My husband and I were on a weekend getaway (from Oklahoma) and Pasta Pasta was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. We came for lunch the first day and enjoyed it so much that we came back for dinner the following day! The food and service were excellent and the fried ice cream (my all time favorite dessert!) was the best we have ever had! Great atmosphere! We highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return as soon as possible!
The lobster bisque is awesome.
2 out of the 3 meals were delicious as usual. I wanted to try something different, the spaghetti with filet mignon tips, mushrooms, and spinach in a gorgonzola cheese sauce. It sounded delicious but, the filet mignon was dry and tasteless probably because the tips were small pieces that were easy to over-cook. It was a disappointment but, I'm glad that I tried it. I'll be back to order my usual favorite dish, the tortelloni with 6 cheeses!
Arrived 10 minutes early on an evening when 90% of the tables were still empty. We were to be a party of three but the third still had not arrived - and they would not seat us. Doesn't make sense - now I don't get a second drink and skip the appetizer. I can understand when it is busy but a little common sense should override protocol. The food was very good and we had a good time. Our waitress was friendly and informative and talked us into dessert which was a good thing.

We have been going to Pasta Pasta for years now and love it. It was Valentine's Day so I made reservations on line for lunch in case their was a crowd. My only disappointment was that I did request a booth and we didn't get one. My husband has back issues and I wanted him to be comfortable. I wish I had called instead and maybe they would have saved us a booth. I don't understand why on line they have a place for notes if they don't follow through with your request. As far as the food and service it was wonderful. We really enjoyed our meal.
Always great food. Never have been disappointed by a meal here. The calamari was melt in your mouth fresh. And I can’t believe it has taken me so long to try the bacon wrapped shrimp.

Food was great...waiting to be seated 45 minutes when we had a reservation...not so great! Waiting area way too small to have so many waiting for a table! Standing room only for 45 minutes. I assume we were not the only ones who had to wait. People not happy. I they at least had a bar area...many could have sat at the bar to wait and talk vs standing in entrance! This was Saturday night 2/3/18

The week before we went my girlfriend and I were sad to hear a reservation was needed at 5 when we tried to get a table but we had heard good things and got a reservation for the following Friday. The menu had a number of delicious sounding entrees that were hard to choose from and we were very impressed by the service we received with frequent water refills, two baskets of yummy interesting bread, and bread crumbs being swiftly swept from the table. The lighting and view from the next to the window really added to the great experience with great food!
Food was fresh and made to order. Service was very nice and friendly. Attentive at refilling water, but then stopped towards the end.
We love this restaurant the food is always delicious, we had the prixe fix dinner which was more than worth its price. From the complimentary bread to dessert it was all good. The swordfish and chicken & sausage entrees was excitement for the taste buds. Pasta Pasta never disappoints.

We were here for Restaurant week and ordered from the special menu. Everything was delicious. The prosciutto wrapped asparagus with mozzarella was fresh and a surprisingly large appetizer. I got the swordfish encrusted with black and white sesame seeds. I thoroughly enjoyed this fresh fish plate. Dessert was a deconstructed cannoli. Light and flaky pastry with whipped cream on top and cannoli cream in between the stacked pastry. Delightful ending to a very satisfying meal. Service was spot-on. Just enough time between courses. We lingered over our tea and felt no urgency to leave. I'll definitely be back.
I was there with my family for restaurant week. My husband has a gluten allergy. Pasta Pasta went out-of-their way to accommodate his dietary needs. The service was excellent. They made great choices for their restaurant week menu-many restaurants put the cheaper, less interesting common items on their restaurant week menu. Pasta pasta was creative and everything was cooked well.
We went to Pasta Pasta during Long Island Restaurant Week. It was a Saturday evening and we had to be seated by 7pm, which was great for us because we like to eat early. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation an we were seated immediately! The choices in the 3 course special menu were outstanding. My husband order a spinach salad and swordfish with wasabi and it was amazing! He lived the rice that it came with. I had a fantastic appetizer with asparagus, prosciutto, mozzarella, and tomato. For my entree I ordered black linguine, shrimp, asparagus and pomedora sauce . Another great choice! Desserts were excellently presented and scrumptious to boot! We had cannoli and a berry apple crisp with whipped cream!
What a delightful and delicious dinner!!!

The atmosphere is inviting, the menu interesting and not terribly pricey, and all of us agreed that our food choices were delicious.
Meal was not as described on menu. Braised veal was tough. Only one mushroom in "mushroom sauce". Never offered coffee or tea with desert. Would not recommend.
I've always been a HUGE fan of PASTA PASTA! I've been there on more than one occasion and its always been AMAZING. I will say ONE THING, and it's not even a BIG DEAL, but they have this little (2) seater table directly next to the kitchen. Might as well be IN the kitchen LOL They almost sat my cousin and i there and we both immediately said NO. If we had sat there, the entire meal would of been bus boys/waiters/waitresses going in and out and plates clattering. No thanks! i say do away with that table all together LOL OTHER THAN THAT, it was fabulous!!! i definitely suggest the SEAFOOD BRICK OVEN PIZZA & the 6 Cheese Tortelloni!!! AND, even though they were behind (we had a 730 reservation, didnt get seated till 815p) they comped us (2) glasses of Red Wine which was VERY Nice of them to do!
Although had reservations for 7:30 and asked for good table, not seated until until 7:45, no apolgy and stuck in tight table
Food was very good. Service a bit slow but overall was a good experience.
I eat here once a month since it opened many years ago. I've never had a bad meal.
