The Calamari, The Red Sauce, the meatballs! Amazing!
So glad my wife suggested this restaurant to me. I can go on and on with accolades but I can say it all in one word... PERFECTION! Best Baked Ziti ever, Meat Balls incredible and my 14 yr.old son loved the chicken Parm... Kudos to chef, staff and management. Will DEFINITELY be back soon! Highly recommend this eatery.
The food does not match the aesthetic at all, and that is a compliment to the food, not the decor.
A place that has a liquor license should have nicer tables that the likes of those sitting in the pedestrian mall outside of Macy's. I think the glass my bourbon arrived in may have had more weight to it than the chair I was sitting in. The [lack of] ambiance does not make me want to bring people here, even though the food is tasty. I've never been to the original location, but the UWS location was very cheesy looking and feeling - it actually feels like an old-timey ice cream parlor (which again, does not match the menu, or the fact that you have a liquor license....). I paid $45 for chicken parm, a tiny side salad and a cocktail - but I felt like I was in a mall food court, which makes the price harder to swallow.
We went across the street to the Tavern on the corner to get another drink after dinner, and we sat there for twice as long as we did eating a full meal (including appetizer) at this establishment. Really crappy, chintzy aesthetic.
Wish they let you order a different pasta on the dinner. The house pasta is filled with melted cheese strings and is also spicy. Would have rather had something simpler. Otherwise, it tastes like the Italian food of my childhood.
First time there, sat us right away. Very friendly staff, multiple ppl checked on our table. Food was good and fresh, & came out hot and fast. We were half hour early for our rez and it was not problem. Was a good place to eat before The Met, easy walking distance from Lincoln Center. Would recommend and definitely go back.
Really good food and great service too. Big portions and highly recommend the zucchini appetizer.

Decent food, but the service was not good. The server forgot to mention several items were not available that night until we were in the process of ordering. The glasses of wine were not full pours. The table we were seated at was dirty. All in all it was a very disappointing experience.

They seriously rushed us despite that there were open tables (no pun intended). The "parms" are very good, but the place has the feel of a Disney version of an Italian restaurant. It's worth one visit, but there are too many real Italian restaurants in Manhattan to make it a regular.
The food was pretty decent, however, the portions for the $25 chicken parm were a little off—my plate was mostly pasta with three small pieces of chicken. Service was also a little disappointing. I had wanted some grated Parmesan for my pasta and we were missing a side dish from our order, and we were 3/4 of the way done with our meal before our server came to check on us so that we could ask for these things. The hostess also had a bad attitude. All in all, it was okay and I’d be willing to go back and try other things on their menu. My friend’s lemon chicken was delicious.

Great staff. Very accommodating with children. Our go to spot with our kids when we’re on the UWS.
Good for a quick bite. Had meatballs and chicken Parm plate and some wine with an old friend. Was perfect.
Kitchen took quite a while to get the food out and once it arrived it was lacking in flavor compared to other parm locations.

We ate here years ago and it was fantastic. But the best dishes and wines have come off the menu - there is little choice, and the quality of the few things they do serve doesn’t match the price. What a shame, this place used to be so good. We won’t be returning.
The eggplant parm dinner was exceptional, with the sauce being a particularly nice surprise. The portion was reasonable; the price was a bit much especially since it's a la carte.
Parm makes the best chicken parm heroes in the whole city. So tasty, perfect proportions, and consistently delicious.
Delicious but service is slow, it’s always freezing there and they need to change this picture on the kids menu (it’s been too long...we need a variety!)

Nice place and people but the food was not worth eating. Wanted to try the eggplant parmigiano, very disappointing. Smallest, greasiest fried calamari ever though the long peppers were a good touch. Pork Milanese was fatty and greasy but again with a nice arugula topping. Didn't bother with dessert which had only 3 choices cheesecake, ice cream cake and chocolate.

Food was good, but not great. My chicken farm was a bit hard around the edges, probably from being re-heated. There was also a strange lack of sauce on everything, including the pasta. The food had good flavor, and the service was prompt and efficient, but there are too many good Italian restaurants in NYC to go back to this one for another meal.
Been on my radar for quite some time and glad I finally made it. Quiet during a recent lunch. Warm, friendly staff and delicious food. We all ordered different meals and loved all of it. Eggplant parm, chicken parm sandwich and chicken with spicy pasta all inhaled! Definite keeper.

We had a great experience and an excellent meal. This is a family oriented place with a great vibe. I need the recipe for the spicy rotini pasta that comes with the chicken parm. The menu is no-nonsense and has traditional appeal with updated flavors. This dining experience was multi generational and enjoyed by all.

A welcome discovery. The staff is wonderful, the food fresh & well prepared.
We all (3 of us) ordered the Eggplant Parm sandwich and agreed it was very good. Our server Niko was friendly and efficient. We will return and definitely recommend PARM with pleasure.
A go to, and top 10 on my list. Especially for Italian dine in with family and friends, or just a personal day/night out to eat. The restaurant has a good ambience and friendly from staff to customers.
Had so looked forward to our meal at Parm. Salad was excellent and drinks were spot-on. But we found the famed chicken parm quite overcooked - even tough. The accompanying pasta had nice flavor but was also overcooked - kind of soggy. All in all a disappointment after a whole lotta hype.
Good food, good value. Whole family enjoyed it! Especially liked the meatball parm
