Excellent service, fun energetic atmosphere. Great recommendations from server.
This is our second time and we were a bit disappointed.
The first items were quick and very good. There was a bit of wait for our next round but not much.
The larger items seem to take longer… and we were disappointed with them.
We ordered a small paella Patria…. The rice was crusty on bottom almost to the point of being burnt and the seafood was undercooked.
Cornish end was very charred.
It was good food. My only complaint, which is a large complaint is that all the chefs were not wearing a mask. Which concerns me, since they don’t need to be fully vaccinated.
Was a regular and visited after a long absence. The bill was $300.00 for a few appetizer and a bottle of wine for two. Food was lacklustre and a terrible value. Will never return.
very good, but Labora was better. The paella seemed overcooked and didn't have the crispy bits of rice that Labora had.
Love the restaurant. Great food, drinks and vibe. Went there to catch up with some friends and ordered basically everything on the menu.. and it was all delicious. Surprised the best were the meatballs.
Amazing, great attention to customers.
Food was spectacular.
Crispy bottomed paella shouldn’t be black. But the burnt taste didn’t permeat the plate and thankfully the seafood was cooked separately and to perfection. The pulpo and patatas were under seasoned n but the croquettes and datillos were well balanced and maldon salt was exactly what was needed. Churros shattered but the basque cheesecake was creamy. And there lies the problem. Same with service. Spot on when we got there and it was jam packed but somehow our second bottle of wine we wanted the order wasn’t taken until we were finished eating so we ended up passing it up (don’t worry we didn’t place the order so we didn’t cause any problems ).
Oh,’and be prepared to YELL to you dining companions and DODGE every time someone (not staff, they were very aware) walks past you.
Not as good as it used to be, missing that attention to detail.
Was my wife’s birthday, they knew and did nothing.
Good ambience, excellent Tapas menu including Paella and excellent traditional Spanish fare. Staff are accommodating and service was great
Food was incredible. Never disappoints. Service was great. It was a bit cold by the door where we were seated.
Great food and an amazing service.
Great food but the waiters were rushing to eat and drink as fast as possible us to the point it was really uncomfortable and extremely invasive.
This is not the Patria i visited 5 yrs ago. I was looking forward to another great food experience and was very disappointed with the food quality and presentation.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone now.
The food was incredibly disappointing compared to the other times I've been there. Not sure what happened last night but the quality was not up to mark like it has been past times.
Absolutely love patria! Amazing service, food, atmosphere no wine. It’s definitely a go to spot in the city for a more elevated/special night out (I always recommend it for birthdays!). Will 100% be going back!
Our server was incredible however the hostess were very rude. We had a reservation and still waited half an hour to be seated. The group who came in 20 mins after us were offered a seat at the bar whereas we were not. They stood directly beside us while waiting without masks and the staff did not enforce mask wearing. More accommodation would’ve been appreciated given we stood for 30 mins and waited for a table. There are seat limits in place, they should’ve been utilized. Otherwise, great server and food was incredible however, will definitely be keeping in mind for next time that reservations aren’t followed
Really great night, amazing night, sexy ambience and unreal food. Definitely recommend for a date night or special occasion!
I booked it for my husband and daughter, they loved it and said it was amazing.
It was my first and last time, we couldn’t even talk because everybody was screaming and if you want to talk you have to scream too. I hated this please I came back with headache. Don try this resturant
Food, drinks and service are all excellent! But it's too noisy for the over 60 crowd! Conversation becomes too much of an effort.
The food was very good. Every dish was worth eating. I especially enjoyed the Brussel's sprouts and the pulpo. I wish the menu was a little more expansive and that the paella was more traditional. But that's just me. The restaurant is very loud but the service was excellent.
Amazing everything as always!
The paella was not worth the money, bottom of pan came burnt
Good food and service. A little too noisy though.
The dates wrapped in bacon are to die for!!!!!
Ambience was great. Restaurant was too loud. Service was ok not too attentive I guess cause it was busy. Food was alright. Under seasoned for sure . But overall not bad
First time and my last!!!! Service took way to long! The rice was cold and salty! I love try new places but bad experience here
My GoTo Spanish Fix, I always love the Patria, great atmosphere, wonderful food and the service is a step up and professional, very enjoyable.
Food and the servers service were amazing.
However, the front host was very rude and unprofessional. She was talking down to me for being late for my reservation even though I phoned in to advise I would be running late ahead of time.
Her verbiage was condescing and quite embarrassing as she kept arguing how late we were in front of my date, whos first time it was at patria. It threw off our entire experience and had me so offended.
As typical of this ownership group the room and service are excellent. Food is good to very good. If judged strictly on food it is expensive. We are glad we went and enjoyed the vibe.
My main concern was that the tables were all very close to one another - so close you could barely squeeze in to your seat or have a conversation. This is unacceptable at the best of times but in the era of COVID, we had people on either side of us not even close to six feet apart. It actually took away from the whole evening. The food was good, not spectacular, which for the price isn’t ideal.
Loved it. Great wine selection from all over Spain. And the food is the real Spanish stuff: croquetas de jamon, pimientos de padron, jamon bellota etc…
Print on cocktail wine list too small and hard to see especially when lighting is low. We had to use flashlight in order to read.
Vodka Martini was very expensive $21.00
Food es very good but service a little slow
Disappointed about their food experience especially paella. We ordered a Patria paella. It was fishy and the seafood wasn't treated properly. It smelled like chlorine and everything tasted the salty chlorine taste. I'm a big fan of seafood and there is a luck of 'care' in it. We ordered bunch of tapas as well but the only one I found good was porcini croquette. I enjoyed the flavour especially in the first bite. Everything else seemed plain or not refined. It makes me to think that they're having difficulties maintain their quality or lost their passions.
Very expensive and small portions. The food was tasty but quickly finished
It was very smoky inside the restaurant and food service was delayed due to high volume of orders but otherwise okay.
The food and service were great. The timing of the dishes arriving at the table was perfect. As one plate was finished the next arrived. We ordered 2 different paella’s and shared them.
Loved the patio. Food was fantastic and our server was perfectly attentive
