important to start with a pastry and coffee before ordering your meal. It would be a shame if you were to fill-up before enjoying one of Patrick's famous pastry items. Love this place!
Very good Sunday Brunch. Lots of choices, better than many bakery/pastry choices. Nice ambiance, a little loud, but not too bad. Gotta order "French toast" at a French themed restaurant, right? It was good. Nothing spectacular, just normal sandwich style vs. french bread, or thick style bread. Nicely soaked, good texture and taste. More like mom used to make vs. anything Parisian. Nice smooth coffee, bacon was nicely cooked, thin vs. thick style. Good table service even though the place was very busy. Breakfast out these days isn't inexpensive and Patrick's is no exception here. But not too bad. Gotta pay a bit more for good quality and service. I'll definitely try it again soon.
Waitress seemed a bit spacey. Food was fine
Went for breakfast for the first time. Tried to order any of the baked goods and were told they hadn’t arrived (it was 9:30am, they open at 8am). When we asked if the waitress knew when they would arrive or when they normally get delivered, she said she didn’t know because she hadn’t been there in 2 weeks and walked away. Not helpful. They did finally arrive around 10:45am and so we split an almond croissant at the tail end of our visit. It was dry, hard and had no almond flavor. Definitely not worth the wait. Overall the rest of our food was just okay. Won’t be back.
The entrees were great. We had the filet minion and walleye. They were super accommodating to me wanting to skip the potatoes and get extra veggies and sauce on the side. We could have passed on the appetizers. The scallops seemed wet
We have gone to Patrick's for Valentine's Day the past two years and had a delightful evening (we even happened to get the same booth both times). The food was really good, and the service was friendly and efficient. We got the Valentines' Day special (filet topped with bearnaise sauce and crab meat, asparagus and carrots, Caesar salad, and a glass of Champagne (and we added a bowl of French onion soup because it was a cold evening). Of course, we concluded the evening with Patrick's beautifully delicious pastries. We really enjoyed our evening and will definitely return.
