The food and service were excellent. It is difficult to find French food at the Shore.We had the country pate, the crab cake and mushroom torte, and the scallops entree. The crab cake could have been a little more seasoned and moist -but it was all lump crab and very good. The scallops were perfect.

We have been to this restaurant before and were very happy so we decided to return for our anniversary once again. As was our experience previously, the service was very good. Unfortunately, the food was not. I ordered duck which was the same entree I ordered the last time I was at this restaurant. Last time it was delicious however this visit it was tough, over cooked and dry. Very disappointing especially when you are paying over$30 for the entree.

Food is always excellent service was a little off that night we waited for entrées but they bought us a round of drinks which was very nice and the right thing to do great restaurant has kind of a speakeasy atmosphere this is our fifth time there and enjoy it very much great crowd

It’s our favorite restaurant ...
Service, food quality, bartenders and servers always spot on!
My wife and I especially enjoy the after hours menu at the bar.

The classics are on point and the nouveau foods approachable.. everything was delicious and served with professional finesse. We started with the foie gras, anglotti pillows, and six fresh oysters..all too notch. Cocktails and wine list had excellent range of choices. We had legit Dover sole, pork chop, and scallops for enters. Only the over salted veg w the chop we're disappointing. Two desserts of pot du creme and a chocolate dome paired perfectly with cappuccinos. Despite a constant loud din with a densely populated set of rooms, we are looking forward to returning to dine!

Have a drink at the bar, apps and a burger. I would avoid Sunday nights. Sunday table service did not have its A game. Skip the Dover sole. It was not worth half the price.

Pascal and Sabine was one of the best dinners and dining experiences we’ve had in quite some time.
The server was terrific pleasant and helpful not interrupting. We had multiple courses— OK every course— including well-made drinks prior with a couple of appetizers One entree was the pork chop (Little dry could use brining or less cooking time whatever nothing really to complain about) the other scallops entree was good, it may have benefited from a little bit more side accompaniments.
Deserts were killer as were some to dinner Spanish Ports terrific!
I can’t wait to go back, Thank you P&S

Always a great experience at Pascal and Sabine. Mussels and tuna with watermelon for appetizers. My wife had the pork chop and o had the scallops. Everything was prepared perfectly.

Upscale, refined, delicious but not pretentious. Our server was excellent. Very much enjoyed the tuna tartare, mushroom tart and the snapper. Would certainly come back!

We had an early dinner date and were seated promptly... our wait staff were on point with reliable menu selections and service throughout our evening!!!.. My wife chose the Dover Sole and it was excellent and well worth the price...my swordfish was perfect!! The dessert trio was worth exploring!!!Our first visit and we will be back!!!👍👍👍

This continues to be a wonderful restaurant. My wife and I have been there for dinners. And, most recently for a family brunch birthday party. We were at a great table that nicely accommodated our party of seven, including our two young grand daughters. The food and drinks were consistently delicious. Our server, Vivtoria, was equally very good.

Dined 9/16, early evening reservation for two. Service was adequate but not very good nor excellent (i.e., we had to ask about specials, initial drink order took 13+ min., we had to ask for new flat wear after first set was taken after first course). Meal was good not very good nor as good as we've had in past. Appetizer of escargots and main dish of pork chop was overly salted. I still recommend as staff is welcoming and pleasant and every meal we've had prior has been very, very good.

This is our favorite restaurant. We had two appetizers. The tuna and watermelon was excellent. The mushroom tart was good but needed more seasoning. The porterhouse steak was excellent. The Swiss chard needed more seasoning. The pot de creme is always excellent!

Our waiter was very attentive but a bit pretentious. I understand wanting to create a atmosphere of
elegance and old world charm, but he had a bit of a smug attitude when I didn’t answer his question properly about my choice of entree. It certainly didn’t dampen our evening out, but it was unnecessary.
It’s a lovely restaurant and very delicious food.

Food was good, very loud clientele compared to previous times. Service started out okay. Then check was dropped mid bite of dessert. We didn’t ask for check it was just dropped off. And server seemed to be in a rush to leave.

Food wasn’t cooked properly. Scallops were over seared on one side almost to the point of being burnt and the other side wasn’t seared at all. The foie-gras was the same. Portion size of the entire plate was to small for the price.

Absolutely delicious food with great service. All four members of my party were satisfied. The sweet garlic soup and the pot de creme were my favorites. I would definitely recommend to friends and family especially for special occasions.

The food was delicious, waiter was excellent. The only two complaints I have was it was very dark and i had to bring the candle up to my face to see the menu and the other was the noise from the bar.

We had a very nice meal. The dover soul was very good. The scallops were also very good. The suckling g pig was outstanding. Mussels, charcuterie, and fromage du jour were a great opener. The mixed sampler was a nice finish to the meal. Though the highlight of the evening was our server. I believe her name was Asia, probably the best server we've worked with in years.

Easily one of the best restaurants in NJ. If you're tired of eating in a strip mall Italian joint go here instead. It's nice to see some variety for once. Yes it's not cheap but I've had plenty of average to garbage meals for fifty dollars cheaper.
