Patrick's Restaurant - Maple Grove
I just love the food at Patricks. They menu has a lot of variety and everything I've had, has been excellent.
We’ve always had good experiences here but. It this time. My food came cold, my moms went to the wrong table and came much later (they were great about this though), changes servers midstream which isn’t easy. I had a couple of questions and the first server responded as if I were asking for gold, then. And came back later and sort of taunted me about my selection. Unlikely we will return overall.
Good for brunch...but same menu items for breakfast cost way less...$*8vs $12 for same eggs Florentine
I brought 4 people that have not been to your restaurant before. It was a disappointment . The service and food was not like it usually is. You only had 2 other tables in there so could not understand why it took so long.
Good food, not too crowded, quiet enough to be able to talk with friends.
I don't know why we have not found this place before! We will be back.
Menu was varied, wine list looked good, presentation was nice. Food was very good.
Service and food were wonderful.
We were placed in a good area for having kids with us. Food was good
One of my favorite places. Excellent food friendly pleasant service with decent pricing. Bakery is great. Place is bright and airy.
Michelle was our server, and she’s absolutely amazing! The bakery was out of a few items, but we were there later in the morning Sunday, so it doesn’t surprise me. We ended up buying almost one of every other bakery item to take home ☕️🥮🥧🧁🍰🍩
The HH is awesome here- lots of good choices. I had the mini tarting which was delicious! My friend had the scallops and a side salad. I love that there is a side salad option. Definitely will return.
Entire family of 4 generations for Sunday brunch on a rainy day to celebrate a family birthday. We were all well taken care of during brunch. Crayons, coloring mat, special children's cup and children's menu for the youngest family member (toddler) warmly provided. Great grandma also enjoyed the coloring. The adults really enjoyed the tasty coffee we were served. Excellent egg dishes and outstanding pastries also enjoyed by all! We'll make Patrick's one of our regular family dining outings!
Our dinner did not disappoint!!
I’m a regular customer and decided to have my birthday celebration there. Unfortunately, your server was not into to it. We had a big balloon right next to me and she never wished me a happy birthday. Actually, she has never even smiled. Food was great as always, don’t get me wrong. When we were done with dinner she asked if we were ready for our checks or if we wanted to take a look at dessert. I said, “Of course we want dessert, it’s my birthday!”. Still, all I got from her was a yellow smile from someone that was desperate to leave work and go home - no “Happy Birthday”. Okay, I thought. She’ll probably make up for all of this and bring me, at least, whipped cream with a candle on top. Being a dessert place, it’s the least you could expect - but no. She brought me nothing, not even a candle, and the crème brûlée I paid for was awful. By the way, it’s supposed to be torched right before serving it for crunchiness and warmth but all there was was a cold caramel sauce on top of it. Not good. I like Patrick’s but I have never felt so unappreciated on my birthday ever before.
Myke was a fantastic waiter.
Our small group from church met there for dinner
We had an excellent server and enjoyed our lunch.
Went out for dinner with the in-laws. Staff was having fun with my 9 mo old son, the cooks & wait staff. Made it easier for us adults to talk. Food was fresh, quick, and yummy.
My Food was cold and not prepared well
We had a large group of 12 for lunch. We sat at long tables in the rear of restaurant, plenty of room for all of us. Our server (unfortunately can't remember her name) was wonderful and did everything with such ease, even giving us each separate checks. My first time there and I'll definitely go back.
Portion sizes are small for the price. The one thing Patrick's has going for it is the wide variety of options. It has a large bakery and plenty of French pastries. But the quality of the food is hit or miss. My brunch entree was supposed to come with a side of bacon. It came with one very small, very thin piece. It was flavorful but I had four slices of French Toast and one slim piece of bacon for $10. I would not recommend unless you are just coming for coffee and dessert and don't care about being unfed for the price.
We really enjoyed our dining experience overall. The breakfast menu is very limited, but the selection of bakery items was outstanding. We will return again:)
Great job, Brandy! Everything was delicious. Fave meal: filet mignon - comes w a generous portion of a lovely mushroom gravy and sits atop a yummy crispy potato cake. Side salad was great w homemade blue cheese dressing. Mussels in cream sauce (Friday and Saturday nights only) was wonderful. Steak frites (w side of mayo and bearnaise sauce for frites) is always seasoned perfectly, but expect a few pieces to be gristle. Trilogy cake and Fuellantine Praline Cake were excellent, too. There was a bit of a fly problem, tonight, though. Two flies were relentless at our table. Nice touch with the candles and bread and butter. Thanks, Patrick’s!
It was noisy on the patio with the large trucks coming thru. They should have to go around on the main road not right by the patio area.
And for what ordered it was very expensive compared to other lunches I’ve had at other restaurants.
I had been to Patrick's in Bloomington but never to this new location in Maple Grove. The flatbread pizza was very good. The desserts are wonderful!
This place was not a great experience for us. Asked for no straws with the drinks - we got straws. One of our salad entrees was overly drenched in dressing - it overwhelmed the entire salad, the children's pizza was one of the worst I've tasted. The adult cheeseburger looked good & was fully consumed but a bit on the pricy side for what you get. Wasn't the worst restaurant but we won't be back again.
Great server, Veronica!
I picked Patrick’s because of its convenient location and delicious food. I ordered the Chicken&Feta quiche. It comes with a small side salad. It was a large portion and I felt $10 was a fair price. I also ordered a small hazelnut latte. It was very tasty! The friend I was with ordered a bacon quiche with an iced vanilla latte.
We sat outside which faces toward the movie theatre parking lot. It’s very quiet and tables are spaced out enough where you still have a private feeling.
I will be going back!
Consistently good. Service was a little slow but it was Father's Day
The only problem was I was not finished with my appetizer and still hadn’t gotten my wine before the main course showed up. Too fast
My friend and I enjoyed our brunch.
We had large, delicious salads— my friend’s with steak, mine the one with egg and avocado. Great wine list of off the beaten track French and CA offerings at moderate prices. Super service from several friendly, enthusiastic young persons, all in logo shirts which were covered with stains (CLEAN shirts, ancient stains)— that’s the one thing I’d change there. Black shirts would do the trick (or a vat of bleach)! A great spot for people who dislike the trend for loud restaurants— easy to talk and be heard. A+!
A good value! Good food, yummy old fashioned, enjoyed a delicious pastry for dessert.
The food was good but the service was slow. It was an hour before we got our food from when we sat down. We weren’t in a hurry so it worked out ok.
Our server was overwhelmed with way too many tables and we hoped it was her first day and gave her good tip in hopes she would improve. Too many people in restaurant and not enough staff and it was a huge disappointment for a reunion.
One of the top 10 in all mpls area
We were there for Mother's Day. Although very busy and noisy, service and food were great! We will be back to try out happy hour sometime.
Timely seating, prompt service, great food, attentive waitress, reasonal prices.
