If you’ve ever eaten at a family-run Italian restaurant back East, you’ll appreciate what Pasta Brioni is all about. From the second you walk in the door to this Scottsdale establishment, the management and wait staff treat you like family – in fact, it seems that there are so many regulars at Pasta Brioni that many of them may be family. Rich wood paneling and a gorgeous wood bar, white linen tables, stained glass lights and Rat Pack music playing all add to this incredibly inviting ambiance.

The pizza was very good! We had a handicapped client who the staff accommodated and was very helpful. Good to note is that this establishment is handicap friendly.

Enjoyed the food. I had Veal Saltimboca and it was excellent. My Perfect Manhattan cocktail was mixed perfectly. Very enjoyable evening

Authentic old school Italian. I had the veal parmigiana which wasn't on the music. Amazing, tender, and fabulous. Their take on Tiramisu was the best I ever had. Thanks to Evan who made our experience memorable.

Don't let the strip mall locatlion fool you ... this is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Scottsdale. It's cozy and the food is fantastic! Tender veal, probably the BEST eggplant parmesan I've ever had -- thinly sliced eggplant layered with ricotta and topped with mozzerella and a yummy marinara sauce. Been here numerous times over the years and never had a bad dish or poor service. It's a little slice of Italian heaven!

I have been coming to Pasta Brione for at least 20 years & have always enjoyed the food. Their service is outstanding with friendly waiters who know the menu & can make good suggestions. Michael is in the lounge now but as you can imagine he is just one of many that have made my dining experience great.

Mike in the bar was great; made excellent food and wine recommendations, let my date sample two wines she was torn between, a great guy! We love Italian food, and both agreed that it is the best at this price point in Metro Phoenix/Scottsdale hands down! Be back in a couple of weeks...

We went with 4 adults and 2 children. They have no kids menu and the server didn't seem too impressed that we brought children. We were there for restaurant week where we go out and try places we have never been. The food was good, the lobster ravioli was a bit fishy. We did wine pairing and the server didn't even tell us what the wine was that was paired, it was written on the menu but it would have been nice to have a reminder. However, even though he barely spoke to us, the food was prompt and good, and we had everything we needed.

Sadly, Pasta Brioni was a significant disappointment. We were enthused about the menu for Restaurant Week and wanted to give it a try. Briefly, our server was terse, bordering on rude; she did not return to the table at all to ask if we wanted a second drink; when I asked her about an item which arrived prepared differently from the description (I know the difference between veal medallions & scallopini) she was rudely dismissive.

The food was substandard at best. The lobster ravioli was not fresh; the veal was so over cooked it was gray and was not served in the manner of the menu description.

We eat out frequently at many of the valley’s better restaurants and always try a few new places during restaurant week. This experience is one we hope to not repeat.

Mother and daughter were born on the same day. It is our tradition to celebrate at Pasta Brioni's with as many family members as can make the date. We always have fantastic food. Most always the wait staff are hilarious. We always share a bottle (or two) of good Italian wine. The daily specials are always worth considering and dessert will leave you wishing you hadn't cleared your plate, but you can't help yourself.

Sad to say that none of us would return here.

Food was good and great ambience. Felt upscale although I thought this place was more of a family, down-home, italian restaurant. Warning that the prices are HIGH, and service was sarcastic/not real friendly.
We all were shocked at the menu prices since we felt that the food and service did not warrant the prices. We also felt that we were upsold without disclosure. Waiter made lots of suggestions that costed quite a bit extra (bolognese, meatball option, wine choices) yet waiter did not talk about the pricing.

Good italian food but we will not be back. Think the chain restaurants are just as good at much lower costs. ANd when we want a a delicious fine dining italian restaurant in Scottsdaleare dining, there are many others to chose over this!

The waiter poured our wine and in doing so
In a rush spilled on my menu. He was very abrupt. The food was average at best. It was not busy so there was no excuse for the rush to pour wine. All and all, this being our second visit in many years, I was not impressed and will not be going back again.

We were seated outside on the patio (as requested) and were the only ones outside. It was very enjoyable and felt like VIP service. The food was amazing and the rosemary honey butter for the rolls was delicious.

Used to eat here frequently until a few years ago, because not satisfied with food taste. Food this time even worse than previous experiences.
Lots of good Italian restaurants in Scottsdale., this is not one of them.
Wanted to eat in main room, but was told they were short of staff and seated in bar. Normally bar ok with us , but these booths so old and uncomfortable.
