At arrival, there was a sign on the door that they were closed due to a plumbing issue. No warning at all for those with reservations. We booked through Open Table, so they could have at least cancelled reservation. App would not allow us to book anywhere else due to the ‘double booking’. I understand things happen, but the way it was handled was super poor and a major issue for us trying to get dinner before our show.
I wish I remembered our server's name, he was so good and attentive!
Great lunch here. Service was perfect and the appetizers were great. Nice wine menu. Perfect lunch on a snow day in NYC
I love this place and services was very good I love how worker treat my partner and I. The good was amazing definitely will go back
Food is excellent have been going there for years and never had a bad meal
Great location. Went to see the tree and the windows at Saks Food with the family and had dinner afterwards. Food was great. Nicely decorated for Christmas!
Great friendly service and good sized portions!
It was a really nice place with reasonable prices right near Rockefeller center and the holiday decorations.
Was an amazing meal- excellent service! Took my mom and daughters- we made reservations before our Rockettes show was cancelled but I am still so glad we went! We will be back for sure
All was really good. 3 aspects to highlight: the service was really good, the size of the servings were huge, and was very fast. Totally recommendable!
The atmosphere & service were amazing but the food was a 6/10. Portions are small for the price. I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was not very good. My daughters ordered margarita pizza and there were only 2 pieces of basil. It was more like having a cheese pizza. I will not be visiting again.
Everything was great!
Great food and ambiance. Our favorite place when we’re in NYC
Had pizza and wine, pizza was not that great and service was average
Been coming for 5 yrs when in NYC, usually in June or July and again at Christmas. This place never disappoints, food and service are always the best!
Food was very good. Wine by the bottle was reasonable! Enjoyed our time, did not rush us at all!!
Prices were way more expensive than advertised on website menu
We went for an early dinner after a show at Radio City. It was a fun atmosphere with great service!
Great pasta a reasonable wine list!
The food was good. The waiter was terrible. He took forever to come over to our table and take our order. He explained that they don’t split checks and then continued to say he would do it for us anyway. Which was great. But then put the wrong stuff on the wrong check…twice and then proceeded to roll his eyes at us every time he looked at us. So my cousin had to go to the manager to get him to put the right stuff on the right check.
Entrées were phenomenal—truly excellent. And the portions were enormous. I wasn’t expecting so large a meal in New York. Fried mozzarella was underwhelming. The sauce was good, but the breading didn’t have much flavor. Service wasn’t great, but not awful.
I’d absolutely go back.
Took my wife and my kids here after we visited Rockefeller Center and saw the Rockettes perform. I made a reservation just in case but when we arrived a little bit early around 12:30 there was available seating and they sat us right away. The ambulance was really nice, it was decorated well for Christmas, and overall the experience was very good. For something so conveniently located, it was well worth the money. That is not to say it is the best Italian food I’ve ever had in my life, or that it was cheap by any means. But considering you’re in midtown Manhattan it wasn’t too bad. Great selection of appetizers, entrées, wine menu was excellent too. Would come again next time I visited over the holidays.
The service was awesome. We were a party of five Everyone’s meal was delicious. The desserts were also great
Would recons d Pasta Lovers to anyone
Delicious food, beautiful holiday decor, and wonderful service! Highly recommend!
Great dinner before heading to Radio City. Excellent service and good food. Beautiful ambiance, decorated for Christmas. <3
Wine selection was good and not over priced. Wait staff was very attentive. We were a party of 6 and there before a show and the service was quick. Owner was there, very nice guy greeted us and came over and asked how things were. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful food & service. The ambiance was nice & the staff were friendly & helpful.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was great! We will certainly revisit this restaurant when we are back in NYC.
Celebrated a birthday with 3 bottles of wine and had a great time before watching a broadway show.
I’m from Los Angeles and wanted to treat my sister the night before I was leaving to head home. and after the Radio City Christmas show to a nice dinner at a nice restaurant. I asked the waiter for a wine recommendation and he gave me a snide response. We used our bread plates as salad plates because no one came by to offer clean, salad plates and we didn’t want to wait to eat our salad. We had to ask the server for cheese because he didn’t bring the food and didn’t come by to check on us. The food we was ok. We found the entire experience underwhelming. It was 4pm so being busy was not the issue. Disappointed in the experience.
Always a great place to eat, I eat her every year when I visit NYC
Staff was great. Food was good. Drink was good. Good environment.
We were seated quickly and were all able to sit together (13). The service was excellent and the good very good. We did have early reservations, 4pm, so that may have helped.
Food and wine excellent. Service issues because I think and hope she was new. A lot of Mix-Ups misunderstandings. The holiday music with just the right volume and they was very good about spacing people so we were not sitting on top of each other. Definitely will return
Good place to go with kids.
Our food was wonderful, generous and delicious., Service, prompt and deliteful. If you like Italian, add this place to your list to try. Glad we made reservations, Christmas time in NY is quite a busy time.
Our waitress sucked
Food was excellent, service was great!
My dinner was prepared just as I requested.
