If you want to be cool and go where Nicholas Cage & Celine Dion (Frank Sinatra apparently loved the place) goes to when they want outstanding inexpensive authentic Italian food! This is where the locals go. Enough said!
Great restaurant with wonderful prices and great service. I did not receive my 100 points for dining here on Saturday August 17th. The reservation was for 5pm 2 people under the name Philayne Kile. Could someone please look into this. The restaurant said they did their part on checking us in for the reservation but no points showed up. Thank you.
As usual, Pasta Mia was excellent. Service was outstanding. Everybody, from the owner down, made sure our experience was absolutely wonderful.

We LOVE Pasta Mia West. Best authentic Italian food with outstanding service. We make it a point to put this restaurant on our dinner plans when in Vegas.
Food was delicious. Server seemed a little annoyed with our party and took my plate with pasta and shrimp still on it without asking if I wanted a box.
We return to Pasta Mia West often. Our favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. We were there this time for our friends birthday party.
The waiter had to be reminded three times that it was for a birthday. It was no longer a surprise when the desert arrived. Otherwise we all had an excellent meal.

Consistently great food One of our go to restaurants. Always great. Staff and food is excellent.
Early Tuesday evening, party of two. Food quality marginal. Ordered gin & vodka martinis, tasted like water, refused them. Bartender made fresh ones, again, tasted like water, refused again. No cocktails at this place! Owner was on the premises, but never bothered to address our complaint. Service was very courteous and attentive.

Found on the internet was great the best penne a la vodka ever and my wife's chicken Parmesan was to die for. Service was great, met the owner good good man this will definitely be a stop when I'm in Vegas.

The ambience and the service were good. The soup tasted like regular canned soup. Didn’t really like the fish and the penne, nothing special.

This restaurant is a true gem. Excellent service , fabulous food and really good value. My husband and I shared a calamari appetizer, I had the lasagna and my husband had the chicken piazzaole and we share three glasses of wine. The bill came to $87. This is an incredible value for Vegas and very good food. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
Was a lovely meal, good service and convenient as we were going to the Penn and Teller show down the street. The only part that was unexpected was that the restaurant was in a Plaza and we thought it was a stand-alone building. Our fault for not double checking. Thanks!
This has been our favorite Italian restaurant. Unfortunately they have gotten inflexible on substituting certain items. Ex. One pasta for another. On occasion the staff has been rude including the owner. Makes me sad that I have to hesitate on recommending this restaurant.

I eat at Pasta Mia West whenever I’m in Las Vegas. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a great price. Chef Armando and his team do an awesome job.

Staff was fantastic!
Place smelled bad, my clothes and skin stunk. Took 45 minutes for a chicken parma a d during that time I was offered their additional $2.99 bread 4 times but my water was refilled once. It was two of us yet a Table of four next to us arrived at the same time as we did and they finished eating before we got our chicken parm. Good was very salty and very very strong garlic taste. Won't go back.
Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was a bit dated and reminded me of the "Mom and Pop" Italian restaurants we used to go to when I was a kid. Food was ok and unremarkable.
The entire evening was perfect. Great food and service.
