argentinian shrimp, pei mussels, fish, peas, clam, saffron
Croquetas de Jamón
jamón serrano, aioli
spanish donuts, cinnamon sugar, dulce de leche, coffee chocolate
Loved it. Great wine selection from all over Spain. And the food is the real Spanish stuff: croquetas de jamon, pimientos de padron, jamon bellota etc…
Print on cocktail wine list too small and hard to see especially when lighting is low. We had to use flashlight in order to read.
Vodka Martini was very expensive $21.00
Food es very good but service a little slow
Disappointed about their food experience especially paella. We ordered a Patria paella. It was fishy and the seafood wasn't treated properly. It smelled like chlorine and everything tasted the salty chlorine taste. I'm a big fan of seafood and there is a luck of 'care' in it. We ordered bunch of tapas as well but the only one I found good was porcini croquette. I enjoyed the flavour especially in the first bite. Everything else seemed plain or not refined. It makes me to think that they're having difficulties maintain their quality or lost their passions.
Very expensive and small portions. The food was tasty but quickly finished
It was very smoky inside the restaurant and food service was delayed due to high volume of orders but otherwise okay.
The food and service were great. The timing of the dishes arriving at the table was perfect. As one plate was finished the next arrived. We ordered 2 different paella’s and shared them.
Loved the patio. Food was fantastic and our server was perfectly attentive
We had a great waiter and attentive staff taking care of our engagement party. Would recommend and will definitely be back
Very nice menu, food and service. Recommended. No issues whatsoever.
Love this place - one of my favourite in Toronto for Spanish food. Always great service. I've been so many times now that I wish there were changes to the menu so I could try new things but I am completely understanding that covid through a wrench in the service industry and they just need some time to get back to normal before offering new menu items and specials.
I would absolutely recommend! Also - it is a beautiful ambiance which just adds to the great culinary experience.
What an amazing dining experience! The service was excellent with a great team effort! Food was delicious as well as the wine that was suggested was perfectly paired with our meal!
Well done Patria!!!!
The service at Patria was amazing. All the staff were friendly and as helpful as possible. The food was delicious and great portions. The food came out very fast, including the paella. Highly recommend!!!
Exemplary menu selection and vibrant Spanish ambiance pared elegantly with best-in-class service. Unfortunately, quickly brought back to reality by a post-COVID inflated bill. Where this dreamy quick escape from reality and big-city living fails at overall value; makes up for it with close attention to detail that reflects well on more than just pallets. No wonder it has long been a King St. staple.
Food was wayyyyy overpriced for very small tapas plates. Tab was over $200 & i only had 1 beer. Was still hungry. Had to order more food when my date & I, we went to Snakes & Lattes. Ambience was ok.....a bit too dark in my liking.
Our food overall was amazing. The rice on the small paella we ordered was burnt, but the restaurant manager was kind enough to offer us a large paella on the house next time we go. Very generous, and we will definitely be going back!
Good food, great service and decently priced. Can’t go wrong coming here if you like Tapas
Fantastic staff, food and service. Will definitely go again!
Everything we ate was very delicious but paella was a little bit over burnt. On the other hand, Spanish meatballs were beyond expectation and definitely the favorite dish of the night. The service and ambiance were also really good and charming. I love Patria.
Food was pretty decent, small portions though. Seems like they portion it out based on your party size. I.e. we were a group of three so everything came in 3’s. Steak was rare even though we asked for medium rare. Flavour was delicious but too chewy.
First and foremost, Patria’s ambiance was top notch. I felt welcomed and made sure we felt at home. The service was amazing, the servers knew the dishes and made sure they informed my fiancé and I what they were. The servers also came by the always fill up our drinks and clean up our plates when it was low and done with the dishes. The food was phenomenal. The food was fresh. The food was definitely made with passion and love. The paella is definitely the go to order for next time. I would recommend this to my family and friends. 10/10.
Great food, kinda expensive but amazing for a special occasion, busy restaurant on a weeknight, service was good but could have been a bit faster
Great service, cozy and delicious food
I went there a couple times before covid, kind of feeling that it tastes better but difference is not huge, or maybe I have high expectation considering I haven’t been eating outside a lot lately.
Great but wondering why we were not asked for proof of vaccine
Paella was authentic and delicious! Would definitely return
Amazing atmosphere, amazing food, such great customer service. For my first night out in Toronto, it was such a great experience. 10/10!
Sharing plates is great. Gives you a chance to try a few different things.
Staff is very knowledgeable of the menu.
The food were amazing and the atmosphere here was perfect for one’s birthday! Excellent service!!
Good was amazing. Service started off nicely, but fell off as the evening got busier.
Had a really nice experience. Great food, cozy patio with a great ambiance and staff.
Great spot. Service was incredible. Our waiter was Sandy and he had incredible knowledge of the food and especially Spanish wine knowledge. This will be a go to must for us every time we go to Toronto
An absolutely phenomenal experience eating at Patria. The food tasted phenomenal and everything was brilliant. The mushroom croquettes are maybe one of the best things I've ever eaten (highly flavourful).
Went for my 50th bday, and everything was amazing. Our server was outstanding, as was the service and the food was incredible. Fabulous evening. Highly recommend :)
The service was great!
I enjoyed the food as well, perfect for a date night.
Patria is amazing. The food is great, we had the Datiles, ensalada de aguacate, croquetas de Jamon, and the octopus. All of these were 10/10.
We also ordered the Paella Patria, which was good as well, but probably an 8/10.
The ambiance is super nice, and the restaurant looks great. Very recommended!
Everything was perfect we really enjoyed the food
Dinner at Patria was superb, as usual and as expected. Patio dining was comfortable, decent heaters and separation of tables. The range of tapas dishes is excellent, quality of food was its usual high level. Wine selections from our waiter were on point. Friendly and prompt service. One of my favourite restaurnats in the city.
We are repeat customers for a reason. Patria is a beautiful restaurant with tasty food and the service is impeccable. We will be back real soon.
They wouldn’t know an actual Spanish dish if it hit them in the head. Obviously the chef has never been to Spain. 250$ spent on food that was below par. Very overrated. Who puts tomato sauce on Patas bravas … paella with calamari that was tough like rubber… all very disappointing.
great restaurant with great food！will recommend to friends!
