Excellent service and even better food! We could not have had a better dinner!
Pascal’s is by far my favorite restaurant. Never lets you down. Always have new things to choose from. Can’t wait to come back for another round.
Excellent food and service!
This was our first time there and we highly recommend it. We’ll be coming back for sure.
Excellent food as expected although disappointed mussels were not available. Superb service
My girlfriend and her best friend all were very impressed with the Miami spice menu
Miami Spice Scam! We went to try this French restaurant in Coral Gables, because we liked the Miami Spice Menu they offer. We are trying different places for Miami Spice and we choose restaurants bu the menu because my boyfriend has dietary restrictions. So we arrived at time of the reservation and we were told that our table was not ready. Ok no problem we can wait on the bar. We ordered wine and waited…. A lot. But ok. We are enjoying chatting and drinks the wine. When we finally get out table, I asked for the Miami Spice Menu. Surprise! A totally different menu, full of options for an additional charge. We were confused about what to do, what to order. I talk about this with the waitress who said, oh I don’t know why Miami spice people didn’t change de menu, we change it. ( the have the same menu we had seen on the MS in their website) and shel just left. After think if we can find another restaurant at that time, and when we are so hungry, we ordered Miami Spice Menú and my boyfriend had to order something a la carte. The waitress has an attitude and we didn’t like it. Not friendly at all. ( the others were nice). The food was mmm… ok. Nothing special. I think the best thing was the gazpacho. At the end, she brought the bill and was standing there like a bodyguard waiting . I don’t recommend this place. I won’t be back there. Miami has many better places.
Amazing food and service
I had the gruyere soufflé and my friend had the mushroom and carrot timbale for appetizers. Highly recommend the mushroom and carrots timbale
For entrees she had the scallops and I had the tenderloin, we were both very pleased as well as the desserts, she had the chocolate mousse which she loved and I had the key lime cheesecake… delicious
Don’t miss out on their delicious bread, they only initially give you a piece but you can ask for more… which we did
The food is amazing
This is our happy place for date night. Something was off on this night. Enjoyed evening dispite mishaps.
Really good food , we asked for the Miami Spice menu , but we had to wait a really long time between entrees. Won’t go again on a Saturday night
Awesome Chef/Owner Pascal Oudin!
Outstanding French cuisine and ambiance!
It’s took so long for us to get our plate more than 1 hour.
This place never disappoints. Everything is impeccable, from service to cuisine. The food speaks for itself. Every plate is meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients and plated with care. A fine dining experience for any occasion.
Pascal is a sure thing in Coral Gables . Perfect for a quiet dinner and to be pamper for a very profesional staff . Thier quality continue to be top .
Absolutely delicious. The food was good, the service was amazing!
This is my favorite restaurant in terms of food & service. This last time we visited was very disappointing. The cheese soufflé & the bouillabaisse were a complete letdown. The Parmesan fondue that goes around the cheese soufflé was changed to a weird broth & the bouillabaisse went from authentic to a tomato broth with salmon. $47! We let the chef know. Hopefully he brings back the real deal. This place is authentic when they want to be.
We came back again for Miami spice. The fish was excellent and we pay the surcharges for the wonderful cheese and Grand Marnier souffles. Always a pleasure dining here.
The service is always outstanding and consistent. We did Miami spice menu and it wasn’t as good as years past. The amuse bouche was excellent. We did one each on the Spice menu. I had the salmon appetizer and the fish entree. Both were beautiful presentation, with a 3.5 for taste. My husband did the butternut squash soup and short rib. The soup was good (solid 3) and the rib (4 star) best of all our dishes. The cheesecake flan was very good. The dessert soufflé beautifully fluffy but lacked any Grand Manier flavor. Tasted only of sugar. They served fresh whipped cream on it but I think they completely forgot the Grand Marnier. Wouldn’t order it again. Not up to the regular menu standards. The bottle of French red was excellent.
Good food, good service. Nice environment prices a little bit high
Somewhat traditional French fare with a twist. Very good quality and food execution. Interesting wine list very reasonably priced. Very good service. Traditional decor. We are not much into "French food" but we are going back to this one.
Chef Pascal Oudín never disappoints. This is the best French restaurant in Miracle Mile/Downtown Coral Gables area. I've followed his career when he was Executive Chef at The Grand Bay Resort in the Grove. Exceptional cuisine & presentation. Soufles are delish! The best French restaurant in Miami Dade was the iconic Le Festival on Salzedo Ave. many years ago. Saw many celebrities there including past Presidents. Bon Appetit!
great experience enjoyed the meal will be back soon
It could have been a bad night, bad luck or the moon, but it was not a memorable experience for non of us (party of 3) To begin with, we felt we were invisible. It took a long time to get our drink order, and even longer to get the drinks. We had to ask for menus as no menus were given to us on our arrival and time was passing by. The restaurant is small with few tables so we could see every table. All the other tables had happy customers and the only one free table in the corner was eventually occupied by Miami ex Mayor Raul Valdés Faudi. By the time the corner table were starting their main course, we were still waiting for our appetizers. Aside from the very slow service which seems it was only with our table, the 3 appetizers were unremarkable and out of the 3 main courses only the duck was worth praising. To be fair and honest everybody else seemed to be having a grand time at Pascal’s and they were very well taken care off. Unfortunately my friends and I we felt like in the twilight zone. I felt I was invisible and my friend felt discriminated.
Outstanding service. Corvina with risotto in champagne sauce was superb. First time there — will definitely be back.
I thought I was going to get a high quality meal but the Miami Spice selection was limited. The butternut squash soup was very good. For the main course they had braised short ribs or bass, the third selection was lamb rack, an additional $21. My husband and I asked for braised short ribs and they were bland, just like in any other regular restaurant. The dessert choices were orange cheesecake flan or mango sorbet, the grand marnier was an additional $12. The flan was good but there are a lot of good flans everywhere in Miami. I imagine that the food in the regular menu is excellent because is very expensive. Overall the Miami Spice menu was very disappointing.
The grilled Branzino and braised short ribs were delicious. Great value for Miami Spice offering.
We went during Miami Spice month to try out Pascal on Ponce and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We will be back for sure!
Without a doubt, one of the best in Miami: superb cooking, warm setting, friendly service. It has been, and will continue to be, a must stop every time we go to Miami.
Definitely one of the best French restaurant in Coral Gables! They are consistant and the food is absolutely outstanding.
As usual, excellent food and great service. Pascal is an amazing Chef!!
It was a great fine dining experience. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our table. Small dining room area but it felt perfect for our party of 4. Definitely make early reservations and remember it is fine dining so it may take a little longer than the norm to cook the food, it wouldn’t hurt to eat a light snack before coming in to dine. Wine was delicious-Grand Marnier Soufle was amazing! We will definitely come back here for that. Great service over all and food was cooked to perfection.
Very good french food but very pricey too..
Food is delicious! We have been coming here for years.
Consistent as ever
Quiet and perfect for a nice bonding evening.
Superb food. It was our first time there and it was an excellent experience. The staff is very attentive and I can't compliment enough their food. We eat out a lot and this is hands down one of our top 3 restaurants in Miami. Everything was prepared flawlessly. We highly recommend the souffle--everything was delicious.
Good food and service but a bit pricey.
We had a really good time to service is amazing would definitely recommend for a date night
Last minute dinner reservation with my husband and everything was great! We were looking for a French restaurant and found exactly what like!
