Pascal & Sabine is a fresh take on the European Brasserie, where good, simple food, strong drink, and those passing through come together to create a rich, sensory experience of precocious exuberance. Taking cues from Albert Lamorisse's signature work, The Red Balloon, Pascal & Sabine embraces the flight of fancy and ephemeral nature of an inflated balloon, adding its own unique touch of playfulness within its doors. Featuring cave-like banquettes and the highly regarded artwork of Paolo Ventura, Pascal & Sabine is a white string to hold onto, pulling you above the monotony of the world.

Wait time was 40 minutes past reservation, then the computers went down while trying to receive check so we sat there for 20 minutes waiting

As a party of two with a reservation arriving well before the dinner crowd, we were still given one of the worst possible tables in the restaurant. Service was very good, with the exception of being the only party not served a basket of bread. Food was very tasty - but overpriced for the area.

I have been here many times and enjoy the food here each time. While not as French as I would want it to be, it is excellent notwithstanding. A great wine list and excelelent service each time we have dined at the restaurant.

My second time here, and both times, though expensive, were totally worth it. Outstanding food and atmosphere, great service.

We're a little removed from our days of trying several restaurants a week in North and Central Jersey, but if there's a better French dining experience we in NJ, we don't know it.

Pascal is great for Brunch. Nice and quiet vs. the normal very loud buzz of the dinner crowd. Plus the live music is nice - we had great service and the food is excellent as always. Oh - and the Bloody Mary's stand on their own!

Everything was very nice and we got seated all the way in the back so it was quieter. The food was very good but our service was a little slower and we got out food and was waiting for our utensils... the food was also very very salty... but overall good and different. Loved the French wine

Delicious burgers! Normally we come to Pascale for a fancier experience but it was Sunday night and we all wanted something easy so we all got the Mr. Smith burger... It’s top notch w the best fries in town! ❤️❤️

The food choices were very unique and delicious. I had the braised lamb loin with homemade sweet potato gnocchi's which were to die for. The atmosphere was awesome. Recommend

It was a busy Friday night, long wait for drinks, first choice of appetizers ( agnolotti) was not available, second choice ( fried chicken thighs) never came out and was taken off the bill. Entrees were amazing, pork chop and sirloin steak were flavorful-and cooked to perfection. Dessert was a milk chocolate Creme de Pot and was out of this world. our waitress was lovely but not very attentive ( waiting for drinks, never checked about appetizer not coming out) - it was a busy Friday so maybe that was why but the food was outstanding and so I will go back.

We used to come here a lot but if you want to be ignored it’s still a good place to go. When the original chef left the place has gone down hill

Pascal & Sabine was a lovely experience. French Bistro menu. The food was fresh, flavorful & tasty. The feel of the restaurant was warm, we were a party of 4 and were seated in a booth. Which was very relaxing and great for conversing over our meal. Our waiter was very attentive , personable & informative about all the items on the menu & the daily specials. My friends & I found our evening most enjoyable and we will return.

The only issue that was a bit of a problem was parking, need to arrive much earlier then reservation to ensure you find a spot. Pascal & Sabine does offer valet, but when we arrived on Saturday evening at 7:00, we were informed valet was not available, it was full .
Might be advantageous to park elsewhere in town and walk or Uber

Overall an amazing establishment from the dinners to the decor. The atmosphere, while on the noisy side, was very nice. Our waitress Margo was outstanding. The food was high quality and fairly adventurous. Our only complaint was the hostess who seemed underdressed and made a mildly rude comment about how we should “be happy we made reservations or I wouldn’t be able to seat you.” Why even say such a thing? Especially considering we had reservations. Other than that the evening was splendid and the service was outstanding from the young gentleman filling the waters to our waitress, who was on point.
